Where do I begin!! This community is nothing less than professional! From the day I moved in it’s been a cake walk thanks to LARRY FLEMING! Such an upfront, honest, full of charisma type guy you would love to show you around. The maintenance men are thorough and even better at communication. Would not recommend any other location but this one!

Moving into Harlow Springs has been a smooth and painless process thanks to their great staff. Especially Mr Larry. He was such an amazing help with this entire process. My family and i are military coming from Sunny Florida. He did everything with me online. His patience, attention to detail, meticulous instructions and persistent attentiveness (even thru a Cat 1 Hurricane) made sure my family and I received the best customer service. This was the most exhausting move our our career and he made it administratively painless. Larry is the face of this place and I completely understand why he is the goto human. Our place is remarkable. Large like he promised, spotless with new furnishings and a great view of the pond in the back. My family and I are over the moon happy to be finally planted back in TX after 25 years of traveling and in a community such as this that has been so welcoming! Highly recommend others to move here!

My experience with Harlow apartment homes has been wonderful. The application process was easy. The staff were wonderful. Ms. Jacciline was every bit of amazing. Very welcoming. Great customer service at its best. Might I add, the apartments were up to date. Clean and nice size space. I could say a perfect fit for my family and I. Of course I would recommend anyone I know to rent here. They care about how they make you feel. Thank you again guys.

I lived here for a year. I won’t be renewing but it’s a really great complex. My neighbors and the building I’m in are always quiet and friendly. The only issue I ever had was the irresponsible tenants who didn’t pick up after their animals, but when I reached out to management they took care of it quickly. The front office staff is new and I haven’t had any dealings with them, but Jet, Emily, Taylor, and maintenance were a pleasure to work with. Overall, great place to live but I wished they had more garage availability which is one of the main reasons I’m leaving.

This community has amazing leasing staff that are very informative about property and answering questions. Cant say enough positive! Stephanie, Jailene, Kyle and Michelle are all great. The community has beautiful interiors and lots of modern finishes. I love the easy access to I-45 for Houston, or a quick getaway to The Woodlands! Rates are competitive here also, so well worth everything with customer service, amenities and location. Definitely check out.

I have lived in this multi-family apartment for 7+ years, under three owners. Without question Harlow Spring Cypress ownership has been and is the best. Without question they have been and are the most professional management, I personally have ever experienced. From the leasing office to maintenance, the daily focus is what can we do collectively to make Harlow Spring Cypress home to all residents. Isabel was fantastic! We walked in with no appointment as we were just apartment shopping in the area and she took us with no problem. She took the time to sit us down and talk pricing as well as asking what exactly we were looking for. She gave us a wonderful tour and even offered to show us different floorplans. This might have been one of the only properties where the leasing agent was so thorough....and we toured ALOT. Even the smallest floorplan seemed roomy. She wrote prices for each specific floor plan and sent us on our way with a print out of everything. Also, this property has new management as of March 1st, 2023 and seems to be in tip-top shape!

I love love love living at Cortland Spring Apartments. Great area and zoned to a Texas high ranking school district. The complex is always kept extremely clean and is almost surrounded by trees and even a pond which always brings turtles, beautiful birds and even rabbits around the apartments. Nice gym, car cleaning station and you couldn’t ask for a better community. I never once had to deal with loud music, rowdy neighbors or any type of theft or break-ins. If you are looking for a place to move your family this is definitely the place to be!

This is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in! First of all, the people who work in the front office are awesome. Audrey (sp?) is always willing to help out, and she has such a wonderful, positive attitude. Jet is also extremely nice and helpful. Theyve made me feel completely at home.Additionally, the apartments are spacious and clean. I love the newer appliances and the granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I also love how they went with grey trim in my apartment. Grey goes with everything, so its been easy to decorate.The pool is wonderful, and Ive used gym several times. Theres plenty of parking too.I havent had any issues with security, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Audrey and Kaitlin are amazing! They are so positive and professional at all times! As a resident, I know that I can come to them with any question or concern ( which was only once - and minor) and they are always available and ready with a smile. I love my apartment ; its very quiet, the grounds are always clean and the pool is amazing. They frequently have get togethers for the residents and theres always fresh coffee in the leasing office. You dont need a gym membership because the one here has everything. 👏👏😉

Great location. Safe area around. The complex is very well maintained. Family oriented with lots of friendly people around. Stephanie and Jailene are wonderful to work with. Both will go the extra mile to make sure you’re accommodated. Valet trash is a huge plus. Maintenance is very fast and responsive. I’ve been here over a year and haven’t had a single issue. Worth spending a little extra to live in this complex.

Ive lived here for 8 months and its really the best experience one could expect from leasing an apartment. The price is fair, the location is convenient, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, the grounds and amenities are well kept. They are super pet friendly, and waived the pet deposit and rent increase for my emotional support animal. The pool is a refreshing salt water lap pool with plenty of areas to lounge and grill, the gym is more spacious than most and equipped well enough for your average gym goer. The office staff is kind and professional. Audrey is super sweet and often times has my packages ready for pick up before I even walk through the door.The only down side to this place is how they planned around containing the trash. There is no valet trash service and they do not recycle. The trash containment area is a centralized compactor that lacks the capacity to accommodate the amount of residents. Often times trash bags are piled outside of the compactor and visible to anyone driving by. To Sovs credit, however, they do not sit there for long.

Ive been living here for 15 months and its been the best renting experience in over 30 years. I cant say enough good things about the staff in the leasing office, they always are friendly and have a smile on their faces. Living here feels like a real close-knit community and the staff goes out of their way to make this a home for us. The amenities that are available are top of the line and really help me relax and enjoy my downtime. In closing all I can say is; Lauren, Kaitlin, Audrey and Vanessa ROCK!!!

I have been living at Sovereign for over a month now and I love it. The pool is beautiful, and we have a great spacious apartment perfect for roommates on the third floor. I use the gym 3 times a week and it is great. It has the latest technology for workout machines and everything is always clean. Since they opened in 2016, there are no issues with bugs, or outdated stuff. I also love the area its in since I get to my office in the woodlands within 15 minutes and have HEB, ALDI, and several restaurants within a mile of the apartments. Also as an added bonus, the staff is wonderful and the two maintenance request I had to put in were answered within 24 hours. I recommend this place to everyone.

I moved to SSC 13 months ago after living southwest in a home for over 30 years. The staff here made the transition so wonderful. They were helpful, warm, and friendly. I love the quiet clean property! Thanks to Laureen and Audrey and the rest of the staff. Rachel too although she is no longer here. She was also instrumental in making my move easy! I look forward to future positive experiences!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Kaitlin was the one to give us our tour and go over every possible thing with us which was extremely helpful since the last apartment we lived in was a nightmare!! Even after you move in all the girls at the front are extremely nice and friendly while still helping to answer any questions we have. The pool and gym are fantastic and I can honestly say I have no negative things to say about this place! Even if you Do for whatever reason have an issue with anything in the apartment maintenance gets to your place right away theres no waiting around for days or weeks like some other places we know which is awesome, its definitely worth the money!! Would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know!!

We love Lauren, Audrey, Kaitlin and the Sovereign apartment complex. Great sunset views walking along the field next to the property. We lived there starting right after the Harvey flood until recently, and I cant imagine a better place to take refuge. Now our sons are there, so we still visit. Weve been treated like family, and it has been much appreciated.

I am currently half way into my lease and I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. From my experience, the office staff is exceptionally friendly (reminds me of chick fil a staff) and have definitely gone out of their way to keep the complex as clean as possible. When you live in an apartment, there is always something that could use improvement as you can’t please everyone. I’ve had some maintenance issues that require attention that hasn’t been fixed yet but I don’t make a big deal about it because I’m not a difficult person. But other than that it’s quiet, enough parking for EVERYONE, amenities are beautiful, and the list go on. You would think it’s a senior living community lol. One think that would put the cherry on top of this place is a kids park! There are so many families that live here including mine that I’m sure we would all benefit! All in all, I definitely recommend this place as it’s as good as it gets in the apartment world. To Lauren and Jet (manager and asst. manager), keep up the good work! You really make this place feel at home. Even though we may not renew our lease due to our growing family, we might definitely stick it out one more year just because!

I have lived in other apartments and this place has by far the best amemenities at the location! And you can’t forget about how they go out of their way to pick your trash up right outside your door! I was highly impressed by the welcome and customer service I received while inquiring information and when I went on tour with Emily she was such a breathe of fresh air with her patience and demeanor. The property was great, and the staff their seemed attentative and made me feel comfortable to consider moving my family into their property. I liked this place the moment I saw it in person. They have measures in place for security with personal key fobs. I like the privacy and peacefulness. Included washer/dryer, and a nice kitchen with granite countertops. I found parking in the morning and afternoon when the most people were home and out of work. Maintenance guy was pretty cool and quick to answer any questions/issues I had. The only thing that is missing is a butler. Joking this place is worth every penny.

We recently moved here and absolutely love it, its so spacious and homie!William was awesome to work with, he left no detail out, no surprises.The amenities are beautiful, well kept, and clean..and guess what!? Theres actually parking...sounds silly, but as a lady sometimes arriving home late, at my previous apartment id have to walk FOREVER to get to my unit..not here(:Thank yall so much!Update:12 months later..still awesome! Definitely recommend. The staff is super friendly, service requests are completed in a very fast and timely manner. The management team is always providing all sorts of fun Community events and communicate well. They truly go the extra mile... look no more!

Im not a resident but the way these people run their offices are amazing! I had such a good experience I am hoping to we can become residents soon. Ashlee and Taylor are very helpful and knowledgeable about the complex and its deals/fees - nothing is hidden. Everything was really straightforward and they were so helpful & sweet. Another plus is their snacks and drinks in the model/office. This was helpful because I have a foodie 1year old who pointed them out and wouldnt stop eyeing them lol.

Im into my second year here at Sovereign and have been quite pleased with my stay. Im not one to have obnoxiously high standards based on the price point of the apartment AND Im also not blind to issues if/when they do arise. That said, I havent had any issues that werent to be expected and that werent resolved in a timely manner upon my mentioning it to the front office. Speaking of front office, they have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure my problems (some of my own doing) or outside the norm requests (like getting home late and reaaalllly needing a package after or close to when the office closes) are covered.Apartment living means youre surrounded by uncontrollable and always unknown factors with neighbors and people (like any other space filled with people) but I would say they have done an excellent job keeping the property and its residents up to a standard that convinced me to renew my lease.Thanks Kaitlin, Audrey, Lauren, Jet and Vanessa (and the maintenance staff and past staff as well). Keep up the stellar work.

Though I did not rent here, I took a tour of the facility and really liked it. Rachel gave me a tour and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I was between this place and one other property and decided to go with the other property due to a few features that I was looking for, but I think I would have been happy here, as well.

👍👍👍I couldnt have picked a better place for my daughter to live!!!!! I havent heard one complaint from her or her roommates. They are safe and secure which is the most important thing (for us mothers) so far there hasnt been any riff raff, crime, or maintenance issues. 🔩🔩🔩Thank you Lord Jesus and thanks to the staff yall are Awesome...... My experience here was wonderful. I loved touring the property and the staff was so lovely and made me feel right at home. They really took time with my family and I and made sure every and all questions were answered accordingly. Definitely recommend.

Hello, this is a really clean, nice apartment. I would have stayed here if I did not have an idiot as a neighbor. My children loved these apartments. We all were so sad to leave but...horrible neighbors do exist.

Dont know which Emily people are talking about in the other reviews but the one I am dealing with, and have been dealing with since December has been awesome, straight forward and honest. We dont even live there. YET! But we want to, and Emily is a resource of information about the property and company. Compared to the other apartments in the area, The Sovereign is a dream.

Great place to live but our downstairs neighbor screams at his family at all hours of the night and the trash compactor is WAY too far away from the back of the complex. They really need two. Also the residents need to learn how a damn trash compactor works.
