I am more than grateful for the ladies who manage these apartments. Brianna was a complete blessing as was the other lady (I forget her name). These ladies were kind, compassionate, patient, and very loving. Our mom passed recently and we are seeking a place for my brother my sister and me these two ladies truly helped ease the pain and process with their kindness. It was explained to us how to know which apartments are on the first floor and second floor, they assured my sister and me that we were not a bother to them with all of the questions and concerns we had. It is because of these two ladies that we are willing to wait for a vacancy.

Beyond the excellent manager, Brandie, the apartment itself was spacious & well maintained. She is accommodating, understanding, patient and positive. She is the reason we stayed as long as we did.The location of the complex was also very convenient for us.While no place is perfect, any minor issues I encountered during our tenancy were always addressed promptly and efficiently by Brandie and her staff. Their dedication to resident satisfaction truly sets Heights apart.Overall, we highly recommend Heights to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in San Antonio/Converse area.

So happy to live at Converse - it has been quiet great and convenient. The staff (especially Briana everybody has been welcoming, amazingly helpful, and always gets things fixed fast when needed. - During this new chapter in my life. It is a pleasure to call The heights at converse my new home. I am looking forward to meeting my neighbors and plan to live here for a very long time!

As a resident I am truly amazed by the management team and staff. They really help the community and make it a safe and healthy environment. Maintenance team is overly exceptional. They take care of issues and a very timely manner with a helpful and understanding attitude.

Working with the leasing staff and current manager Brandie has been wonderful! The staff are very kind, and helpful. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The amenities are amazing. The property is clean, quiet, and beautiful. I have never felt more happy to call a place home.

Been here three years. Any issues I had with the complex were addressed by new management that came in about a year ago. All in all a good place to live if you have a small family or move around for the military.Pool is nice and well maintained. There are lots of pet (dog) owners so your puppy will make friends also.

Never have I ever felt more as though mine and my family’s needs were cared for quite the way that Brandie made sure of. We did come for our tour at lunchtime so rather than being toured by an agent- Brandie ensured to take the time to let us know exactly what we needed to know. Can’t recommend management here enough! It’s been roughly a month but nothing has changed- such a clean and cared for place.

I want to give a shout out to Mike and Jose, the maintenance guys here at the Heights. They are super professional in the work they do to for the upkeep of these apartments. As soon as you call a work order in they are here in no time and will fix whatever the problem is. They are very respectful and courteous and seem to have the know how to everything needing attention. So I commend their work ethic and hope they will be rewarded as they deserve. Thanks!

From our showing to move in & after, the property is amazing. Everyone is friendly. We were welcomed with smiles & greetings from everyone when we moved in. The apartment feels like a home. Thank you Brandie & Matt for making this a smooth transition & being so patient, friendly & professional. Unfortunately we didn’t have any of this at our last property. We love it here!!

Have lived here for a few years and its been great for the most part, maintenance has always been responsive. The office has changed a few times over the years, in past years it hasnt always been great but the current staff definitely is, the office is friendly and sends out communications to keep people informed. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I just toured this property the other day. At first I wasnt very excited because it was a little further out than I wanted to be from work, but after touring the 2 bedroom and seeing how well the property was kept I didnt care about the distance from my office. Ms. Brandie and her staff are amazing! As soon as I walked into the office, every single person had this amazing smile on their faces and were eager to help me and answer all of my questions meant alot to me.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience with the assistant manager Sheppard was flawless! He was very patient with me and went above and beyond (taking me on tour about 3 times) just so that me and my wife were comfortable with our first ever apartment! Very informative and knowledgeable guy, welcoming , and he has even assisted us in filling out our application.This young real estate professional is amazing and I recommend moving here to this beautiful well kept property to anyone in the area !

LOVE this charming community. The community, staff and office were so inviting! Beautiful grounds and the location is convenient to shopping and easy access to freeway. I would highly recommend considering the Heights as your new home.

Moved here in December and really enjoy it. Madison, Matthew & Brandie from the Office have been great making me feel welcome and answering any questions I may have. Residents are very nice as well.

I have lived here 3 months now and it is a great place to live. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Yazmin(office manager) and Thomas( head of maintenance) have always been on point! The little issues that I have had, Thomas is there the very next day to repair. The complaints that I do have is the pool area and the easy access into the complex. There is way too many non residents who take over the pool area and throw parties. I have actually seen people jump the pool fence to get in. Especially on weekends and holidays. Which leads back to the easy access of entering the complex. This presents a safety and security issue for those of us who do live here. The residents should be given a code to give to family and friends that is linked to their phones in order to buzz them in. This would control the majority of the flow. Also, the breezeways should be a regular maintenance, along with the wasp problem. This could actually be a slice of Heaven if those issues were taken care of! But again, kudos to Yazmin and Thomas. They are great! I also would like to give thumbs up to Kelly, Darrell, and Jose! You are all great as well!

My husband and I have officially lived here 1month and we love it !Pros : Friendly staff and management , the application and move - in process was quick and easy ! Theyre brand new apartments so everything is perfect for the most part ! The building is very quiet !! I love everything about this place !! And Id definitely recommend it !!Cons: the crickets !!!! I know its just cricket season which isnt the apartments fault , however we get charged pest control and I still keep finding crickets everywhere in my apartment gross! Ive found crickets in my shoes, in my bathroom, my kitchen (under refridgerate and stove, under my couch, in my bedroom, its horrible :( Ive had to resort to buying my own spray to rid of these suckers (if thats even working ) ! Knowing I wont be reimbursed the money I have to spend on it myself ! :( The windows and doors are all sealed as much as possible ! I know theyre coming in through the water heater which is conveniently locked so I cant open it to see exactly how ! But I see them come from underneath the water heater door! Id give 5 stars if it werent for the cricket issue ! :(

Moving here has been the best decision I have ever made! from me applying to the day I moved in. Katelyn has been a great help and continues to be such a huge help. Katelyn has answered all the questions I have had and gave honest feedback. also maintenance has been great as well, was here at my apartment literally the next day! if you are reading my review move here you wont be let down also ask for Katelyn because she wont let you down and will welcome you with full arms. I moved in a year ago after touring the complex almost with my kids. After the 3 of us toured the second apartment, we knew where we wanted to call ‘home.’ After moving in, we visited the office almost daily for week, where I would grab a coffee (I didn’t have a coffee maker yet) and watch my daughter jet to the gym and back out while begging me to go for a swim. I almost immediately fell behind on my rent due to personal issues, compounded by COVID- it really was the perfect storm. The Management here is unlike any other place I’ve lived, they are compassionate, nonjudgmental, and a-class. Maintenance crews come out as soon as you call (unless it’s something minor, which is expected). The complex is clean, people are kind, and the apartments are well kept. I recently met Nikki (I hope I’m spelling that right) and I can’t say enough about her. She is so incredibly uplifting and understanding. She’s one of those people who you feel like you’ve known for a long time...a pure, kind soul who is more than willing to listen, and offer advise from experience. She is a true gem. I’ve read the complaints on here, and to be honest, the VAST majority are petty, and elitist. Some of the comments regarding bugs- we live right beside a nice creek, I’m not sure that pest control can come to our apartments any more than they already do. At the first of a bug- I take out the trash, clean the kitchen cabinets, and sanitize the bathrooms. 90% of the time- the problem is taken care of!Lastly, it’s beyond disheartening to hear people complain of “undesirable people” moving in. You’re not speaking in code and this is not the mid 20th century despite what you see and hear on your favorite cable news network. You might want to lower your “voice” because “those people” can probably hear you along with rest of the world.This is a great complex that seems a lot bigger than it is, neighbors look out for one another, and as a single woman, I feel much safer knowing that I’m surrounded by members of the Air Force among many other wonderful people.

This apartment complex is the best apartment complex I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Manager, Patrick, is always there to help you as well as the other staff members. The neighbors are great and friendly, not to mention, it is super quiet and private. Finally, you are in an area where EVERYTHING you need is no more than 10 minutes away. You have a Wal-Mart next door, The Forum, and countless other stores. I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to choose this. Also, I forgot to mention that they are very military friendly. Best complex in San Antonio hands down.

Super friendly office staff! Solid apartments. Cant hear the neighbors through the walls because it looks like there are storage closets between apartments.Great location. About 15 min or less to a lot of parks. HEB is only a mile away. Easy access to 1604 and I35. I10 is about 15 mins away. 45 mins to Hill CountryThe only reason for moving out is transferring for the job. Otherwise wed be staying for more than a couple of years.

I lived here for two years and really have nothing negative to say. Any complaints would be noisy neighbors but the staff was always good at reaching out to check on the issue and address it. Washer and dryer included was one of my favorite parts lol. Very nice interiors and quick responses for any maintenance requests. I would recommend these and also give props to Cheyann for always being quick to respond and help out with any questions!!

I love my apartment but the parking is a nightmare. I came home at 12:00 am and had no where to park, so I left because I feared my car will towed. I wish they would have assigned parking for residents but I guess they did not figured that part out. For that reason, I will not be renewal my lease; however, I hate it because I love my apartment.

I stayed here for a couple months while I was in town for work. The managment was very proffessional and helpful. They went out of their way on several occasions to ensure I had what I needed. Its a pet friendly place with a good location close to multiple parks. Maintenace staff is friendly and does good work. I would definitely stay here again!

Myself && family moved from Arizona 2 Texas. We have been looking high and low for apartments. Seen a lot and loved some but wasnt attrcated to come back... Came to THE Heights at Converse apartments. New. Clean. Not to many people. Walked in and one staff sara metzger WAS AMAZING. My boyfriend agreed the same. She really left a great impression on both of us to want to come back and rent from them. Very attentive. Attracted to our conversation. Provided the ins and outs of how our life would be making it easier for the change to Texas. She had such a great attitude. Always smiling and bubbly. She is awesome. If u want to rent these apartments ask for SARA METZGER. She will blow your mind.

Im moving here in July 2016. First and foremost, I love that this community is NEW! I hate the idea of moving into an apartment, on top of someone elses DNA.The only thing I really wish I could change right now is the kitchen counter top. Never been a fan of bartops, but beyond that, Im sure Ill love it here.In my case, Im going to love the view from the location of my apartment. IF YOU WANT THE BEST UNRESTRICTED VIEW... youll want to be in bldg 3. on the West side. I cannot overstate, how spectacular it is. Aside from which, it is a bit off from Kitty Hawk, you can see the cars/traffic, but you can BARELY hear it (if at all).Im going to be on the third floor BTW. You can see from the pics Ive posted, its GRAND!For the record, I currently reside at 1111 Austin Highway. I do like the layout of the floorplan here, but its far more expensive.
