Apartments are fairly well taken care of though they are older and do need some maintenance. Parking is probably the most frustrating as guest parking is only way up front. Long way to walk for anybody visiting especially when youre older

Very spacious 1 bed apartments. Theyre very serious about pest control. Assigned parking. No hidden costs. Will update review as time goes on. Update maintenance is very punctual & gets the job done

Best for the price! Ive been here for over a year and its been nothing but smooth. There are some miscreants but Ive never been to an a apartment complex(or neighborhood) that doesnt have a few. And since Ive moved in its been apparent that the management has been cleaning the place up aggressively. They arent tolerating trashy behavior or drugs/violence. Theyve also been gradually adding updated and better appliances. Within the first month the whole complex had new toilets and a few months later all new (double-paned) awesome fold out windows. My electric bill has been staggeringly low in both of the units Ive resided in and the office staff has been very easy to work with, professional, and more courteous than you could ask for. Thank you so much and keep up the good work guys! Im gonna miss you all.

Not the flashiest of apartment complexes but the tenants seem lively, doing outdoor activities and have a nice pool. My friend has lived there for 5 years and says it really feels like home. Maintenance has improved as of late too

Front office values the importance of maintaining humanity & understanding towards their tenants. This quality is hard to come by, & should not be overlooked.
