I love the staff everybody is always so kind and always attending us nicely. I love that they always attend very fast our request orders they don’t let it by a lots of days. I’ve had really bad experiences on maintenance and office employees but this property takes care of us . Thank you everybody at Hillside on Cannon

The staff at Hillside on Cannon is wonderful! Adriana and Aaron have been kind and helpful every time I’ve gone to visit the office. The maintenance staff is also great! They are always working hard to maintain the many units there are. I have been here for two years and this new management is really working to make this place better.

Every member of the management team that Ive interacted with has been professional and knowledgeable about the property. The manager, Aaron, is always courteous; if she doesnt know the answer to a question, she tries to find the answer, but she stays in touch to let you know whats going on. I really appreciate that especially these days when nobody gets back to you about anything anymore!

I have resided at Hillside on cannon for about a year and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional ever since we got a new assistant manager. In a short period of time the new office staff has made remarkable strides in improving both the service and overall management of the complex. Every time I arrive at the office, Im greeted with professionalism and warmth. The new staff is always attentive to any needs or concerns I had, ensuring that living here is comfortable and stress-free. Additionally, the new maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. Amazing Apartments !!!

Ive lived here for quite a few years and have seen lots of management come and go. The current company is actually doing a lot better than previous teams and they are trying to fix some things that have been overlooked by all the other teams. They just took over last year and are doing their best. I have had a problem with our AC for years and they are the first team to flat out just install a new system instead of spot fixes. New Management!

My name is Henry Thompson retired Military and TSA. I love ALL the ladies in our Cannon Oaks Apartment office.I know everyone has problems, but every time I see or talk to ALL the ladies in the office they give the impression they have no problems (the prefect life). Always smiling, always give excellent greetings. Just friendly overall and act as if it’s their the apartments is their business and working so hard to make their business work. I have seen them treat other residents the same. There is so much good that can be said about them. Please do whatever it takes to keep them. I know I would hate to lose them.Thanks

Clear view Apartment manage Sara looney is Awesome! She truly works with you and cares about not putting you on the streets unlike the last head manager Lou that tried everything she could to kick you out and on the streets. Sara doesn’t do that!! She’s awesome! Best manager!

I don’t even know where to start I’ve never had an aprartment complex so quick to respond to any issues you have going on I made a maintenance request late at night about the ac and I expected it to take a while it was fixed that morning any time I go to the office they are always smiling and ready to help Gigi is awesome at explaining anything I have questions about and it is a really quiet but yet kid friendly environment I love love love the gym I need to go more often but I have no complaints at all I love it here

We have been here at spring valley for ten years, and we love it the office is always there for you when you need them. They also have activity for the kids and the family. and when something broken Mr. Rudy is always on it . We are here to stay we love our appartment

I have been living in this place over 3 years now going on 4 i can honestly say from months back with the new staff and new changes that they are doing to the complex it is so much better and beautiful Gisselle and Maria are great when it comes to answering questions and if you have any concern ...saw the new gym new office and what there doing to the whole complex amazing!I can honestly say i am more than happy living here and the complex is really safe never really see any violence or police activity in the area definately recommend it if your looking for an apartment home!
