My husband and I moved out here Dec 2022 and have loved it. Best maintenance team by far that weve ever experienced; theyre thorough and respond very quickly to any request. We love how quiet the neighborhood is and how little light pollution there is; we like being able to star gaze. We got a renovated house. The brand new flooring and kitchen appliances were a nice surprise when we moved in. We feel very blessed to be out here and dont mind the drive into town. Aaaaaand of course were super close to Buccees!

Spent 2 years hereGreat place to live especially if you like peace and quiet, neighborhood is generally nice and everyone minds their own business. The managers of the complex are very nice and generous with their coupons from time to time and for that I am also thankful.But who I would give light to are the maintenance guys, they get the job done and very professional about it too.

I have lived here for 4 years and we have had a good experience.In the 1st year we had mice but being that there are fields all around it was understandable. Maintenance came out quickly to close all the holes and then we no longer had problems.I gotta say that maintenance has always been on point! They are all terrific!👏👏👏The neighborhood has been quiet. It’s a far drive from the city but for the price you save a lot more money.

Great place to raise a familyI moved in 5 months ago and I love how peaceful if itThe ladies at the office are very friendly and understanding of most situations.Maintenance is very fast and professionalBut I feel like they are probably underpaid for how fast the service is, for example Ill report an issue and the guy shows up in less than 10 minsBut all around its very nice
