The office manager Katherine is so great to work with. She really tries to help you if anything is needed and is very understanding that life happens. She makes sure you have everything that’s needed. They really look out for their tenants and security is great as well. They have holiday events for the tenants as well. Always accessible when needed. Great place to stay. Only reason I’m not renewing is because my family grew and we need more space.

I recently checked out Hollow Tree Park and I want to say that the apartments are well-maintained, spacious, and offer great amenities that make living here a pleasure.But what truly made my experience outstanding was Gaby. From the moment I first reached out, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. Whether it was answering my questions, guiding me through everything, Gaby’s professionalism made all the difference, truly appreciate it.

The office support (specifically Katherine) are very attentive, quick to respond and ready to help! Feels great living in a community who prides themselves on the well-being of their tenants and supporting our living environment.

I’m really happy with my decision to move into these apartments. They are very spacious. They are beautiful. Everybody was so professional in the office and a special shout out to Maria who made my move in super easy and effortless. I’m happy to call this place my forever home until I get an actual house! These apartments are very nice & peaceful, well maintained. Katherine who helped me explained everything to me, very understanding, had a problem with my dryer she sent someone in a heartbeat now everything is fixed no issues what so ever, she is just great at what she does, I’m glad to call this place a home !!

I have been living in this apartment complex for several years, the offfice staff is very friendly helpful and professional, lately a new methodof credit building charges started to be implemented, charging $10 for each family member, it gets mandatory to be able to sign the agreement, and It is a hustle to get if removed, I believe the overall quality is in decline, the dope stunk hard sometimes.The owners don’t care about the cleaning of floors and detailing on interior stays damaged after water damages. I used to give a 5 now Im between 3 and 4 stars, just because of the staff I don’t give a lower standard.

I love living here. It’s very clean and safe. The property stays well maintained year around. The security guard Officer Scott is the best. He watches over the community and the kids keeping everyone safe. I would definitely recommend Hollow Tree Parc to anyone for a place to call home.

I’ve lived in this complex for a little over a year and Maria, the Assistant Manager Kathrine, and the Security Guard Scott are the reason I am staying for another year (the apartments are nice too, right next to the highway which is very convenient.) All three of them of them have been hospitable and helpful since moving there. From Scott giving my car a jump, to Kat helping me transfer to a bigger apartment for relatively the same price. Thank you guys here at Hollow Tree! 10⭐️

Omg!!! I moved here a few days ago and I must say I LOVE IT !! The apartments are Beautiful, Quiet and Clean!! The apartment manager is so nice. She offered me some water and I thought that was very nice of her. My leasing agent Maria is AMAZING!!!! She is friendly, communicative and made my application process very simple and easy !! She always answered my calls when she was available and also my emails !! I don’t see Transients just walking around at all which is a great thing for me because that would make me feelUncomfortable !! Only time I see people walking is when they’re walking there Pets or checking mailbox !! I must say I love these apartments and if you’re looking for a nice place to live I would recommend to you. YOU CANT GO WRONG !!❤️

I recently moved to this complex with my Family. My agent Ms Maria was and still is amazing. Shes smart, always pleasant and there is always a beautiful smile on her face. From the moment we showed an interest in living here she has been 100% invested in making sure we had everything we needed before, during and after our move. To be honest shes the reason our decision to live here came easy. Hollow Tree Park is great but Ms Maria makes it even better.

Maria was amazing. She helped every step of the way and made it so effortlessly for me to move down. I cant thank her enough. One of the most kind people Ive had the pleasure working with. It says a lot too when youre trying to find a place to live. Maria has this nurturing almost Mom like mentality that displayed in her professionalism and patience when working with me. Good management and quick response if you have any questions. Current resident for two months now, great experience except for some cockroaches issue. Maintenance schedule will need to wait for few more days due to inactive staff in maintenance group. The neighborhood is quiet and not crowded during the traffic hour, middle class is the majority of this community. I would recommend if you looking for a fair price apartment, environment is satisfied for living but this area doesn’t have fiber internet.

If you’re looking for a sign to move here THIS IS IT! I absolutely love love loveeee living here! My last apartment was the Arden which is down the street and i HATED it there, bad roach problem, loud neighbors, maintenance takes months, the new leasing management is worse than the previous one and they stole money from tenants.Ms. Ingrid helped me tremendously with the situation i had going on and was very sympathetic and understanding. She made the process super easy and had great communication. When i moved in i did have some minor things that needed to be fixed but they fixed them within like 2 days. When i place a maintenance order, they come atleast the following day! It’s quiet, packages aren’t stolen, the staff is super friendly and warm, i don’t have to deal with roaches, the apartments are super nice and gives a luxury/modern vibe and the leasing office is beautiful. The gym is always clean and the complex is just quiet overall. I love it here!

I am SOOOO in love with these apartments. I stated apartment searching about 4 months ago and when I came here I knew this would be a place I could call home. Susie was the first smiling face that I seen and she has been AMAZING!! Not only was she doing her job by selling the apartment to me but she also had a “heart to heart” conversation with me about apartment leasing and money management. Which I really appreciate. First time out of state (Arizona) .. and was mad nervous about HTX. First things first let’s talk affordability; I got a 2b2b for $1380 monthly. Util not included compared to AZ, this is a STEAL. Now I am located in NORTH HTX which isn’t as live as SOUTH or SOUTHWEST .. and is about 30-hour from downtown depending on traffic and area. So location does have a lot to do w cost. The closer you are to the inner city the more expensive. Now the nitty gritty: I give the apartment a 4/5. I’ve had some hiccups but they have been addressed for the most part in a prompt manner! The leasing agent that assisted me, Katherine, is sent fromGod himself. She is nice, patient, down to earth and will be honest with you. I appreciate these qualities because too many agents don’t possess these. The maintenance man that came to assess my home for the first maintenance check upon move in— he and I unfortunately had a language barrier due to the fact that I sadly don’t speak Spanish. However, he was so professional, and patient in making sure we understood each other and tasks to be handled, past the language barrier, and I am very appreciative of that. I have noticed however my most recent maintenance requests are taking a while to be attended to, but it isn’t something I’ll die over. I placed a request for AC not working and they came that same day. So, for the most part and the more important things, maintenance is on top of what they need to do. My only complaint is my upstairs neighbors and their 70000 children constantly having breaking marching band practice day in and day out. I don’t like them at all. Other than that, yea not a bad move.

Given this search was for a female member of my family, Luis was thorough in answering my questions and providing me all the information I needed to relay to her. She is new to the property but every issue I have had she has tried to rectify it as best as she could. Best service ever !!! Maria( in front desk ) is really nice and helpful I know that if I have an issue she would be able to help, she does an outstanding job and she make me want to recommend everyone to move here.

I really appreciate the staff member Mike Houston. Hes very punctual, friendly, kind and patient. He makes sure before you walk out that office you are satisfied. Through my whole process of moving in, he was very helpful; good attitude and nice everytime. We need more people like Mike Houston!
