    Everyone is so kind here & this place is absolutely beautiful! They have great amenities, a wonderful location and the best staff! Serena showed me around the property and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was pleasant, informative, and answered all of my questions. If you attend UH and are looking for housing, Haven is where you need to start.

    Amenities and rooms are really nice especially for the price that you are paying. I live in the 4 person apartment and we each have our own restrooms. This is the best place to live if you’re going to UH in my opinion

    Serena ,the tour guide ,was wonderful in explaining and showing us everything we wanted. Her personality was very welcoming. My daughter and I also met the manager, Kassie, and she was very polite and friendly. We were truly impressed with the staff and the lay out and amenities of the building. We signed the same day.

    My nephew has had a great experience so far at Haven at Elgin! From the leasing experience with the staff, to the move in experience, everyone has been great! Kassie was super helpful in answering all of questions and setting expectations of the move in process. It’s a beautiful property and I’m so excited for his first year!

    I was interested in this property because it’s close to the University of Houston. Taylor was my tour guide and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and able to answer any question I had.

    A beautiful facility with supportive staff. The facility has a great focus on safety and security. Maintenance is responsive to all requests. The accommodations were upscale luxury hotel clean. The unit had a surprisingly large bathroom, storage and a large window in the bedroom area which provided a relaxing view of the community. The living area was supplied with full sized appliances. An in unit washer and dryer double door refrigerator and full size stove and a dishwasher was also provided. Utensils and dishes were also provided. There is also a comfortable living area with very nice furniture and a television. Outstanding property.

    *I do not live here, but have a close family member who does!*I cant say enough good things about Haven. The property conveys a strong sense of community which helps her feel like more than just a tenant. The staff is incredibly fun, friendly and always willing to help with any issues/questions. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the pool w/an awesome view.One thing that really sets this property apart is its perfect location—easy access to campus and all the conveniences of city living. Plus, the regular social events organized by the management team make it easy to meet new people.Overall, I think Haven is a nice option for any university student looking for a comfortable and welcoming environment to call home (while away from home)!

    Deona Williams is professional with residents in her role as a student leasing consultant (not sure if that’s the correct title). I observed her interaction with a resident during a time of the resident experiencing some concerns which Deona displayed empathy for her during her time of need. Deona represents Texas Southern University while the other students working there that attend University of Huston.

    This place has really improved and has taken a step in the right direction. Issues that were a concern around the property are being addressed and the staff is making a conscious effort to turn this place around. After speaking with management, they took their time and acknowledged my concerns which was reassuring. With that being said, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking. It’s in a great location and the amenities are beautiful as well!

    I cant believe Im saying this but Im going to renew my lease. I have noticed a lot of change happening. First of all, all the maintenance are very organized and very fast. My fire alarm went off yesterday and maintenance came very quickly to turn it off. Also the apartments are very close to the schools and metros. Besides all the ups and downs that have happened I recommend renting out an apartment at Haven at Elgin and I will definitely be renewing my lease.

    The Haven at Elgin team has convinced me that no apartments near campus can guarantee residential satisfaction other than Haven itself.
