    I waited till I lived here for a couple months before I left a review.This place is exactly what I had envisioned it to be. Everything is right nearby if anyone needs to go anywhere. Parking is safe too, Ive seen the metro police, sheriff department sitting at times.Its peaceful, clean, safe, and beautifully maintained.But none of that would be possible without the people who run this place, they are awesome, especially maintenance. Things are taken care of promptly which is a huge plus. I dont worry much about living here about things going wrong because I know everyone is on top of things here. I definitely recommend staying here.

    I have only been living here a month and I already love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The property is always well maintained! The maintenance crew is professional, thorough and friendly. I especially love the fact that everyone keeps their pets on a leash the way they are expected to do. I really love it here! Helen and her team all work together to make sure we have the best and safest living experience possible!

    Joel, the Maintenance Supervisor, is amazing at his job! He always addresses me by name and is extremely polite. Every time he has to come to my apartment he makes sure that he has taken care of my needs before he leaves. That’s good because I’m very forgetful. He is 5 Stars!!

    Natasha, Jessica, Anthony, Elvis are all amazing!! Im extremely happy on how quickly they get the issues resolved in timely manner. They are here to help and support Tenants overall experience and stay in the apartment. I would highly recommend this place both for schooling as well as immediate access to shops, eatery.

    Angela, Anthony, and Noah are all amazing!! They really work with the tenants. They listen to us and do everything in their ability to assist. I’m more than grateful for an amazing property management team. The amenities are lovely and I always look forward to the super fun events they put in for the tenants every month, I always look forward to karaoke night. The community here is beautiful as well. Very friendly neighbors!Every apartment has its pros and cons but the pros outweigh the cons here. If I have ever had an issue they were very adamant about making sure that it was handled. You can tell this management team really cares for their tenants.

    Noah and Anthony are both phenomenal. I’ve lived here for two months and seeing all these negative reviews baffles me. The price is fair and the interiors are updated and modern. If you tour with them before purchasing, they are extremely open and honest about everything (what’s currently broken/getting fixed)There’s slight inconveniences like the occasional bad smell or key fob not working, but that comes with anywhere you live. The amenities are great, location is great, residents are great, and so is the staff!10/10

    This is a great location. Several eateries across the apartment complex, several business on the bottom floor, free parking in the metro parking garage, public schools across the street and everything else is available a skip and a hop away and elevators for residents. The property is well maintained and management is great + maintenance staff is the best. Of course nothing is perfect. These are apartments.

    I have lived at Highline Urban Lofts since June of 2021. The reason I am moving is due to wanting to find an apartment with a garage so that I can charge my electric car. My husband is really going to miss this place. To be honest, this is not a bad complex. The price I believe is fair although these are some older units. My car insurance actually went down living here, so this is a safer place. I have felt VERY safe living here. The location is convenient and I like that guest can park in the METRO garage. The maintenance are ABOSLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Every single time you put in a request they fix it the NEXT day. I had an issue with the washer occasionally not draining water, the next day a new machine was in my apartment. I was shocked! I can definitely say, there are not many issues, but if they arise they will take care of it.I will agree roaches are an issue. However, I had pest control come out on Tuesday for three consecutive weeks a few months back and problem was fixed. I think the pest issue is caused by the trash chute located in the back by the freight elevator. When I throw my trash away in the trash chute it is filled with roaches and the area around it is quite dirty. (I dont like using the provided trash can for valet trash, so I just throw my trash bags away myself. ) If they eliminate that trash chute it should help and help with the smell. The hallways dont always smell so great. There are ALOT of residents with pets, so if you dont like pets just be observant when coming off the elevator. But the pets are all adorable. :)I realized there is new management and the leasing office is now very pleasant and professional. I will miss having a professional office staff to contact if needed.I recommend this place for anyone because it appeals and has a little of everything from families, singles and professionals.

    Have been living here for about 2 months now. there’s been multiple times where fire alarms will go off and on in the middle of the night, or just going off all day without warning. For the past 2 weeks now water has been shut off throughout the entire apartment and i can’t even flush my toilet. they sent out an email blaming the MUD, but no other businesses or communities nearby had their water affected, only this apartment complex. They take forever to respond to emails, but best believe they will immediately fine you for leaving out a trashcan or having “unsightly” outdoor furnitureEdit: New management(i think) has taken over and the new staff is great! Anthony is very proactive and helped me both find a missing package, and helped me get something the original management promised, yet never delivered on!

    Maintenance and management have been amazing! We absolutely love the staff. Any questions we’ve had they’ve answered any maintenance questions they have answered in a timely manner they are all so very polite and the staff is always so good to me!

    Angela and her team have been SUPER Fantastic.. moving here was the best decision we have made.. We are the Smiths.. residence four three years.. Transferred from Town Center Village to Highline Urban Lofts.. The transfer from both apartments were super easy.... Angela and her team worked very hard to make sure our move was successful... Moving to a two bedroom two bath.. the view from my apartment is amazing .. When youre walking through the property ALL YOU CAN SEE IS A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT... THE POOL AREA IS VERY LUXURY... ALSO ON THE GARDEN SIDE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL... THE MAINTENANCE COME OUT RIGHT AWAY... THE YOUNG LADIES THAT CLEAN THE COURTYARD AND THE CLUBHOUSE KEEP EVERYTHING SO NICE AND CLEAN..     Moved in a month ago and was kinda skeptical because I read all of the bad reviews. Glad I went with my gut and moved in! I love it here. My place is quiet, I never hear my neighbors. There’s always convenient parking. The people that stay in the community are very nice. Leasing office is very helpful, especially Alexis Walker. Best experience I’ve ever gone through and she definitely made transition smoother. Numerous places to eat, stores to shop, my job is 15 minutes away, no complaints at all. No bugs or issues in my unit at all. I am very pleased with my place.

    Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Noah. He has to be the most helpful and caring person I’ve came across since I’ve been living here and the ONLY reason I resigned my lease . Other than that Highline gets an 2 overall. Continue to do a phenomenal job Noah!

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved every moment. Unless something drastic happens I would never move. I have no complaints for this establishment or staff. Everyone here is understanding and have been very quick to reply and address the very few concerns I have had. Susan is great and I recently met the new manager Shawn and he as well is friendly and ready to take action with requests made. Arturo and Marco are a awesome maintenance team they respond quickly even on holidays. They are the best. Marco was dignified and understanding when responding to my call this past weekend. He was very prompt and completed the work in such great timing. He did not react when I first showed that I was upset. He remained calm which allowed me to show appreciation for his job well done. I would highly recommend this place as a home for everyone. Keep up the great work everyone and continue to make this the best place to live. Remember there is no place like Home.

    Amazing place to live!Great community in a great location. The front desk especially Alexis is very friendly and helpful. The management conducts lots of fun filled events and activities for the residents. The apartment is well maintained and the maintenance guys are willing to help and fix issues in time. Overall it’s a nice decent place to live. Will definitely recommend.

    I visited this apartment today for a tour, not really expecting much, but the customer service i was given was amazing. I was given a tour by Shania, and all I can say is wow. She was very warm and welcoming, any questions I had about the apartments she was able to answer quickly and effortlessly. She was able to provide me with details I hadn’t even thought about, she’s really good at what she does, and you can tell she’s passionate about truly helping people & making sure they have the best leasing/residential experience possible. She did not try to give me the run around like previous apartments i’ve toured either, which is a breath of fresh air! Just really a great experience, a better one than I could’ve even imagined, all because of her!

    Ms.Nyre has been so amazing. She took my mother and I on tour and was very informative about the community. Super friendly and her customer service sold me right away! I am so excited to be moving in! :) THE COMMUNITY IS SO GORGEOUS, and the yoga platform and other amenities are so nice! Cant wait to be a apart of this community. Thanks Nyre for everything!

    Day 3 - so far so good! Some items weren’t move in ready but staff eagerly reviewed concerns. All neighbors are friendly too! Being walking distance to these delicious restaurants might be the only negative :/ since it is so convenient!

    So far so good! My first impression of the community was that it was very well kept, beautiful and close knit. Jason’s tour was exceptional and very informative. During the process of applying for the apartment he was also very responsive and detailed with assisting me and making sure I was put into the exact unit that fit my desires. I move in October 1, 2020 and can’t wait to call Highline my home.

    We moved in to these apartments a few months ago, and so far everything has been wonderful. We have even received some unexpected upgrades, which is always nice! We love our new home! Alexis has been more than helpful with anything we need! I definitely recommend Highline Urban Living! :-)

    Assistance Manager was extremely helpful over the weekend. The apartments were a little bit out dated. The floor plans are nice and wish I couldve leased here but, cant do the black fridge and white cabinets. :(

    My husband and I love this place!! This is our first apartment together but we visited over 20 apartments till we saw this one... It has a nice friendly environment to it, everyone we pass says hi or tries to help if they see you need help. You can hear the neighbors once in a blue moon but nothing that is bothering to us. We love the valet trash, the pool area is always clean and ready, gym is always ready to use and doesnt have a gym smell to it. The apartment we got is about 800 sq ft and its beautiful!!! It has so much room to work with, we have had friends and family come over and really admire how roomy and large everything is!! Over all we really love this place and really happy that we went with it!!

    I moved into Highline back in April and Justin the Leasing Manager was nothing short of fantastic. He was accommodating with my date needing to change and was so thorough with the leasing process and move in.     Great apartment complex! Staff is so nice and friendly. Maintenance team is very responsive and get to work orders quickly. The grounds are neatly kept and other amenities are in good shape. I truly enjoy living here and also how easy it is to get to some restaurants and club in the same area.

    Living here is great. The front office staff (Alexis, Yeimi and Kathrine) are top notch, maintenance staff are great and request get taken care of in a timely manner and the place is always clean. They are currently upgrading units and the grounds making it even better than before.

    Lived here for 3 years. Under the previous management it was a decent place to live. But this new management team has made it a much better experience. Its about the simple quality of life stuff. For example, instead of trying to fix a broken door which left a lot of people stuck outside, they did the necessary and just replaced the damn thing. From the moment they came in, they started classing the place up. Really love the staff here. Would totally recommend living here.

    Overall, I toured several properties yesterday and I must say speaking and touring the with Michael was by far the best one.     When I tell you this was the week from hell it was one crazy week. System had a glitch and unit wasnt ready, car getting towed, and moving 5 days from 7pm-1am with a newborn was crazy. Michael went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure we were well taking care of and had all we needed to make sure everything went smoothly. We are unpacking and loving our place. I can not thank Michael enough!! He deserves more than 5 stars. Im looking forward to enjoying our time living there. R.G.

    I lived here from 11/13-06/14. I loved it here I was on the 3rd floor with a nice view from my balcony. Office staff were nice and friendly Shay, Rosa, Eva & the tall maintenance guy. I lost my job so I couldnt afford my apt anymore. When I was moving out the guy even helped my by taking my tv downstairs to my car. If I move back to Texas I want to move back to these apts. The amenities are great and great location.

    Cypress village is a nice community and it’s clean. The new staff are so friendly and very helpful. You actually see them out walking hallways. They are implementing new rules and I think it’s great. My only complaint is that I wish we had security but other than that I love living here!

    I highly recommend this property. Leasing agent Michael Steen was very professional with the tour given today. Property is well kept. I didn’t feel rushed with the application process.     Weve been here for 2 years and absolutely love it. The staff is great. Eva alone gets 5 stars! I feel safe here, its beautiful and people are friendly. The only drawback is since the freeway is so close, you can here cars driving all night until you fall asleep! Wish we werent leaving. :)

    This is a great community to stay in I love the mid-rise living. The apartments are very nice the area have a lot to offer and the amenities are excellent the whole set up is mind blowing for the prices and all the thing that you get with the apartment. We love its location The Houston Premium Outlet Mall is just 5 minutes away if you love to shop, lots of amazings restaurants some with live music and great food also easy access to bankingIts perfectly located seconds away from290 FWY I highly recommend this place check them out.

    Ive stayed here for 1 year and from the very first day of contact with the staff, my family has been shown nothing but kindness and understanding. Any issue we have addressed directly to them has always been taken care of exactly to our liking. I would highly recommend this place if you are searching for a place.
