I have been living in Holly Lane Apartments since 2012. It is very nice place to live at. It is very quiet and peaceful. People are friendly. Apartments are done nice; internally and externally. It is worth paying the price. Especially, manager Ms. Jennifer is great and always helpful. Her maintenance team is prompt and friendly. I would recommend to stay at Holly Lane Apartment.

I love living here!! The manager Jennifer is amazing! She has always been prompt with helping me with any of my needs. I have great neighbors and the property is well kept. Zef, Cuco and the rest of the maintenance staff have been the best maintenance team I’ve ever experienced living in an apartment community.

Edit: been living here for 2 years now (8/9/2020). Jennifer is no longer managing. However, the main Holly Lane office is never out of reach for any issues and are very good about answer the phone. Automated rent withdraw fee free from a credit or debt card (free credit card reward opportunity every month). High neighbor turnover rate due to 6 month lease followed by month-to-month after that, which is typically a good thing given the occasional rowdy family or bf/gf altercation. I have only felt led to contact police a couple of times for the rare peace keeping issue, never due to worrying about my safety.Ward real estate has taken great care of me over these last two years at Holly Lane fourplexes. No issue is too small for them to fix and they fix issues in a timely manner. Give this location a tryOriginal post: Reasonable price, exclusive community, large floor plans. Jennifer can be contacted at the office number listed unless shes not out touring the site. She provides all residences her personal cell phone number in case we cannot contact her in the office (and is available basically 24/7). Full service w/d connections, none of the extra fluff (pools, work out facility, lounge) which helps keep the price down relative to competitors. Newly renovated appliances, carpet, and marble countertops. Give this place a shot if youre moving into the area, I know I certainly look forward to it! Holly lane is a great quiet community filled with family and friends. Has an excellent 24 maintenance staff and Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms with all the latest updates. Black appliances.. full size washer and dryer connections, granite countertops..huge walk in closets and affordably priced.
