We moved from the UK to Dallas for work in June and were recommended Ari (Hot Dallas Apartments) by another couple who had also relocated from New York. We came to Dallas in mid-May to check out the area and hoped to secure an apartment before we left. Ari was really helpful prior to our trip, taking all of our requirement and desirables alongside our budget and arranging a full day of viewings. Ari showed us round all the best apartments, within our budget and was completely transparent when giving us his thoughts. We found an amazing apartment for a great price and Ari has been fantastic in helping us prior to our move in, answering all our questions quickly and honestly. For two people moving country, we couldn’t have asked for much better – I would recommend Hot Dallas Apartments to anyone relocating to Dallas and also to current Dallas residents.

Relocating to The Dallas area? It would be a major loss not to contact Ari Cohen at Hot Dallas Apartments. Ari is hands down the best apartment locator you could ask for and his passion to help people find a place to call home is very apparent from first acquaintance. Ari takes the time to get to know his clients preferences down to the smallest details, including must have amenities, price spend range preference, community must haves, etc.Ok so what makes Aris service stand out from the rest? Ari does his homework in real time. What most people do not realize is that apartment prices online and several other agencies lists prices ranges for rentals. The dallas market is hot and prices can change in a matter of hours. Ari keeps up to the minute on rental prices so he is able to show you apartments that are truly within your preferences - therefor, you make the most of your day(s) during your search with him.I am thoroughly impressed with Ari and my experience working with him as my apartment locator. His help has made the effort of relocating to Dallas from San Francisco so much easier!! With his help I found my Dallas Palace in one day. We relocated to Dallas from the east coast and Ari helped us find a great apartment in Uptown to rent. He was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were interested in. He also toured us around the different areas and gave us a really good feel for the city. Definitely recommend him to anyone relocated to Dallas!!He was also very helpful after we signed our lease - recommending energy companies (ugh deregulation) and washer/dryer rental companies. Hes great!

Ari Cohen served as an apartment locator for me while I was relocating from the Great White North, trying to find a spacious place in a nice area of Dallas that I could afford. He spent two full days driving around with me, as well as plenty of time in his office looking for suitable properties.Ari is patient, punctual, warm, friendly, organized, and an all-round nice guy. He goes over every detail. He is prepared. He has great instincts for what his clients really want. He even gently discouraged me from a property that had most of what I wanted but one big important thing to me was missing. He knew I would not be happy. He clearly wants his clients to be happy above all else.I ended up with way more than I ever dreamed possible -- a huge space in a great building in a neighborhood I love! Granted, part of it was pure luck. But if Ari had not been as patient nor as invested in my happiness, I know I would be moving into a place that is not anything as perfect for me as what I got. He took his time, considered my needs, and waited for the right one. This is what everyone should look for in an apartment locator. Ari is simply the best! Thank you Ari!

Relocated from Washington D.C. to Dallas this past month and it could not have gone smoother. I have moved 5 times in the past 8 years including a move to Hawaii and this has been my easiest move by far with the help of Ari. Highly recommend!!
