    Loved staying at these apartments. My 1 bed was soooo spacious. The building is very quiet too and everyone pretty much stays to themselves which i love. Never had any problems or crime here and Andria and Emily in the leasing office are the best managers and really care about their residents. When the new management came is when changes really happened for the better! I had asked for a vending machine for the property and next thing you know it was finally a vending machine. They really get the job done! Definitely recommend this property and it’s always clean the most important part!

    Alta Washington is a super modern apartment building with a lot of great amenities, from the Game Room, Pool, Sky Lounge, Gym, and many other great additions like the Valet living, and the concierge has been super helpful throughout the whole move. I also love the fact that its extremely close to Memorial Park, like a 5-minute walk. Did I mention the touchless coffee machine and water bottles in the fridge in the leasing office? The whole staff has been very accommodating and has really made it feel like home here. Here is the pool at night and the sky lounge view of downtown in the early morning. But the pictures dont do it justice, come check it out for yourself, trust me, you wont be disappointed.

    I just moved here and everything from the building entry to the amenities and fixtures in inside of the apartment are luxurious. Mauricio, one of the leasing agents, is top tier! He wowed us with the sky lounge tour, a hand written note, and champagne upon move in.Also, the building smells great! I’m excited to be here.

    I have had an excellent experience in the time that I have lived in Alta Washington, we have really enjoyed all the facilities that the building has, which are clean and well maintained.The neighbors are friendly and we have never had any problem with anyone, I have two children and they really enjoy the pool and the game room, there are always social activities to enjoy, excellent experience, wonderful view, great location, It is worth noting the good treatment and kindness of its staff, especially Mr. Mauricio Cruz for all his support.

    I have been living in Alta Washington for a year now and we decided to renew for 18 more months! During all this time our experience has been wonderful, all the facilities in the building are luxurious, the apartments are new, with everything of quality, the maintenance of all areas is excellent, but the most important thing for us is the treatment of all the staff who work here. They are responsible, respectful and willing to help in whatever you need. Especially Mr. Mauricio (leasing Center) from the first moment has been diligent, responsive, helpful and always concerned that the client is satisfied, it is a pleasure to work with him.I highly recommend everyone to become part of the Alta Washington family, you will not regret it

    I toured three floor plans with Mauricio. The units and amenities are nicely maintained. Before the tour, I went through the floor plans and virtual tours multiple times on their website, and everything was exactly how I expected them to be. The monthly total rent was given upfront (also available on the website). The amenity fees may seem to be on the high side but the base rent was competitive, so in the end I decided that it was a good value. The biggest plus for me was the proximity to I-10. Overall, very nice apartment complex.

    I just renewed my lease for a 3rd year! One of the main reasons I decided to renew is the location. It gives easy access to everything in Houston. Besides the location, I have enjoyed the relationship I have cultivated with staff there. Specifically, Mauricio. He always goes above and beyond in requests you make and takes care of the residents well. Maintenance is always present and all my requests have been completed within 24 hours. The only reason I didnt give Alta a 5 star rating is because of how the residents take care of the beautiful dog park we have. Many residents choose to not pick up their dog feces even though all the necessary material is provided. I hold Alta accountable because they have the ability to hold each individual accountable. Once Alta takes the necessary steps to ensure people pick up after their dogs, I will give a 5 star rating. Either case, I still love living at the place!

    Went to tour the apartment and Mauricio was so nice with showing me around. He tried his very best to make sure I get a place with them even though the apartment I wanted was already leased out. So sad I was a day late. But he was very patient and nice and if the layout I’m looking for comes up, I plan on definitely leasing with them.

    I visited the Alta Washington and had a very good experience here. Mauricio carefully listened to what we required for our apartment. He then provided us with the list of all apartments within our budget and showed them to us one by one. He explained the details of each plan and how one plan was different from the other ones. He patiently answered all questions we had and gave a very comprehensive tour of the complex.

Unfortunately the the units that were available at the time weren’t big enough, but if they were I would most definitely make Alta Washington my home.     I absolutely LOVED living here!! The property it’s self is beautiful. And the office staff are super nice and responsive. They went above and beyond to tend to their residents. Loved the resident socials they hosted for us. The property is located in the perfect place. Surrounded by bars. Restaurants, and parks. Everything you need is a 10 mins drive or less. It’s close to all the hot spots in Houston as well, Galleria, downtown, uptown, etc. There’s an indoor dog park that was really convenient when it was raining or if the weather was bad outside. Working from home, the business center allows me to get a lot of work done. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests and there is a house keeper that comes like twice a week so the halls and amenities are always clean. The groundskeeper is an absolute sweetheart. Overall I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place to live that values you as a resident while being close to all your needs. 10/10!!!

    I’ve had some issues with my apartment unit that have since been resolved. What has been thankfully consistent though is the concierge service, which has made living here worthwhile.The valet staff, especially Mauricio, have been amazing! They respond quickly and with care. Communicating with them have been very easy and they’ve been great at accommodating my requests with professionalism and friendliness. Mauricio has gone above and beyond on many occasions and always makes sure things go smoothly. His work and the rest of the valet team are just the best!

    My boyfriend and I lived at Alta Washington for over a year and absolutely loved it. It was at the center of everything for us; family, friends, work, and some our favorite spots. When we first visited, we were greeted and given our tour by Vanessa. She was a sweetheart. She answered all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. If we didn’t have to relocate for work, we would have renewed our lease. Great place, great amenities, great views, and great staff.     New apartment complex with all the amenities you could think of, and the staff here are amazing people! The one thing that sold us on this apartment is the level of security that they have installed around the property. Every access point is through an app. and theres always security in the parking garage at night. My girlfriend and I definitely feel safe in this property; great place to live!

    I lived at Alta Washington while my home was under construction, the property was kept up so nicely, any time Ive experienced any issues the property manger Cierra was so sweet she always went the extra mile for her residence. Jessica and Vanessa are amazing also they made sure my move in and move out went smoothly. The office staff at Alta Washington are definitely do their best at keeping the community and residence happy.The concierge service they offer is great!     I truly had the greatest trust issues with apartment leasing/management in the greater Houston but when I tell you, the leasing agent Andria (Dria) was beyond patient, informative, and knowledgeable of her property! I’m not one for tours, I believe in scouting them online and viewing a few amenities then base my choices off that but with Dria I spent over an hr! She was so welcoming and warm with showing all available units (plans), the eatery and shops that are local, as well as given me a demo of how the property is ran off their nefty system. (Which makes you feel so secure and safe)! If you are coming over to Alta Washington book your tour with her and I promise you will be moving in by sun down! Hands down best property in the Washington/Heights area!

    Alta Washington was recommended to me by a friend who is a current tenant. I went to visit her and fell in love with the complex. The location is perfect, right off of i-10 and across the road from Memorial Park. The dog park was a definite favorite of mine. The apartment layout and amenities were very modern and chic. Looking forward for my official tour with Shannon to move in soon.

    I’m considering purchasing, but I decided to explore a rental opportunity and reside for awhile before I finalized on my new home purchase.I visited Westcott on the recommendation of a colleague, and fell in love with the beautiful property, and with Allison, who gave me an immaculate tour of the property and it’s facilities. Allison was funny, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable. Despite her being new to Houston, she made me feel welcomed as warmly as a local, and showed me options and amenities patiently and politely. Allison also gave me some great food recommendations nearby. Overall, her hospitality was smooth like butter. :)What a great gal! And what a lovely property. If I don’t purchase, The Westcott is where I’ll choose!

    Well I very recently had a tour with Ms. Allison on this property and after meeting with her I had to leave a review. In the days when customer service and kindness is so called dead, Ms. Allison made my experience so pleasant the decision will be very easy for me on choosing my new home. She was very welcoming and very detailed in answering all my long winded questions.     I will be moving into the Alta in March. First off, I would like to start off with how beautiful this complex is. The crisp & bright detailing here is immaculate. I would especially like to point out how amazing Brooke and Jonathan are. Brooke gave off such warm and welcoming vibes during my tour that made me fall in love with this property even more! She and Jonathan were the icing on top of the cake and are primary reasons why I chose the Alta.I will give a more in depth review after my move in.
