Just moved into the Haven on 4/20/24 and it had been a breeze.Easy access to community portal, amazing in unit wifi, spacious layout and awesome amenities. Everyone in the leasing office was so friendly and answered all questions. We’ve had no issue so far!Only thing is I wish all leasing documents and addendums were sent all together to sign. I felt like we would sign a few then a few weeks later we would receive more and it was hard to keep track of what was and wasn’t done or filled out yet but an easy call prior to move in day to ensure everything was done was easy enough to do.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartments are nice and right off the highway. Amenities are wonderful! There’s noise from the highway, but that’s to be expected with the location. There have been some challenges with maintenance at times but the office is very communicative about repairs and timelines for them. There’s plenty of parking, if you get home later in the evening you may have to walk a bit, but not far!

Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend!I had been searching for an apartment for nearly a month, and nothing seemed to fit my expectations. That all changed when I visited this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with everything – so much so that I signed up on the same day! The process was incredibly smooth, and by the second day, I had my lease approved and was able to move in right away.A big shout-out to Mr. Mike from the front office who assisted me through the entire process. He’s a great guy, super helpful, and made everything so easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a clean and modern design, and I absolutely love the view from my place on the 4th floor.Before moving in, I noticed a few negative reviews, but I believe these are based on personal experiences. I haven’t encountered any of the issues mentioned so far. In my building, I haven’t smelled anything unpleasant. There was just one instance when the trash compactor was full and the door was open, and it made the ground-floor hallway smell a bit for about 30-40 minutes. However, the air-conditioned hallways cleared the smell quickly, and it hasn’t been an issue since.The location is unbeatable, close to everything I need, and there’s always plenty of parking space, which was a big plus for me. The community here is wonderful too – everyone’s friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.If you’re looking for a place that meets and exceeds expectations, this is it. I’m so happy I found this apartment!

Me and my boyfriend booked a tour and were greeted immediately upon arrival. Jessica was so very sweet and answered all questions. She showed us other amenities without asking as well as two units. These are very nice apartments and at the top of our list now. If you can request a tour guide, I highly suggest the cutie patootie Jessica!! (She also gave us little papers with specific info)

My recent tour of Haven at Mansfield was amazing! The assistant manager, Mike, really took the time to showcase the features that make this property unlike others in the surrounding area. My favorite part about these uniquely-designed apartments is the closet sizes! Ill be recommending this community to all my of friends and family in the area also looking for a brand new property.

I toured with Courtney. She did a wonderful job! Beautiful property, well-staged model, and Courtney is great at leasing. Very friendly & professional. Based on my tour, I decided to lease there. Would recommend!
