High Point Uptown is a great place to live. There are a lot of community events and the staff is very friendly and understanding. The amenities are excellent for small business owners and work from home employees. They just changed out the furniture in the social lounge and it looks really nice and professional. Its also a great place to have executive business meetings and zoom calls!

Ive lived here for a little over a month now. So far, I can confidently say that of the 8 apartment complexes Ive lived at in the past 10 years, High Point Uptown has BY FAR the best front office staff. They have been incredibly kind and helpful during the move in process, and in my time here so far. The complex is clean and has great amenities, and you cant beat the area. Have not had any issues with noise, or any issues that hinder my experience here.

Location is amazing, I love where my apartment is on the property. Amenities look nice and you can tell the office makes sure to keep them updated. The courtyards are nice and clean and I love that there are options to take my dog out for walks. Application process is long but worth it to have a good rate in Uptown.

The staff and community here is great. So far I have had a great experience living in this community. The onsite gym is very convenient as well as the pool and lounge. I have to shout out Andreas he is the best and my girls love him! Amy and Jess are both great they always have a friendly smile, always kind and can help you with whatever you need!

Visited the property almost a year ago and decided to stay at my current place.Now my lease is up and I am giving this property a try.The staff is always welcoming and the property is clean and well maintained. Alley and Andres are amazing and answered all my questions without fail.

The community has been very welcoming. The leasing office has been transparent and made the application process seamless. Upon arrival, we did not know what to expect for move in date. However, it was the easiest move in experience I have had. The sense of security is nice. There are gates to allow residents in and out only via key fob. All amenities are made available via key fob entry as well. So it is nice knowing that our amenities won’t be used by the general public. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about three months and we absolutely love it! The staff is so nice, all of them go out of their way to help you. They are always doing things to improve the community, and I always feel safe here, which is a big plus. The area is amazing and the neighbors are super sweet! If you are apartment shopping I definitely recommend High Point.

I love it here. I have had such a wonderful and smooth experience from the day I called to find out some info to the day I received my keys and now sitting in my relaxing patio with breathtaking views of the city lights and pool. Every bit of the process was so very worth it! The gates offer a lot of security and I feel safe. The amenities on the property are so well taken care of and seem new and clean. All of the staff that worked with me we’re absolutely so helpful and professional. Andres is so sweet, he’s my favorite! I have three little ones who have lots of energy and I love how much courtyard area there is for them to run and play. I was welcomed with open arms. I hope to live here for as long as we can until we are able to buy property in the future. Thank you High Point Uptown💗

Love the place. Brian was amazing! He answered all of our questions. You could tell He was being honest and genuinely trying to help. I wish they had a 3 bedroom 😩!!!! I will be checking in to see if anything magically comes up so we can apply!

I recently moved here and I love everything about these apartments. Neighbors are nice, grounds are kept clean, but the best part without a doubt are the people at the leasing office. Allison helped me navigate every step of the application process and has been super helpful in answering all my questions and making the move in process a breeze.

Let me tell you guys about the community and the process, even though it can be a tedious process Jessica L. was amazing! She helped me ever single step of the way. Everyone in the front was superb, Andres was patient with all my phone calls and guided me as well, theyre truly very kind and caring. After a month of moving here I had a slight issue (nothing with the apartment itself) the apartment manager Missy, was on it. She was attentive and genuinely concerned with my problems. An awesome apartment manager 👍 Highpoint Uptown is overall in a great location and has amazing amenities, but the team is why I love this place!

I have been living here for 2 years. My apartment is very nice and Quiet.I never had a parking problem (like other Mid rise Apartments) the garage design is great, lots of room to park. Office and Maintenance is excellent. Grounds always kept up. Pool and Facilities are always clean and kept up.Never seen Bugs, pests etc. No problems with any services. Neighbors are nice and friendly.I wish I could stay but I am in auto sales and times are tough.

Beautiful property near amazing restaurants & shopping. The leasing representatives and property manager are knowledgeable and friendly, yet highly professional. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction prior to move-in, and after 3 months there, absolutely no surprises. I highly recommend High Point if you are looking to live in a friendly & safe environment you can call home.

I think we have the best staff ever. Missy, Andres, and Jessica are always tenative to each resident.... Ive lived here 2 years and absolutely love it. My neighbors are great. Maintenance is always done right away. The community is always very well kept, never once seen a single bug in my apt!

Ive been living here since October and I cant express how great it has been.I have joined the few social events the community has had. You can walk down a patio and someone is always greeting you, neighbors are very friendly. When I call for something to get something fixed, all get answered promptly and management has been very friendly since the beginning. Overall I am very happy!

Love this place! Ive lived here for about 8 months now and have had no complaints. The management team is friendly and always very helpful. Missy, Jessica and Andres have made everything so easy and they are all happy to help at all times. Management keeps everyone aware of anything going on which is much appreciated. Great location, great amenities, safe and clean environment, and great staff! Highly recommend.

My husband and I moved here about two weeks ago and love our apartment! Its spacious and has great natural lightning. As for the apartment complex it self is gorgeous loaded with beautiful facilities such as 24/7 fitness center and bunch of places to hang out with guests. Looking forward to staying here! The staff (Jesus Espinoza) has done an amazing job showing us around and making the process smooth and easy.

So I normally dont like to write reviews but i needed to do this for future residents. I toured the property which I was amazed by the office staff. They absolutely made me feel welcomed and that I was priority. Community is beautiful, but down fall is I need this for next year( bummer). I will be coming back to lease next year. First impression is key..

I find High Point Uptown to amazing! I’m a tenant and I love all the amenities that this complex offers.There’s a new manager on staff and since they’ve been on board I’ve really noticed a change.High Point Uptown doesn’t really need any selling. This property and landscaping is impeccable.Not to mention the location is everything. So close to all the action. I definitely live this area and would recommend High Point Uptown to anyone looking to experience a plush living community!

It is a new complex, but it is not being properly maintained. Our apartment was not fully prepared, lots of problems. The entrance gate is not working (open 24/7 for anyone to get in. you can go directly to any apartment door without single obstacle) for a few weeks now.Edit: changed the review score, as some of the issues with the apartment were finally addressed.

I toured High Point Uptown this weekend as I am getting transferred to Houston for work and need to find an apartment in this area. As soon as I walked in the staff was super friendly!
