Very friendly atmosphere. We visited the Malta NY Location. The lady in the office is wonderful. She gave us a tour of the place. This is a place I would enjoy living in. Reviews I have read said they cant get through to a person well try going there instead.

This is a safe, and very nice, quite place to live, ( If you lucky enough not to get a noisy neighbor over your head.) The apt. is nice on the inside, a bit small on closet space. The outside is kept well manicured. Over all I think it could be better if more of us tenants did our part.

Sense living at High Point, its been such a blessing! The staff is amazing and so supportive including my neighbors. Ive never lived in such a place where everyone is so loving and supportive ❤️ Sofia is such a caring and supportive manager and has help me with my living here be such a wonderful stay 💕 the staff makes sure that the pool and gym is comfortable for all the residents The maintenance, managers and receptionist have the same sweet and support 24/7. Havent had the best stay anywhere else except High Point senior Living.

I have resided at High Point since 2014, I feel safe, and the staff and neighbors are awesome. Repairs are promptly taken care of , properly is always clean! Overall a great place to call home.

Accommodations are a- 5, reduced to a -4 because you cant gril, or barbquel anywhere except the pool area, and reduced further to a -3, because seniors are busy bodies.And control freaks!
