Clean, quiet, spacious floor plans with complex close to favorite stores! Great High School! Staff professional and get quick responses in appropriate timing of left messages. Love the HUGE dog park!! Just moved in and haven’t checked out the gym, laundry, office area, car wash and pet wash area. I enjoy the community so far and expect to keep my feet planted here.

My friend recently moved here and I came to visit and oh my goodness! This community is so beautiful! They have a seating area with an overlook view, a huge dog park and a car wash. Inside the apartment they have wood-burning fireplaces and tall ceilings. This place is so homey. I’m actually looking forward to my lease ending so that I can apply here!

I visited my friend that recently just moved to Hard Rock and i definitely believe once my lease ends I will move here. I love how cozy the apartments are and Alex in the leasing office has always been very friendly! I like the natural feel around the pool with all the trees!

I’ve had such a great experience at Hardrock Canyon from help with my lease to moving in. Staff is A+, Kentravis and Nicole have gone above and beyond helpful and understanding that I’m not very computer literate!Apt was well cleaned and in great shape and got a small maintenance issue fixed in minutes! For a smaller apt than I’m use it has ample storage which sold me on the apt.The complex is quite and woodsy, love that!Really enjoying it!!!

Yall I can’t say enough good things about my tour I had with Alex. The views are amazing and the proximity to the Arboretum can’t be beat. Also, Newk’s is so close so I can get my favorite sandwich literally anytime. So happy I found this gem.

I love living here. My apartment is great. Office staff is great and they want to take care of you! I just upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and the office worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure I was aware of any additional charges and Barb walked me through everything to make sure all my bases were covered. My neighbors have always been great. The community is very pet friendly! Close to everything location wise and the pool area is awsome. 3 pools, volleyball pool, lap pool and an everything pool with a grill. Maintenance is great as well and are very quick in managing requests. If your looking for a quiet place to live that is relaxing with trees and great neighbors, Hardrock is your place!!!!!!

Very responsive property management team here at Hard Rock Canyon. We have called on them several times in the last few months to make small repairs. They came to replace our air filter, and we told them the doorbell wasn’t working and they fixed it while they were here. Didn’t even have to place a service request. Each time we’ve put in a request, they are here and repair is done within 24 hours.

I lived here for four years. Nice, well-kept and quiet complex. Lots of greenery. Very walkable and pleasant. Walls seem to be thick as I dont hear much of my neighbors. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Very close to lots of businesses. Short drive to the Domain (and much less rent than a Domain apartment would charge!). Id have kept living here if I didnt leave Austin.However, they shut off the water for about 30-60min perhaps every 3-4 weeks for maintenance, can be annoying when youre doing laundry or running the dishwasher. My car was broken into once, the window smashed (I would park under a lamp post, or in the middle of the herd to reduce this risk). The central heating depends on a functioning water heater. Remember that the next time a winter storm overwhelms Austin. Even when we regained power after 3 days, we could not run the heat because no running water!

I love my apartment here. Watching the deer from my balcony is so relaxing, and being within walking distance of the Arboretum is amazing. Great office staff, clean and well-maintained apartments, pet friendly, and lots of natural area access. Nice amenities and community feel. Weve been here for 3 years and are happily starting our 4th.Update: We’ve now lived here for 8 years! Crime has gone up some, and the apartments haven’t been updated in our time here, but we’ve still had a great experience here overall.

I just moved from a house to my first apartment in many years. I was super apprehensive about how it would work out, but my fears were quickly gone. I am in one of the biggest floor plans and love it! So much storage, so quiet. It feels like we are in the woods and I face a courtyard! Huge dog parks, nice gym and I love the lap pool. The maintenance people are always close by and extremely quick to respond to anything I need.Plus location, location, location. Just in case you don’t want to have a car, the bus stop is right outside and multiple Car to Go’s in our lot.

I moved in here recently and Im very happy with it. The place is nice and quiet. The apartments are clean and well kept. Great location! The management has been very friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue with our AC when we moved in (minor issue, fixed by changing a setting on our water heater). We were pleased that maintainence came out and fixed it very quickly, and the man who came out was very professional. The grounds are wooded and nicely landscaped. Neighbors are nice and its pet friendly. It feels more like a condo community vs. a rental community. Very happy here.

Apartments are spacious, well maintained and units rental reasonably priced. Maintenance service and maintenance crew is very responsive and expeditious. Complex conveniently located to quick access to main highways and shopping centers including The Domain and Downtown. Overall best value in the area.

The front office and maintenance staff are wonderful, great apartment, and wonderful grounds. Moving apartments activebuilding was really, *really* bad at dealing with; they kept calling me a former tenant and not letting me do anything, took months to resolve, argh.

Hardrock Canyon is a wonderful place! Its a beautiful, nice, clean place nestle within the hill country of Austin. The apartments are spacious with very good layouts. We have been here for two years and we love it and will be missing this place. Whenever we had problems the office is quick to respond and they are all super nice!!!! I would definitely recommend Hardrock Canyon!

Moved in a month ago, love the shade and wildlife. Great private dog park area, a car wash area. Neighbors are super friendly and feels like family. Location is great! Staff is super nice. Huge patios a big plus!

I lived here for a year and a half, moved for more space, then returned because of how awesome the place is. I especially like the privacy of the canyon view apartment porches, the thick insulated walls, responsive management and maintenance, proximity to Mopac / 183 & great places like Trader Joes, the pools and 5-burner gas stoves.

This review isn’t of the apartment because I’ve never lived there. It’s of michela the leasing agent. She was THE BOMB! She was such a ray of sunshine. She made the tour very enjoyable. She was also very knowledgeable. And she was the best with our two year old. Gave her snacks and distracted her! It was the best apartment tour we have ever had. We really appreciated it.Side note for the complex: the show apartments are so clean, filled with snacks and drinks, and the smell is out of this world. Idk what they use but it’s amazing compared to most apartments who have the musty smell.

Lived here for two years. Overall a good experience. The in-suite laundry connections and good floor plans made this a pleasant 2 years. There is even a place to wash your car hidden by the back entrance complete with car vacuum. Covered parking is extra but worth it as parking can be hard to find late in the evening.

I love this place!!! My Boxer and I have called it home for almost 3 years now. The apartments are spacious, the staff is always super helpful and nice, maintenance guys are awesome and friendly, the location itself is awesome- walking distance from so much, nature filled complex is super homey and LOVE LOVE LOVE the new patio lights they just put up along the paths!

Love the location as the complex is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Maintenance staff are professional and always very helpful. For the most part I feel safe here being in this gated community except for occasional missing packages. Also the package center is way too small. Gets crazy during Christmas when packages get strewn everywhere.

The apartments are very nice, the community is amazing. I am going on my second month and I have nothing negative to say at all. The location is awesome, the staff in the leasing office are warm, friendly, and just plain amazing people. If I ever need anything they have always helped me out. This complex is really nice you have to come check it out for yourself to believe it!!!

I knew from the first moment I took a tour at Hardrock that what this was my number one place to live.They have a really nice business center and on site gym with lovely shady trees to keep the air-conditioning bills a little bit more manageable. Let alone the wonderful layout. It feels like a home.

Great community, awesome location-so close to everything. The maintenance crew does a good job as well. Have always been at the ready when I need them... Also safe and quiet community. No riff raff here. Just please, get a new gate system already. And trim the dead agaves from the snow storm please! :)

Great view and great location. Walking distance from bus stops, two grocery stores (HEB and Randalls) and a good mix of budget restaurants (McDonalds / Subway / Taco Bell) and nice restaurants (Iron Cactus, Cheesecake Factory, etc). No complaints with the current management company (Greystar) either. Theyre friendly and have fun periodic events and have always responded to my repair requests in a timely manner. I wish the rent was cheaper ($1.00 / year rent would be awesome!) but cant have everything lol.

Jennifer, Seth and Chloe took good care of me. Even with a few speed bumps with figuring out the garage situation, they made it right and made sure I felt at home. The place is great and a nice sanctuary. I feel relaxed when I get home!

Im so impressed with the location, beautiful views and an easy move-in process. The patio is enormous which is great for all of my plants, big windows with big window sills for my cats to sit and watch the birds!

I love this place ! I’ve been living here for 4 years now. Molly is awesome in the leasing office, incredible energy. If you’re thinking about living here I suggest you book a viewing with her to check out some of the units. There’s never a dull moment with her.

A great spot to get away from the concrete jungle of downtown Austin! I love living here with my beagle, Butters. Great dog park, plenty of squirrels to chase, nice pools, and solid units! Very thankful for great office staff (shoutout Molly, Kentravis, Nicole, and Alex for all the help with a recent unit transfer!) and handy maintenance staff.
