I have lived at Woodland Meadows since I moved to Texas many years ago. I consider this place home due to the close proximity to the freeway, shopping and other nearby attractions.Kelli the property manager has notably been my main contact when I have any issues or need any work done in my unit. Kelli has been very attentive and the grounds are well maintained.Units are inspected annually, so if you have an issue you must report it. Most people have not because they ask not. I plan to purchase a home soon, but I am grateful for everything these folks have done for me. I have never had an issue that has gone unaddressed.

Hi ! 😃If you’re looking for a great place for you and your family you need to look no more ! I have lived here for four years and my mother resided here as well until she plainest her wings. My mom loved her apartment and her neighbors. I can’t tell you enough good things about IMT Woodland Meadows Apartment complex Let me start out by recognizing Kelly. Kelly is a ray of sunshine, always has a smile and I can assure you that regardless of the situation at hand Kelly is going to give 100 percent of her attention to all matters. Kelly is why I renew my lease year after year. And Ms Janice, she manages the property. Ms Janice is so committed to this property and oversees each detail of what makes this property a great place to come home to day end and day out. On hot summer days the pool is a great place to hang out, have fun and meet some new friends.. After a long day at work the hot tub is a relaxing spot to just unwind. There’s a great playground where kids can laugh , play and just be kids. I often see pet owners enjoying walks with their fur babies along the pond where you’re sure to see ducks that also call this complex home. I can truthfully say I have never had any maintenance issues. I also have a garage and with this Texas weather always being so unpredictable it’s nice to have a secure place to park my car or for extra storage. In a perfect world there would be a perfect life. But we don’t live in a perfect world and from time to time there’s a bump in the road along the way. What I can tell you is that IMT Woodlands Meadows is a soft place to land.Thank you KellyThank you Ms JaniceThank you maintenance and make ready team. You are all simply the best !

The community is very good and huge. There are a lot of events and festivals that people celebrate together. As a family, they would enjoy living here because of the community factor.

I just moved out of this apartment complex after living there for 2.5 years. The complex is usually very quiet so no real complaints about noise. All of my neighbors were either families or single working professionals.Every time I made a maintenance request, they fulfilled the request within a day or two. This included changing lightbulbs, batteries in the smoke alarm, pest control maintenance, issues with the fridge or disposal etc. It was really nice not having to wait! They also would always leave a service note, so if they came while I was gone (with my permission) I knew they had already been there and which jobs they had completed.The pool is very nice and doesnt usually get too crowded. The computer center is small so at certain times of day getting one of the 4-5 computers available could be tough. However that center did have a printer, coffee machine, pool table, and other seating.The office was very quick to answer emails or phone calls. They do a lot of community events and the staff is super friendly! They even made cookies on Fridays and stood outside sometimes giving them out to kids getting off the bus.Theres a cute pond that has lots of sweet ducks living in it, so it was nice to be able to take a walk on the property and go feed the ducks and see the ducklings.Overall I think the price really cant be beat and its a nice community to live in! I would have stayed longer if I hadnt been moving for life changes.

Alright, 1 month in. This community is INCREDIBLE. I have lived in several apartment communities and this is the best! The maintenance staff are quick and efficient. The staff, especially Marianne, are wonderful! They made this process so easy. There is a pond on property, so you get all these lovely ducks and geese around. There is plenty of grass for walking dogs and even on the weekends, this place is quiet. My neighbors are the best I’ve ever had. Move in. No question about it, I don’t have a single complaint.

The pros? The community is safe, quiet (even on weekends), the staff is friendly, and the grounds are well kept. Marianne is a sweetheart, always has a smile on her face!The cons? PARKING!!!!As a mom with a toddler, getting home any time past 4-5PM was a nightmare. Forget having any visitors because parking for them is limited and towing is strictly enforced. It was terrible having to park on the other side of the complex and walking through muddy grass to get to my third floor unit along with my 2 year old - even worse with groceries!I brought up the issue to Kelly once and was brushed off & told that nobody else has complained about parking - which to me, is hard to believe.They do offer garages, but they’re also a good distance from the buildings. I noticed quite a few residents who had assigned garages would still park in the regular parking spots - when available - rather than their garage because it was closer to the building.Overall, we had a fairly decent stay at this property.

Marianne was the leasing agent who helped me with all the paperwork while renting at IMT Woodlands Meadows. She is very professional, experienced, and reliable throughout the whole process. She has been always available to answer all my questions. I will highly recommend her. I lived there for 3 years and I have a lovely experience while I was there. The maintenance crew is exceptional, excellent workers.

We came in early February for a late February move in. Kelli Palenik and the front office had fantastic customer service and listened to us very closely to our needs and wants. They were also able to send us our keys and other move in necessities to our home in NC so that we can move in after office hours. That was huge!!!We are into week two and everything has been great. We have had a few minor service requests resolved quickly and with great hospitality. We have made great use of the business office and gym.Parking has not been an issue and the gate surrounding the property has been great with keeping the non residence a non factor.We will do a six month follow up...

Here is an honest review of our living experience at The Woodland Meadows. The management has been really good to us. We have had very few issues. Yes the parking is a little tight especially if you come in late at night, but overall our living experience has been good. We have been living at Woodland Meadows for almost 5 months now. The grass has been well maintained, the apartment we live in is spacious. We have had good neighbors so far and noise has not been an issue. This may also be because we live on the 3rd floor. We have never had any theft here which we have had at other apartments we have lived at. When comparing to other apartments we have lived at the people in the office at these apartments have done their best to make us most comfortable whenever we have had a question or a concern.

I have been living at IMT Woodland Meadows for about a month now. So far everything has been wonderful. I had one issue where my icemaker wasnt working, but maintenance fixed it pretty fast. The model apartment I looked at was a little different than the apartment I am in currently. It has one bathroom in the hallway which worked out perfectly because my guests dont have to come inside my room now. The size of the patio is very spacious. The apartment itself is very spacious. Parking has not been an issue for me as of yet, but they could definitely add more visitor parking. Theres about 5 visitor parking spots near my building that has to be shared with about 4 other buildings, so my guest normally have to park by the leasing office. They should also look into valet trash. The other night when I took my trash out, I saw a really weird looking raccon, so I was pretty freaked out lol. Other than that, I would definitely say I am very satisfied with IMT Woodland Meadows and I will be referring others!!

I really like my apartment. It is well planned, large, well equipped with modern appliances, property is well maintained, and convenient to shopping. Staff is the best, very responsive, and really nice people. I searched for an apartment to meet my needs and IMT was far and above all others. Highly recommend.

We just moved into IMT Woodlands last week and this is my review for the move in experience. We moved from New Jersey and all move in paperwork was online. Kelli, from the leasing office was very helpful in making this easy especially since we couldn’t physically come to Texas to check out the community. Paper work and communication was smooth.When we reached here we were met with a few disappointments:1. As per the site map on the website, we expected our apartment to be pool facing, but looks like the site map was incorrect and our apartment was on the other side. The leasing office accepted this error and immediately updated the sitemap online. Unfortunately nothing can be done and we need to live with this disappointment ☹ (1 star less)2. The washer & oven door were broken, the refrigerator had problems and we had other minor issues. We informed the leasing office and they acted immediately. Within a week we have new washer dryer, new oven door, new refrigerator and most of the issues are resolved. Mark from maintenance was efficient in fixing all the issues. I am pleasantly surprised how soon they have transformed our apartment.I totally recommend IMT woodlands and congratulate Janus, Kelli, Marianne, Mark and Louis for welcoming us and helping us make this apartment our home.

Maintenance was quickly done and management was friendly. The apartments and bathrooms are really big and there is storage on the balcony. Ive lived at a few places and this was the best place for the price in my opinion. Only issue is parking not enough spaces I would suggest getting a garage.

I have been resident for over 3 years, I moved out but now returning. Woodland Meadows is home for me everyone in the office is very helpful and care about the residents. Any issues or concerns you may have they are there to listen and help. They have now gone to permit parking and very excited about this change! If you are looking for a safe, well maintained place to call home, this is your place! Dont look anywhere else. Good job Marianna and office staff!

Its been taken care of now I am thankful for the management for the changes.I posted a screen shot that the manager Krystal replied to a customer 5 months that they are working on the parking solution and its been 5 months now.Today is 05 December 2016 1:09am at midnight. I came back from work and their is, its always like that other people from other apartments who dont have the key card they come park their cars and leave it have seen it always but the tow truck doesnt tow their cars only who live in the apartments.(Not a single parking avaliable in the whole apartment complex), and I cant leave my car and park it in the disabled parking because it will be towed. Nice way to make money from people. They said they are fixing the problem for parking never happend.Please fix this problem. Asap.

My famliy and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We feel safe here. The office people are great as well as the maintenence department. They had a parking problem but fixed that. Come check it out. This was the best I could fine. Allot of property to walk the dog or ride a bike..

Living here at Woodland Meadows has been wonderful. The staff is excellent, cares and is delightful (Kristi, Kelli, and Marianne). The maintenance if ever needed is fast and helpful. The area has many stores less than 5 mins from 99 and the woodlands mall.

I have resided at IMTWM for two lustrums and can say nothing but good about my time here.The entire staff are outstanding in their respective responsibilities. The office staff and field personnel have never failed to respond to my questions and needs in a rapid and professional manner; never utilizing a stop-gap or make-do attitude or procedure.The buildings and grounds are both well maintained and peaceful. Parking is four times plus more than I require.I have bore witness to only two ongoing problems. The first is the need for occasional maintenance which will always be present as long as we use man-made items to make our daily lives more leisure and the other is people who sign a lease agreeing to a logical and easily maintained code of conduct, move in and proceed to see how much they can get by with. Some of these low lifes constantly find something to complain about and probably are slow pay on their rent. This is a part of society that can be found anywhere. Fortunately these types are at a minimum here and are soon rooted out.This is HOME!

Since my first visit here I have had excellent customer service from Marianne. She took the time to explain everything in detail with me and answered the numerous questions I had. After moving in, Marianne has also helped me in getting adjusted to living here and makes herself extremely available whenever I need assistance with anything. She has made a normally stressful experience of moving a pleasure and Im glad to be here at Woodland Meadows.

Great neighborhood and nice apartments. But you have to be extremely careful about parking. They are very strict on parking rules and get your car towed in 15 minutes if you are not a resident.

I have lived here for 4 months and I love it. They only have to take care of small details like leaving the womens bathroom open, which is still next to the GYM, and cleaning the kiosk, because it is a very nice place to drink coffee in the mornings but in the ducks is dirty...but everything else is very good and the staff is very friendly and very helpful
