    I’ve been living at this property for the past 2 years and it has been amazing!!. The staff, (Olga, Hope, and jose) have been awesome so Keep up the excellent work, we appreciate you! Once a I submit a maintenance request, Jose has been super productive by getting things handled quickly and efficiently. Love the environment and will for sure renew my lease again due to the experience here.

    I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and it’s been a great experience so far. The people that live here are friendly and courteous, and the management team has been very helpful with anything that comes up. They also put on fun events and activities to keep a great sense of community.

    This is hands down the best apartment complex in the area! The people here are so friendly and the complex has everything you would need. They are also pet friendly! Theres plenty of parking here and the units are all very spacious and clean. The patios are also big as well. It is the perfect place to live in. Hope and Olga are amazing and will gladly be there to help and answer any questions you might have! If youre looking for an apartment in the Heights area you will definitely love it here!!!

    Management and Maintenance Teams are truly top-notch. It is a breath of fresh air to find people who seem to genuinely care about you. Every time I have needed assistance with a maintenance and/or repair issue, the response has been EXTREMELY quick and effective. No hassle, they just get it fixed. They are very proactive with communication in all aspects. Great apartment, great neighborhood, great price and wonderful people in charge. They have gone above and beyond during the recent weather adventures and that means a lot.

    My experience at Heights West has been nothing but pleasant. The property is well kept and I love all the amenities they have to offer.     Just renewed my lease!Still enjoying this community. Good location, great neighbors and neighborhood and wonderful staff!I love this place! The location simply cant be beat, but its the neighbors and staff that create the community. I consider several of my neighbors not just friends, but family and the staff has always delivered great and speedy service. Olga, Stephanie and the maintenance staff are friendly, pleasant and eager to help whenever Ive needed something.

    My wife and I moved here in 2018 and love it. The pool area is great, we use the gym all the time, and our neighbors are friendly. I’ve rented at a lot of places, but this one has felt like home.

    Came by to your and I loved the welcoming environment this property have. The property Manager Guillermo was really helpful and loved the way he toured me and my husband. We will be coming back to this property once we sell our House. He was really profesional and friendly. 100% recommend this community.     We have lived here three years. Overall our experience has been a good one. Management, staff and maintenance are friendly and professional, quick to respond to issues and request. When we have had issues they are resolved quickly. Some things take more time than others, but it gets done. We have good neighbors and the community feels safe. We enjoy calling Heights West 11 th home.

    Maintenance Team, aka Francisco and the porters are amazing! From the first day we moved in over a year ago Francisco has always taken care of our maintenance needs in a prompt and professional manner. I am a lifetime renter and love the fact that our service request completion is measured in hours not days. The office is great about following up after each service request, but really there is no need because he does the job right the first time. He is respectful in our home and always cleans any mess that may occur from a repair. He is friendly and always greets you with a smile if you pass him on the property. We have shown our appreciation in the past by baking sweets for him but have been meaning to put something in writing and share. Thank you Francisco! You are very much appreciated! =)

    I absolutely love this whole complex. Their modernized accommodations like the spruce app, vending machine, the Amazon package deposit boxes, as well as the always neat and clean office wing. The pool space is immaculate; I’ve never seen anything like it. The office staff is always so helpful and the nicest staff I’ve ever dealt with. Alexis is always so nice and professional when answering the phone and accommodating to our every need. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. It’s a great place to live and call home!

    I love my apartment and the community. The management team is the best team I have ever had and Ive lived at 2 other complexes before this one. They are super nice, friendly and listen to you. They made me feel very welcome when I moved in early June and they still make me feel welcome. There were a few issues with parking and pool noise (I dont deal with this because I dont face the pool) but the parking is fine now. I never have trouble finding a spot. If you dont want to deal with potential pool noise then dont face the pool. I think its crazy that this place has received some 1- star reviews! I love my new home and Ive made friends here and I would recommend this place to anyone!

    I want to thank Olga, the apt. manager at Heights West 11th. She does a great job and really cares about her renters. She has helped me with many issues in my time at the apts. She gets things done quickly and accurately. This is a nice quiet property with a great location. Thank you Olga I hope you stay here a long time.

    I love living here! Im beginning my fifth year here. No noisy neighbors, no problems! The place is just a few years old, so there are hardly any maintenance issues! Valet garbage pickup. At night the cafe lights across part of the pool area are so nice. It looks like Im living in a resort. Huge umbrellas covering matching furniture at the pool with grill, cornhole, bocce ball. It really is nice here!The new manager, Olga, is great. She was been very kind to me. I was worried about new management, but its better than ever!2/28/2023 - I want to let everyone know that Francisco, the maintenance man, at these apartments is awesome! He always has a smile on his face, is super friendly and responds immediately to any maintenance request. Ive never had to have him come back twice to repair anything. He does it right the first time. I know how important maintenance is when looking to find a new apartment and I can tell you first hand, you cant beat Francisco. Thanks5/29/2023 - I submitted a maintenance request for something kind of silly. I wanted all the light bulbs in the kitchen track lighting to match in luminosity. Jose came over this morning (ON MEMORIAL DAY) to do that for me. He was extremely pleasant and patient as I had him move the track lights back and forth until they suited me just right. I can say without hesitation the maintenance at Heights West 11th apartments is outstanding. Thank you Jose.

    This apartment complex has been a nice place to live. The property manager and leasing manager Lauren and Alexis have been such amazing help to me and answer any questions I need. As for maintenance in the apartment complex, Luis keeps the place very well kept. Luis is always there to fix anything if need be. One of the things I like most is the pool area. It’s very quiet and is usually empty most of the times. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. It’s a great place to live and call home!

    This property is super cute and very well kept! They have wood flooring throughout each units main areas and nice clean fresh carpet in the bedrooms and closets! It’s rare to find apartments without carpet in the living on their upper floor levels!Their leasing agent, Alexis, is super sweet, helpful, and very kind and easy going! You can tell she truly loves her job and enjoys helping people.I work in the MultiFamily industry and I see a lot of apartment complexes and talk to a lot of their personnel and I was thoroughly impressed with this property, their team and how well kept they keep everything at their property.If I were lucky enough to escape the suburbs and make my way back to Heights living I would lease here in a heart beat! It’s tucked away which gives it privacy but still so close to everything. Super cute and well done!

    Moved in during July 2023 and have not had a single complaint since. Maintenance is reliable, leasing office staff is responsive and nice, neighbors are friendly, and the property is very nice overall!

    We are really glad we chose this place. Location is great. Easy access to I-10, 610 and 290. Of course, being close to all the good restaurants in the heights and Washington Ave is a super huge plus. Our pool is always a hit with friends and family. It looks like a resort.We love the management and team. Victoria is always so accommodating. She has met all of our needs and we feel so welcome and comfortable in our new home. We are lucky to have her here and Katie with us.Yes, there was an issue with parking for a few days while there was construction going on. Typical new apartment stuff. Everything has returned back to normal.

    I would recommend this apartment homes only because of the new manager Olga! Since Olga became a new manager, everything has drastically changed!She is an amazing person, VERY good manager and she is the one who makes things happen.Olga is very professional, sincere and dedicated. She listens to every single concern and addresses them immediately!I extended my lease because of Olga!The location of Heights 11th is super convenient.Close to downtown, to grocery stores and to many restaurants around Heights area.Apartments are spacious, appliances in kitchen are new and closet is extremely big.Definitely recommend this placeto be a new home!

    I have lived here for two years and can honestly say that it is the best apartment complex in which I have lived. The staff (Lauren) is very friendly, competent, accommodating and professional. I have not had a single issue with maintenance staff, the leasing office, mail/packages (we have an Amazon locker) or amenities. I love the hanging lights by the pool at night.

    Great location, open floor plan, modern fixtures, marble counter tops, brand new appliances, brand new everything! The ground floor has beautiful dark wood/tile flooring. I love the gated parking lot, as well. There is always plenty of parking. The office staff is also very responsive. Matt is always very helpful and friendly whenever we need anything or have any questions. I am very proud to call this place home.

    I have been here for about 4 months and am very happy I chose this place. Its ducked off away from the congestion but still right down the street from all the restaurants and places we like to hang out. I have even meet some new friends that I hang out with frequently from the Resident Events they host each month. I would say if youre looking for a great location, helpful office staff, and nice community come here. (And tell them I sent you we can share the referral fee. Lol!)

    I havent signed a lease yet or moved in, but I toured 10-15 communities over the past two weekends and had the BEST experience with the team at Haven. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property - I immediately felt that Haven would be the right place for me. The community is beautiful and well kept and the floorplans use space really efficiently so that you get the most from your money. Do yourself a favor and stop by if youre looking for a new place.

    Definitely moving in once my lease is up. The Community is clean and conveniently located near the a bayou trail entrance. It has that feeling of away but is in the city if that makes sense. Staff is very approachable and courteous. Id give them a 11/10.

    I called to get info and visited the property due to psbl employment in the area and me needing to move. Lauren and the rest of the staff (male and female) were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Even reached out to a few residence I saw out and they say they love it there. Ended up getting an offer else where so didnt go through with living there, but if the opportunity would have happened, would have moved in 100%
