First of all, I have to thank the management team, maintenance team and front office for the good work they do. Starting with the maintenance team, Chris and Travis do an excellent job when it comes to addressing my issues. Chris is so knowledgeable and does his due diligence in resolving the problem. He takes care of my issues within 24-48 hours. Hes a keeper.Our office manager Veronica, is so awesome. Shes always so concerned, always want to make sure the residents are taken care of. I appreciate all that she does and stand for. Thank you Veronica.Last but not least, is the front office admin. Arlette is so kind, understanding and listens to me. She too is concerned about the residents in our community. She offers advice, notated the issue and pass the info to management. She has excellent customer service. Shes a keeper.The staff we have now is outstanding 👏. Once again thank you all for what all you do. Just know youre appreciated. Harris Branch Senior living, is an idea place 7 mi. from downtown. It has a great ambiance, quiet and peaceful, office staff is very attentive and helpful all issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I been here since 2021and it has been an outstanding journey.👍

I was moved in back middle of November 2021 with a 2 months November and December free rent concessions without any stipulations attached and signed the lease contract that included the 2 months rent concessions.Now after More than 3 months,the office staff email me that she was wrong for emailing in November for notify me that the 2 months is free and the lease contract i was already signed was wrong saying November was not free so that i must paid prorated rent for NovemberThat was not only professional but also breach of contract.I am asking the owner to look over my signed lease contract and email confirmation sent to me by office staff confirming the 2 months free rent concessions to correct and adjust my account.ThanksThanks,Alex for resolving all problem and a nice discussion today.

I absolutely love living here. The office workers are very friendly and help me with every thing I need.Nice and quiet complex. I feel very safe here. A big thumbs up!!!

I dont live here but I did I delivery for one of the front office managers. She was very sweet & friendly. Didnt catch her name but she was very welcoming. Thumbs up & 5 Stars!

Rose the leasing agent was very professional very very knowledgeable of the complex help me out immensely with my needs unfortunately I do not qualify but she was very respectful and I appreciate her if everyone in Texas is like her I will love living there thank you again Rose God bless.
