I recently moved back to Houston & during a very critical time, i came across these apartments and decided to apply here as it was located in the area i wanted to live in. And let me tell you, the staff is an absolute delight. So respectful, compassionate, and cooperative. Ana was amazing through the whole process, and i met the other two ladies briefly (i think one was Abby), and both were equally nice. The apartment itself was a nice surprise... Its spacious and cozy. They cleaned it well, and the atmosphere so far seem good. It feels safe and quiet; just what i wanted. But honestly, for me the attitude of the staff is a big thing. And thats one main pros here. They service their tenants and make them feel welcomed. All three ladies are approachable. The maintaince guy was very nice too...fixed a few things quickly. Also installed something i wanted without making a fuss.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable little home. You get to experience both apartment & home feel here.

I hope my rate be helpful, however I’m a new tenant and I have nothing but good to say they have been nothing but nice to me and pleasant. The manager Natalie even gave me a welcome basket however the apartments have been so quiet and I been here 4months and no pest problems either however I am my ow exterminator also . So overall I love them and I recommend them . 💙💙💙

I want to express my appreciation for Highland Meadow Village and highlight the exceptional work of the management team. Natalie is an amazing Community Manager. She is firm and decisive, ensuring the complex runs smoothly and maintains zero tolerance for nonsense. Before she took over, I used to have kids kicking my door and running away, but I haven’t had any issues since she’s been in charge. I complained about noise from my neighbors once, and my guess is she handled it real quick, as I never heard noise ever again. Additionally, she even hired security for the pool to ensure that no children are there without an adult. Whenever I put in a request for a repair, she opens it immediately, demonstrating her attentiveness and dedication to her job. Ana is also incredibly sweet and respectful, adding to the positive atmosphere.I truly feel safe here. Jose is also outstanding at addressing my maintenance requests. Whenever I report any issues, they are fixed incredibly fast. He is super sweet and caring, always ensuring everything is in perfect order.My only negative comment is that the pool and gym aren’t open on the weekends or past 5:30pm on Weekdays, which is something I wish could change.Thank you all for making my living experience at Highland Meadow Village so enjoyable.

The property is clean. The office dont bother anyone who is following community rules. The manager is very attentive to her residents. Shes inspected my apt twice and every single time shes came to my apt her suggestion have been helpful . Anais a sweetheart and the maintenance Jose is great. Highly recommend

Ive been here for 7yrs and have always been satisfied with the building, maintenance, grounds, and office personnel. Office personnel have been kind and always available to talk and listen to me with any situations that come about and are always able to come up with solutions. Overall, Im grateful and thankful to live in an apartment community like Highland Meadow Village that is clean, quiet, and calm. Thank you management and residents for keeping our community presentable and lets continue to work together as a family to keep our community the best and safe place to live!

Just moved in a few days ago and I love my apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and bright inside. The staff have been incredible in helping me and wife process as smooth as possible. The ladies in the office I have recently seen walking around the property actually working and assuring the property is nice and clean . I have never seen that in my life where a property manager is out here working picking up trash assuring the property greatness. The maintenance Jose did a really good job with make ready and overall I am a satisfied tenant. I would definitely recommend this apartments to anyone.

I have been to Highland Meadow Village many times and it was always a good looking property. This past year Natalie S. took over the property and the property looks sharp. The property colors are vibrant it looks very welcoming, the property is clean at all times. The pool is always sky blue year round. The maintenance work really hard. The girls in the office are professional and overall is a great Tax Credit property to live in. I definitely recommend. If I could qualify to live here I definitely would!

I came by earlier this week for some information. Abby was so helpful in answering my questions and concerns. The property is very well kept and the apartments are well maintained. Abby notified me of a few renovations that are being made in the apartment which really makes them seem so much more inviting. I cant wait to get my application started!

Moved here in 2015 and have been here ever since. My apartment is nice is a spacious townhouse. The leasing office staff is great 10-out 10 . We missed Natalie we glad she’s bck. My side of the property where I live is quiet . The property is clean. The pool is about to open and we really appreciate dat for the kids specially because dis kids are about to be out of school.

I have lived here for a year now and my experience here has been amazing. Super dog friendly with doggy bag stations set up through out the apartment, so the grass stays clean. Any time I need maintenance for my apartment they are quick to respond. Definately the best apartment complex ive stayed at.

I have been here 10 years I believe and I now love it and feel safer than I have before. The office staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. When I first moved in there was alot of drug dealing going on outside with the youth and others and there was alot of gang activity. It has been cleaned up and has a great atmosphere now. There are a few unruly children that play ball in the parking lot and hit cars with the balls but in all I love the place. There are a lot of dog owners that bring their pets to my area, which is the back of the complex to use the restroom and don’t clean up even though there are clean up stations but the office is working on that! The maintenance is great and works hard to fix things in a timely manner while keeping the grounds as clean as they can. My apt is peaceful and painted the way I like it and that makes me feel like I matter. My service pet and I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. This is our HOME!! Thank you so much Highland Meadow Village for being real leadership in our community!! You ALL ROCK!!!!!!

I am going on 3 years living at this property and waited to do a review so i could actually give a ‘rating’. First of all a big thank you to karen for being and still to this day being such a great overall rounded person! She always makes me feel like family and is very responsive with your concerns. Also, congratulations on the new promotion that the company has given you; you deserve it! Everyone else is amazing as well in the office. Property is very beautiful and is kept nicely. Overall great experience with all!

This is a great community. I have been living here for about 8 months and Karen the old leasing was great with us. She took the time to take us step by step to move us in. It was our first apartment and we really didint know anything about leasing an apartment. Our apartment was very beautiful and will be renewing our lease this October.

Love this place! It was perfect for me and my sons and super adorable. If I ever had an issue, they were on it within 48 hours or less. The ladies in the front are extremely nice. Everyone is quiet and to themselves, the neighbors that I have met are respectful and look out. I’ve been here 2 years and if my family wasn’t growing, I’d stay way longer.

I am a first time renter, but Karen and Debby were more than helpful throughout the process. They explained everything in detail and in ways that I was able to understand, without all the confusion. Karen had so much patience for me even with question after question, and was great at explaining the renters process! The apartments themselves are well maintained and worth the price you pay. Debby was great! She explained each page of the lease thoroughly and showed and lot of enthusiasm when it came time for me to see my apartment! Overall a great experience and I love my townhome.. definitely worth it!

I went to pick an application and the property manager Juvenal showed me the amenities. The pool, fitness center, and playgrounds are well kept. Property grounds were cleaned. Prices are reasonable for the area. Mr. Juvenal was very helpful and kind. I will definitely move in.

Hello I give a 4 star rating due to overall the apartment is nice and so is the area. Let me start off by saying Karen started off helpful from the beginning of the process of paperwork to get approve to move in. Once I was approved I was told that I could move in on the 15th of April. Well the 14th came and I received a phone call from Karen stating that my apartment was not ready to be moved in. That really upset me due to the fact that I had already had things transferred and things in process of being delivered to my new home. I was told by Karen that my apartment will be ready on Tuesday April 21st. I did not receive any phone call prior to April 21st, so on April 21st Tuesday morning I had went picked up my U-Haul paid the people to load it and was headed towards the apartments. On my way to the apartments I received a phone call from Karen stating that my apartment is still not ready that the housekeeper was still in the apartment cleaning and it will be ready at 2 p.m. I was very frustrated due to I had paid out a lot of money paying someone to help me move. 215 came I came over to the apartment place and was told my apartment still was not ready the communication and the process of getting my apartment ready for my move in was a disaster. Approximately 445-5 I received a phone call stating that my apartment was now ready to be moved in. I came here started to move in and walked into a floor or should I say many floors (dinning room, kitchen, laundry, living room and both bathrooms) filled with paint, the floors were chipped. Bathroom sinks have chips all around them one of the mirrors are chipped damaged the other one had paint splatter all over the mirror. Bathroom tub is constantly dripping. I let Karen know that I was not happy at all, her response the deposits are 100% refundable.Seem like Karen wasnt really caring.I spoke with Ms. Natalie and she was very helpful and she came in took a look and assured me she will address the issues.So now Ill wait on this process, pray it will get token care of.

Ive lived in these apartments for almost 10yrs, itll be 10 in 2018.. I had a 3 bedroom, and now I have a 2 bedroom. Since Ive been here, management has changed 3 times.. the best office managers were Lydia and Isabel, the new guy seems alright I never really had to talk to him. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, they also keep an eye out if I go out of town.. which makes me comfortable and at ease. Only thing I have a problem with is a lot of the neighbors let their children take out the trash, and the children dont always put it directly in the dumpster. So itll be trash on the side of the dumpster or in front of it and the dumpster dont even be full sometimes. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and a lot of the residents that reside here arent always the best when it comes to keeping their area clean. Yes, we do have maintanence workers, but those people can only do so much. The residence who reside and the people need to have more get up about where they lay their head and the area around them, because I pay attention and a lot of these parents park their cars and let their children throw out trash right by the car or on the pavement and thats trifling. Not to mention, a lot of these children have no manners and very disrespectful.. they will balantly use profanity in front you like youre one of their peers, but you cant tell people about their children and I dont.. I just shake my head.

I like the Highland Meadow. Its convient and is great with the monitoring. I like the office staff, they are understanding and comforting and the group keepers are even nicer. The propert manager Juvenal is excellent. All staff are great because they will speak and wave to you and they also respect your privacy they are awesome.
