The team at Hawthorne at Fairmont truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home🏠Karah and Adriana made my move-in experience so easy and stress-free, with incredibly quick responses to any requests or questions. Karah, especially, has been outstanding😇 She is not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly attentive and proactive. From the first day, she made sure I had everything I needed and went out of her way to check in and ensure I felt comfortable. Her warm and supportive nature really sets a positive tone for the community. I’m living in a one-bedroom with a den, and the space is well-maintained with a cozy, welcoming vibe. I’m so glad to be part of this community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive place to live. If you have the pleasure of meeting Karah, you’ll immediately see how much she cares about making Hawthorne at Fairmont feel like home!

This place is amazing! All of the ladies in the front office do an amazing job. They have the best attitude and they are so beautiful. My husband and I love living here. Yesterday they gave out gift bags to all the pets living at Hawthorne! Wonderful surprise for my dog! These ladies go above and beyond to make your living experience amazing. The apartments are lovely !

We met with Kaylee to tour the community and she was amazing! She was accommodating with our kiddos and super sweet. She is very helpful and gave us lots of information about all the amenities. She was very passionate about the community as well! The community was super clean and quiet. We definately have Hawthorne at Fairmont at the top of list of places to possibly rent and move to! Thank you Kaylee so much for your attention to detail and hospitality!

We were helped by Karah. She was very informative and helpful with answering any questions during the apartment showing! Gorgeous property! We would have loved to live here but decided to aim for a house instead. If any plans change, we would definitely reach out to this company again. Very quick and amazing communication.

I had the pleasure of touring Hawthorne at Fairmont with Karah, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Her energy was contagious, instantly lifting my mood and making the visit so enjoyable. What stood out the most was how authentic and personable she was—nothing about her felt scripted or like she was simply trying to sell the complex. Her enthusiasm was genuine, and it made me feel truly welcomed.The complex itself is amazing, with impressive amenities and a great atmosphere. On top of that, the customer service from both Karah and Kaylee was outstanding. The day after my tour, Kaylee followed up with a call to check in and see if I had any questions. She was so knowledgeable and answered everything thoroughly, which really reassured me about my decision.Hawthorne at Fairmont is hands down one of the best places I’ve toured, and I’m beyond excited to move in soon!

The Hawthorne Apartment Complex is amazing. It has great room depending on what you need. Private lounges incase of work or school possibilities, AND overall super cool amenities that are worth the price.However, whats even better is the staff/front clerks who make the process EXTREMELY easy. They deserve extreme praise for the effort and excitement they bring moving into a new place!!!. Overall, 100% recommend giving this place a chance, you wont regret it!

This apartment is an absolute gem!. Plus, the location is perfect - Close to restaurants, shops and gas stations.The spacious layout and modern finishes create a truly comfortable living space. The application online is super easy and simple.I already like the staff here especially Adriana (the manager) and Karah (leasing specialist).Jovan (assistant manager) and Kaylee (leasing specialist) are also nice and cool.Rafael (service maintenance) came all the way to my room to hang my photos for me. Hes so easy and cool.

Excellent brand new property with top class amenities. Was genuinely impressed at the spacious interior, luxury appliances and the accessibility. The staff and the manager were very friendly,attentive, detailed and cordial which is a big deal for me. Definitelyrecommend if you are in the market for a luxury apartment .

I decided to go tour today after seeing this complex under construction for awhile, and WOW!!!! They really took their time on this one. Kaylee was incredibly sweet and helpful as soon as I walked in. She talked me through all the questions I had and made me feel so welcome. So glad I stopped to check this place out. 10/10

Such a beautiful place! Not only is the property wonderful but the staff is also very welcoming and friendly. I had the pleasure of touring with Jovan and I highly enjoyed my tour with her♥️. They have great amenities and the floor plans they have are simple breath taking.

The design is modern and inviting, with spacious floor plans, high-end finishes, and amenities that really stand out—a beautiful pool, fully-equipped fitness center, and comfortable lounge spaces. Jovan is an outstanding Assistant community manager at Hawthorne at Fairmount. Shes incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Always quick to address concerns and maintain a welcoming community atmosphere. She friendly demeanor and proactive approach make living here a great experience. So glad I choose this place. I had the pleasure of touring Hawthome at Fairmont all around a super nice luxureous apartments they have so many amenities and really nice staff from a 24 hour outdoor area with put put , ping pong, and outdoor grill area to a 9am to 10 am pool area , a state of the arc 24 hour gym and so much more over all one of the best decisions me and my fiance have made. super pleased with the staff as well had the plesure of meting both front room represenatives and we super helpfull trought the whole application process!! also all the floor plans are spaciouse and have really nice bathrooms in the floor plans as well , possibly one of the best appartments in the whole houston area!!
