I’ve been living here for about 3 years now, and it really has been a great experience. I originally leased my apartment with Joshua, and he was incredible—very professional, kind, and always attentive to every detail. When he left the property for about a year, I definitely noticed the difference and really missed the level of care he brought to the community.When he came back, he picked up right where he left off, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and making this community the best it can be.I work from home, and the area is super accommodating. Having a Target right across the street and plenty of great places to eat nearby is why I chose this location. While I don’t personally use most of the amenities, I really appreciate the coffee bar they offer, as they have like 15 different creamers, tea, and lots of options for me to get coffee throughout the day.Overall, this community has been a fantastic place to live and I hope to renew my lease this April. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful home with exceptional management, in a prime location.Oh, and super pet friendly too, I have 3 dogs and theres plenty of space to walk furry kiddos!

Such a wonderful property , I moved here last month from across the country and couldn’t have been happier that I chose Provenza as my new home! Very friendly and attentive staff all the way around. Maintenance men are very nice. The leasing agent Desiree is so involved with the community. I have never seen someone care about their residents than she does. Over all such an amazing place !

I was a Resident at Provenza for 1.5 years. Move in and out went smoothly. I never had any issues. Management was proactive and the community is nice. I didn’t hear neighbors, so I assume well insulated. Gates didn’t always work, but they recently fixed them. I had a garage so I never had a parking problem. Once a friend visited overnight (I forgot to register their car as a guest) and it was towed. That cost me about $350 dollars, but that was my fault. Just know the apartments are nice, but parking spaces are for the people who live here. If you have a guest stay, make sure to register their vehicle in the online portal. Nice place, well insulated, proactive management and some fun activities organized by staff. You don’t have to participate, but nice options if you want to interact with other residents. Overall 5-stars based on my experience.

I have currently been at this community for a little over 5 years. I can honestly say the management office and maintenance staff go above and beyond for their residents. Any time I have needed anything I can put in a work order and it is immediately taken care of. The Provenza team is friendly and they truly care about their residents. Any time you see them they always greet you with a smile and say hello. The community is also in such a great location to the highway, shops, restaurants. The amenities here are amazing as well and love that we have a dog park and dog wash. I am proud to call Provenza at Windhaven my home and will continue to recommend the community to friends and family.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The community has always been kept clean, stylish and updated. The staff is just as amazing! We worked mostly with Joshua and Brian and never had a negative encounter. They have always been quick to respond or take action if we needed anything. Maintenance always gets work orders done in a timely manner, and they work hard on the upkeep of the community. Literally have never gone on a walk here and not seen maintenance out and about. The apartments are very quiet. You can’t hear your neighbors while inside and we had plenty of quiet days sitting on our hammock in the backyard. Lastly, this is our first apartment community where the staff actually takes action to stop people from leaving dog poop or trash all over. It’s been so refreshing to live somewhere nice! We have been so happy with our home here and want to give a huge thank you to Everyone for making our experience so good for our little family!

Where to start, the apartments are amazing. Having my own yard has been such a blessing for my dogs. The maintenance crew is ON IT! Super fast to respond and take care of any repairs needed. Not to mention the front office staff is A++. Victoria the leasing agent went above and beyond for me and my family! She was so kind and knows exactly what she is talking about. Never have been taken care of like that. Joshua the property manager is one of the most amazing people I’ve met.He runs this apartment complex the right way and it shows. They make you feel apart of the family and keep every resident involved in what’s going on. Love these apartments! Ernesto is the best maintenance expert I have had at any apartment complex, his knowledge and work ethic are top notch, super friendly and extremely helpful no matter the situation. Bryan in the leasing office is one of the best leasing agents I have ever come across, his demeanor, candor, professionalism and knowledge always make it a great experience when I do need to reach out to the office. Josh and Adan are great leaders in the front office, their personalities and the they way they embody world class customer service, is why we have been happy to call the Provenza home for the last 3+years. The events they throw for residents, food truck days, deals with Marcos Pizza, how well the property is taken care of and especially the pool!!! They all are always extremely helpful and friendly, it Makes you feel right at home!!! Keep up the great work Provenza Team!!!

My husband and I moved in about 3 months ago and so far, this is probably my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in. The apartment itself is updated and very nice, and I love having my own yard. The complex is extremely well maintained on the grounds and maintenance are very quick and kind when we’ve needed something fixed. The office is always very fast to reply to emails and Bryan has been so nice and helpful with everything we’ve needed. They are very communicative about events and information. The complex feels safe. I highly recommend!

This apartment complex is nice and maintenance takes care of their incidents in timely manner. If you are looking into moving here, ask for Bryan at the front office and he will get you going as fast as possible. Bryan made it happen for us within a week, and we were definitely in a hurry. Being this a small complex, it is true that parking can be a hustle sometimes, and I hope management work something out, but the people at the front office is very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Provenza is a family oriented, pet friendly and community/resident dedicated place to live. Beautiful and very clean place. The management and all the staff are amazing. Always helpful and polite. They always greet you with a smile. A genuine smile. All the staff are very welcoming and will make you feel safe and at home. The maintenance staff are always ready to help. When you need some fixing they are quick to help you.The management and all the staff are spectacular. Hands down to them for making our stay here in Provenza fun-filled and exciting. The games, activities and events that they do every month for the residents are very unique, fun, anticipated and 100% appreciated.Thank You so much Provenza team. Kudos to all the staff!

Provenza at Windhaven has definitely met all of my expectations and surpassed some.First I want to speak on how professional the leasing staff is. They are amazing, very knowledgeable about the property and they were very personable and intentional about my needs as a renter. Needles today I have everything that I wanted on my check list. They worked with me with some alterations to the unit. Iv never felt more welcome from entry, to the tour, to walking to my car feeling confident about my next choice.When I left the complex I had NO doubt in my mind this was going to be my new home.The best part was they gave me space and time to actually decide no pressure and no rush.Since moving in I get why this property is the best place Iv ever lived.The staff works as a team but feels like a family. They all get along very well and it shows throughout the complex. I’m not one to really know my neighbors or hang out with them but since moving here I actually have met some amazing people from residents to staff. I LOVE our resident club house events you mingle with some amazing people. The staff puts a lot of hard work into our events and they are always above expectations, from the actual events to the decorations the food the prizes it’s always amazing.You need maintenance come in do the job leave no long wait times or frustrations.This complex is home for me, May 2020 will be 1 year for me and I look forward to renewal. ❣️Thank you Management and staff of Provenza at Windhaven for making this property more than just an apartment complex but more of a family.

We have loved every minute of living here. If you are searching for an apartment GO SEE EDWARD! I have never had someone so willing to work with his tenants. He is truly amazing. We never ran into any issue living here and the only reason we are leaving is because we bought a house. Anytime we ever needed anything the office stuff and maintenance crew were on it that day. Kristen knows how to run an apartment community. They do so much to for community involvement from club house parties to pool parties and go above and beyond for all of the residents. I cant say one bad thing about our experience here. Truly a great place to live. Thank you Edward for being such a great lease consultant!!

No issue with Parking, I always find a space for my car.My leasing agent was Bryan Le. This complex and the people that work here are amazing! I have lived in this complex for over 2 years, never have had any issues with anything including guest parking. With that being said there are very limited spaces in this complex which is an issue but not one that can be fixed by the staff, it was a flaw in design!!!!! Although there are limited spaces, if you follow the parking rules for yourself and guests you will never have an issue (rules have been communicated through many channels including lease agreement). Follow the process and you will have no towing issues!Maddie always takes care of me and anyone I bring into the office! They are all super quick including maintanence! Any work orders over the last two+ years are fixed within hours in most cases. We absolutely love this apartment complex and even refer people here all the time. If there are bad reviews it is because of that person or people not the front office or they way they operate.

Absolutely love living at Provenza! The staff is amazing and always so friendly, especially the manager! It’s like a family here. Maintenance is always on the spot when you need them, on time and efficient. I also have 2 big dogs, so having my own personal backyard is so covienent. The manager always puts on fun resident/family parties and everyone is always engaged. Whether you have a family, or just yourself, I would highly recommend this place! I have lived at Parkside for a little over 3 months and I absolutely love it. Prices are great for the awesome amenities you receive! Finishes are awesome within the apartment, and the kitchen area is out of this world! I love the staff at Parkside! Our leading agent was Scott and he helped us out extensively throughout our leading process! Office management is outstanding and always willing to help out with anything you need! Maintenance is always quick to fix anything within hours! Our apartment was brand new when we moved in, and the grounds keeping has been always kept way above par! The management office always has little get togethers to get to know our neighbors. There is a online community where all residents can get to know each other and set up community wide events. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are out of this world! I love the community grilling areas, and they are plentiful! The yards on the first floor units are awesome and large! I cant say enough about this property! Even 3 months in, I can say I want to renew my lease!

Wow, this is the first time, I have ever experienced the best customer service from a Leasing Agent of this magnitude. From the time we walked in the office, Bryan greeted us with kindness and a smile. He was extremely thorough in explaining the entire leasing process of this property.We had looked most of the day at other properties and happened to drive by Provenza and decided to stop. The property is well maintained. Movie theater and entertainment areas are absolutely stunning.From the acceptance of the approval process through the signing of the lease, Bryan is the epitome of kindness and the array of sunshine.If you are looking for a home, you must go see Bryan. He is very knowledgeable of the property and the leasing process. A great asset to this organization unlike where I left. It means a lot to families when the office personnel is kind, gentle and customer service oriented.

Great place to live. Haven’t had a single issue the entire time and I’m coming up on a year of being here. Parking is somewhat limited but the garages are very affordable, glad I have mine. Everyone is super friends especially the leasing agent Madison she really helped out and is the best person to work with. The community events are lots of fun and a great way to meet some awesome people. Overall a great area to be in with stores and parks all around.

We looked at a number of places while we sold an old home and built a new house. Things moved very fast and Provenza won our business. We sold our house and moved in in less than a month. Apartment management was 100% responsive and highly professional. Pool and grounds are clean and the complex is very quiet. We like the limits to how many cars can park in resident parking and that it is enforced. The trash pickup is well done. Unbeatable location.

The best apartment experience Ive ever had. Wonderful staff that worked with me and my fiance through some hairy situations out of our control. Fantastically clean complex, wonderful pool and great location. I have big time bug phobias and never saw one in our apartment, so thats another gigantic plus.Cant recommend this apartment enough. The staff bends over backward to make sure youre happy. Would still be living there if we didnt have to pay for a wedding in a month :)

I would highly recommend this Provenza Windhaven. I chose to live at this complex for 2 years. Apartment has modern finishes and is updated. Ive seen the changes the complex has made within companies and with management which has made this place even better. The complex is very clean and kept up nicely. The amenities are very nice, plenty of parking and great pool. My dog is in love with the dog park also love there is a possibilty for a small fenced in yard. Provenza has a good location easy on and off 121 and the tollway for commuting to work. Wouldve continued to live here if my spouse wasnt stationed in another state.

Great place, PERFECT location..UPDATE: 2 years later, I still believe this place is great and the location has only gotten better with the local growth. Generally places begin a down hill path as the property ages, not Provenza, the size of the property is maintainable and the staff does an awesome job doing so. The staff also does a great job hosting small events and keeping the community together and active, not to mention theyre all always pleasant to talk to. I will put one downside to make my review credible, parking is a bit tight and I wouldnt recommend someone with multiple vehicles and/or trailers. There just isnt room, but with that being said, we live in the city and parking here is free so in my opinion thats not really a down side.

Beautiful property, close to everything. I lived at Provenza for four years and watched it grow into what it is now. The property has had many managers unfortunately. My experience was up and down. I finally decided to move and I was billed with unnecessary fees.Update:The new management staff is amazing. I wish I had Joshua and Adan there while I was a resident. Joshua reached out and helped me with my issue. I’m very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again guys...you ROCK!!!!!

Great Property!!Looking for that feel of a house without the upkeep, then you will find it at the Provenza!!We moved in Nov. 2017. Kristen Barry, property manager, is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are beyond accommodating, and truly willing to work with you to meet your needs and help you in whatever way possible and make your experience at the Provenza at Windhaven relaxing and comfortable.Also, this property has EVERYTHING!! Awesome Gym, even has a Peloton Bike(NYC Cycling Class)...what! Beautiful Pool, lounging areas like at the W Hotel, TVs galore, tricked out cooking setup/kitchen/grill, etc!!Did I mention that I pay almost $500 less than my previous rental and get a lot more space, and amenties....I do!!The property is extremely well maintained, and the facilities management team are excellent. Ive never waited over 24 hours for any service request yet!! That impressive!All other staff team members are bar none, resident focused to meet your needs, Adan, Jessica, and the gang!Thank you all for making our choice to live at the Provenza at Windhaven a great experience!!Dawn and David

Weve lived on property for 5 nearly 6 years now. weve only ever considered leaving just to expand with our growing family (3 dogs and a baby on the way). there was a time where we may have really considered leaving, but when Josh and his incredible team took over, it put all our concerns to ease. From Josh the Property Manager, Adan the assistant property manager, Bryan and Jovita, Ernesto and his team, everybody on staff is simply amazing, they really go the extra mile to address any issues or concerns and consistently go above and beyond to make our little family community just that a FAMILY. At some point our time here will come to an end but Provenza and this community will always be apart of us and apart of our family!

We are not residents yet but we honestly cant wait to move in. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed. We were greeted and shown the property by Joshua. He was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable, he also sold us on the property/apartment in the first 30 minutes. They were running a special we couldnt pass up so we did our application in the office same day. We were offered beer and wine while we filled out the application! It was very unexpected but such a nice little touch. We move in March so Ill update if need be but so far such great staff, beautiful upgraded apartments, and easy application process .

Ive lived at Parkside Windhaven for over a year and have really loved my time here. The apartment homes are great, the staff is very friendly, and maintenance is always prompt. The only problem Ive had with this apartment complex so far would be the parking, but theres nothing they can do about it. They built the apartment homes too close together and didnt make enough room for parking. I love living at Parkside Windhaven!

Ive lived here for almost two years and i really like the place. Beautiful apts, clean complex and well lit. The location is awesome. Entertainment is very close. Its quiet, which i love! I dont own a dog but if i did i would love the extra amenities for them. Parking has improved a bit for residents but our guest have to park outside the complex which is inconvenient as a host. I would like to live here longer but if rent continues to increase its not worth the money being paid.

Ive lived here for a year now and love it! The parking situation was a bit sticky, but its way better now. The porches are HUGE and my pupper and I love sitting out there.The maintenance team is phenomenal. I received the sweetest call yesterday from one of the gentlemen on the team who had been walking by and noticed some bees, which he said actually turned out to be wasps. He asked if he could remove them for me, and was so caring in his request. I had a request to fix my shower rack, and within a day, it was taken care of. The team is prompt, careful, and extremely polite.

Unfortunately the apartment dimensions were too small for me, but the 5 star review is for Bryan and how helpful he was to try to find a solution. He even did a virtual walk through with me and measured the dimensions of my furniture in each room and that’s how we determined these would not fit. I wish it could have worked out but again cannot say enough about how helpful Bryan was.

We love living here! My roommate and I have been living here for a year and we are definitely speechless, from the day we saw the apartment we fell in love and said “this is it” and we even renewed our contract! Seriously, we couldnt be happier. We love how friendly and helpful the staff at Provenza are, they have a very good team that takes care of everyone, they will answer all your questions right away!We also like how quiet the neighborhood is and how beautiful the common areas are. And to have a nice plus, how super clean they have kept everything so that all residents are safe.(The only thing that could improve is the parking spaces, sometimes we dont get them and we have to park super far from where our building is)———————————-We love this place, my roommate and I, weve been living here for a year, since the first time we saw the apartment we fell in love and said “its here” we already renewed the contract! And we cant be happier. Well, during 13 months of resistance in this place I have nothing bad to say except for a kennel that they have given us that leaves no rest for those of us who work at night and want to rest during the day, the parking is terrible, I cant find parking after 6 pm, its a shame they increased me a little more than 300 dollars to renew the contract, I cant pay that increase, I appealed for a reduction but they didnt want to, the work team is very helpful, its a shame I have to move, PS. I wont listen to dogs anymore, I think there are more than 30
