I had the pleasure of living at Highpoint at Cypresswood from Aug 2018 to Aug 2021. During that time, I had a great experience; maintenance services were always prompt and quick to fix any issues I had, which were few. Three years later, I needed to return to the area, so I am leasing an apartment at Highpoint again, and the same maintenance staff is working there. Enoch, the lovely leasing agent, made the application and move-in process seamless. I highly recommend Highpoint if you are looking for spacious modern apartments; they are one of the only properties in the area with elevators.

I love this complex! They had my heart at valet trash! The balconies are very spacious, the island in the kitchen is just amazing. The pool and grill areas are always so clean and the gym is so nice that I actually WANT to work out! Elevators also save you from carrying groceries up the stairs.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice, the neighbors, the office employees, even the maintenance guys. If you bring something to their attention, they take care of it in a timely manner. It is a safe community, quiet during the week nights, and not bad on the weekends. I wish some of the tenants or guests wouldn’t leave a mess in the elevator and overflow the trash can out front because I feel bad for the guys that have to clean it up. The pool and gym are top notch and not crowded like other apartments I’ve lived at. I will be renewing my lease!

I’ve had a great experience living at Highpoint at Cypresswood. The complex is beautiful, well maintained and has great amenities. Monique and her front office team truly take care of the tenants with above & beyond customer service. Nelson and the maintenance department has also been a pleasure to work with. I havent had many problems but whenever I did they were always prompt, professional and very friendly. The complex location is great too. It has easy access to Highway 249 and it is close to Vintage Park and Willowbrook Mall plus there are tons of good stores and restaurants right nearby.

Absolutely LOVE ALL the staff here at HighPoint Cypresswood! Recently signed a new lease here and Enoch and Michelle have been the greatest and most sweetest in guiding me through everything. Enoch is kind and greets you with a warm smile. Shiza is a great conversationalist and listens attentively. Monique the manager is, well, lets just say every business would thrive in customer appreciation if they had managers like her. She is outstanding in customer service.My new home is beyond what I expected..very quiet, inviting, and extremely spacious for a one bedroom. I feel safe with security patrolling at night. Leasing agent Enoch was the best in his customer service public relationship. I was in need of a storage space and garage for my vehicle (G20) . Enoch walked me through my options. Been living here a few months now so let me give you my honest review. First, my leasing agent Enoch was such a help. He answered all my questions. I asked to see all the floor plans so I can decide which ones I wanted. He also helped me find the right apartment with the better price during the special give always. He’s number 1 in my book. Parking is easy. There no noise issues. Water pressure is so awesome. I have a 2/2 and the water stays hot during a 45 minute shower. The only thing I don’t like about my apartment is the toilets sit kinda low. I’m 5”4 and they low to me. The second thing I don’t like is they don’t have parcel lockers. Other than that this property gets 5 stars.

Had such a wonderful experience at this apartments, since the first “welcome in” you can feel their welcoming energy. I big shout-out to Mr. Enoch, he is very kind, very friendly, and I just love his energy, he is really genuine on his personality. Mr Enoch was super helpful at all times, even on his days off he would call us and give us updates, even help us thru the phone to make sure we click the right thing, he was always in touch with us, very patient and understanding. I love that since the beginning he already makes sure that you know he is there for you at all time, and that’s awesome because for people like me that this is something new or maybe first time moving in, he takes his time to make sure you understand everything. We need more people like Mr. Enoch that not only does excellent at his job, but also creates bonds with people, makes a connection, every time we were in the office someone said hi to him and he had a genuine response. He always goes above and beyond !!!!

We moved in back in March and I was in the hospital fir the first month or so. The apartment management was very helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. We have had exceptionally great service from the maintenance dept. top notch group. The apartments are very clean and super dog friendly. No trash or litter on the grounds and the people that live here have all been very pleasant. They have a beautiful pool and lots of fun social gatherings like wine tasting and food trucks. The grounds as mentioned are very well kept and lots of people walking their dogs around. Really a great lace to live. Highly recommended

The current property manager, Monique & her staff, have put in effort in MANY areas that are impossible not to notice. Whether youre a new resident or a consistent current renter at HighPoint, the entire team aims to facilitate needs with a genuine hospitality and industry professionalism that I rarely see. They make the most out of every interaction and their consistency in building a memorable repoire that leaves residents appreciative; Im one of them. I feel like every interaction with anyone a part of the staff is always a human one, the kindness, patience and understanding of Monique, Enoch, Kim, and Michelle *office staff* is a huge part of Apartment living. They have gone above and beyond in a lot of ways and one of those thats timeless and unforgettable is in the respect, kindness and personability within their communication. I could not be more grateful for the efforts and Im blessed to be able to live in such a rewarding and beautifully maintained Community that is Highpoint At Cypresswood!!

The amenities are really cool and the maintenance gentleman are really friendly and nice and they deserve more recognition. However, some ladies in the office (not all of them, three are super nice, friendly, and helpful) were a bit unprofessional at different times. I went in to the office to remove the carport that my husband and I had previously requested, and I was told that we had to keep renting it until our lease term ended and that it had been on the contract, which they failed to mention. Anyways, the manager was rude enough to leave me standing there alone with my husband on the phone and left him talking. My apartment also smells like weed every single day because my next door neighbor thinks its ok to be smoking ALL the time. Its not only my apartment the one that smells like weed its also all the hallways and the outdoors that smell like that when Im heading to the gym.EDIT:New management is amazing!!!!! The ladies in the office treat everyone with respect and they approach problems in a very different way than what the previous management did. The maintenance gentleman are the same ones and they absolutely help everyone and theyre friendly and respectful. The manager solves problems in a quick and efficient way and honestly shes really nice and awesome.

Beautiful property! My husband and I recently toured this complex. Brittany showed us around and was fantastic. She was really informative and friendly. We are new to the area, so I was asking a lot of questions and Brittany was so great and answered every one. I didnt feel rushed like I did in some other tours we took that day. I was really impressed with all of the high end details and amenities they had to offer. I loved the pool area! Really nice. In the end, we ended up renting at a different complex due to its location in relation to my husbands work, but it was definitely at the top of my list.

My dogs love the space to run around and they love meeting the other dogs. The staff is wonderful and very sincere. The property is well kept and for the most part the residents are friendly and social. The pool is Fantastic although out off commission for the moment. The new team with Kadi and Crystal is a nice change; they are a very friendly responsive and professional management team and have taken my concerns seriously and make no excuses when things go wrong.Kudos to the maintenance team also!! They are hardworking, trustworthy and quick to respond whenever Ive had an issue. Im also really glad to see that management has re-hired Sofia who keeps the stairwells, elevator and common areas super clean! Shes a very valuable member of the maintenance team too!

I have lived here for about a year and a half and love it. The staff is always friendly, maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and the property is very nice.The highway can be a little noisy if your window faces that direction. but the walls are well insulated and I never hear my neighbors. Some reviewers complained about thin walls, I dont know where else they might have lived but I dont hear anything beyond the standard background noise you would have at ANY complex (people walking in the above apartment, people coming up the stairwell, etc.). Its much quieter here than other apartments I have lived in.The parking complaints for visitors are valid, but residents are well taken care of and I never have trouble finding an open space. There are other ways to have visitors park if the designated spaces are full, the office is very helpful in outlining these policies.Many complexes I have been to have a problem with maintaining the entrance gates, it never seems to be a problem at Highpoint. Package carriers almost never deliver to your front door but I will happily take that over having a package stolen.The building fire alarms have gone off twice within the last year and they are LOUD. Both times there was smoke setting them off so they are good alarms when there is a real problem. With this many people living together, someone (or a visitor) is going to be careless and set it off, thats just apartment life. Thankfully it is not common at all.If I had a complaint, it would be the electronic keys and how difficult it is to have a friend access your apartment to feed pets if youre away. You can notify the office and have your guest stop in to get a temporary key each visit. Spare keys are not issued so the only alternative is to hand over your only key to a friend and work it out that way. Very inconvenient, I would gladly pay for a second key if they would offer it.The complex did not flood during any of the major rain events of the past couple of years in Houston.Overall I love living here and would be happy to renew my lease in the future. Compared to other complexes in the Vintage Park area, the Highpoint at Cypresswood has a lot less problems and the apartments are high quality. Communication is very good with management and the amenities are great. Five stars.

Where do I begin???? Visited this spot off a referral of a coworker and was pleasantly surprised. Great grounds with juuuusst enough energy to feel a pulse but peaceful (I don’t do loud, noisy neighbors anymore). I wanted cleanliness and spacious (this is Texas!) accommodations for the money they want and the 1BR units I saw were precisely what I was looking for. Guess it depends on what prospects are looking for, but this fit my needs on a 3 yr plan before buying a house. Call ahead and if you plan to schedule a visit, make sure you get Karina!!!! She’s very professional (not a given these days) and will take good care of you.

I love living here and the office managers and staff are extremely nice people. One person in the front office even calls me when a package arrives. The facilities are all brand new, the pool, game room, work out stuff is first class. You can walk out the back gate to Starbucks and sonic (which is in some ways a bad thing if you are trying to lose weight). I walk to Kroger and there is a park behind the apartments with lakes and running trails. The best part is if you like to stay on the go like me you can pull right out of the side gate and get on FM-249. BTW in the floods the parking lots here were high and dry.There is another review on here complaining about the elevators. I dont know where those people are coming from, the elevators are the slow hydraulic kind but I never have to wait once I push the button and they hold a king size mattress which is incredible.I would give it a five but they towed my car one time and wouldnt reimburse me claiming they had let everyone know they had started that but when I asked around nobody else was aware of it so then they stepped up their game on communicating it.Parking here is a problem they built too many covered parking spots and people arent paying for them so guests have to park outside and there arent enough spots for them on Friday and Saturday evenings.The valet garbage service is great and the ladies who run it will bend over backwards to help you. Unfortunately though the new service uses bins with metal casters instead of the big rubber tires that the previous service had so the whole building shakes for about 15 minutes every night.With all that said you wont find anyplace better! I may need to move because of price but if I do I will miss it.Blake

I really enjoyed staying at Highpoint for the year I got to. The staff were always very helpful and courteous and the grounds and maintenance were kept up to a high standard. The ammenities offered are excellent for staying home for the weekend were you can meet your neighbors or just chill at the pool. There were a couple of bumps when the elevators did go out, but there are other elevator banks in the building if you have to avoid the stairs. Also, during the Memorial day floods, this place was untouched while the shopping strip across the road was flooded. Just something to note if you want to avoid that drama in your life. :) Would definitely love to move back in!

I am about to renew my lease for another year! The location is great, the complex is very modern, amenities are up to par, the pool is great, the dog park is perfect for all furfamily members, and management is always extremely helpful. There are tenants that do not clean up after their dogs but management does follow up and does their job on reminding all residents to do so. The maintenance team is extremely nice and all requests are taken care of on a timely matter. I absolutely recommend this location for young professionals that live in the Cypress/Tomball area!!Edit 11/5/18: Never had issues with noise but unfortunately, the new neighbors upstairs who moved in about a month ago stomp, drop stuff (so hard that it knocked a picture off my wall), move furniture constantly, and talk on the phone so loud, I can hear their conversations while in the bathroom. I understand that the floors and walls are thin but the noise they make, is extreme. I have asked them to be considerate but I think it just made it worse unfortunately. Its apartment living for sure.

My dryer knob was broken and fixed the next day,I think it depends what problem you have they probably have to wait sometimes for parts to arrive ,but in my case they solved my problem next day,neighborgs are nice and they respect each other .but there will be always somebody playing loud music but dont worry a simple call to the main office will fix the problem really fast,everything is close from grosery stores to imax teather ,their finess room looks like a small nice mini gym and really clean and New machines.elevetors always working never had a problem. I called Highpoint to enquire on available apartments and the woman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. When I came for a visit the woman I spoke with on the phone remembered who I was. I was very impressed and immediately knew these were the Apartments for me. Thanks Karina for making this experience truly remarkable. I vote Mrs. Hardman for Employee of the Month..Thanks again Karina.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. The location is super convenient. The office staff are always so friendly and prompt. Nelson and the maintenance team are AMAZING! Overall great community, happy to call it home!

The maintenance team are wonderful. Not only are they prompt, they know how to fix stuff, go figure...They are are also polite and courteous.Greystar just bought the property and they are doing a lot of upgrades and property maintenance. Just signed another lease.

I went on a tour here and fell in love with the amenities, location & staff! The manager, Kadi, was super sweet & informative; she seemed like she really cared about the residents as she answered all of my questions (I had a million)! I am so excited for Highpoint at cypresswood to be my new home!

My experience at HighPoint startin off was amazing. I was looking to live here and when i walked in the two ldies greeted me ven though they were extremely busy. They had a lot going on with signing leases and just answering phones but did amazing.One lady (who i forgot her name she sits in the middle desk) had explained to me that she could give me pricing info but couldt tour until 1:30 because they had people coming in that they had to give their keys to which was completely understandable. She was in a rush but she gave me basic information.I decided to wait the hour because i really wanted to see the place and i watched how they handled every person and call and they were extremely kind and respectful and worked well underpressureOnce the hour came at about 1:45 Shelby (i remember her) was amazing even though she was busy she answered every question and i didnt feel rushed or anything. She was clear about the towing situation and i didnt know how serious it was until i read the reviews and now i am extremely nervous to move here because i have a lot of friends and we love to visit eachother and i would hate for their cars to be towed.Prior to Shelby telling me about the towing situation when i came in the complex before going to the leasing office i drove round the property and i did notice like two visitor spots here and two there but i didnt think that was all in my mind i was like they have to have a whole back row or something but upon reading this i am not sure if they do,Once i left on saturday i seriously started the application process but now i am nervous because of the parking issues but besides that the unit was so nice and modern looking which i love.. The price was a little pricey compared the area but the unit was nice.I will think about my decision more because i really like this place

I have lived here for nearly 2 years. I am moving, but it is not because its not a great place to live. I have had both a 1BR and a 2BR and have enjoyed them both thoroughly. The staff is among the best in the business and I would easily recommend this as a place to live to anyone.
