Megan Meikle and Rosario Castellanos are the best leasing professionals you can ever come across. They have been extremely helpful, nice, attentive and always welcoming you with a beautiful smile. They’ve been nothing but awesome and amazing from the initial tour to signing the lease. They provided excellent customer service and their positive attitude and clear communication made the whole process enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor, attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I am impressed at their ability to quickly address any maintenance issues I had after moving in, making sure my concerns were taken care of promptly and that’s something you don’t come across often. I feel valued as a tenant. I highly recommend both Megan and Rosario.

I love my new apartment at Greenwood at katy. Amazing community, clean and neat environment and calm, the Leasing staffs Mergan and others are amazing and welcoming, Always willing to help and cares about their residents. I greatly recommend living at Greenwood at Katy. Thank you Mergan.

Great community of apartments, everything can be done online. Clarissa is amazing, she really cares about the residents. The community is brand new. Amenities are good, gym is fully equipped.

Been a resident since the property opened (2 years) My family and I absolutely LOVE it here. The maintenance staff fixes and addresses issues quickly and professionally. The office staff makes you feel like you are family every time you walk in or visit. The amenities are superb. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love living here!! I have been here almost a year and already renewed for another year.Clarissa, Denise and Taylor are such amazing ladies. Helpful and nice.Maintenance guys are friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests.I love the events that they hold for us.I feel safe and comfortable here. I’ve never had my cars broken into. People have complained about the noises from their upstairs neighbors and next door, but it comes with the territory of living in an apartment. Everyone should know that before moving in.They have a beautiful pool area with a nice place to grill. Big gym. A dog park as well.I’m happy to be here!!

The property is beautiful, well kept, and embraced the idea of quality living. The true star was Mrs. Rosario Castellanos. The community is good hands. Didn’t have to think twice before making this place home.

I am not sure why Greenwood has 4.1 rating with only 82 reviews..Have been living over for an year now..the Place is great..Very quite..had multiple issues with my refrigerator but was resolved in no time..the Management is good...yet to find an issue

Came in to check the place out and potentially to sign for an apartment that day. Unfortunately they did not have any apartments available. But this review is to give props to Clarissa who helped us out. From the beginning to end she was very sweet and friendly, gave us a great tour and just a very welcoming person. She had us sold. Just a fantastic experience with her all around, bummer not apartments were available though. But that’s a good sign that people don’t want to move out

I cant wait to call Greenwood at Katy my new home! I fell in love the moment I saw these apartments. The amenities are so great! These being new apartments everything is so new and stylish. They even have a Starbucks machine! Upon walking in you are greeted with so much grace and professionalism. Ms. Denise was very helpful during my entire application process, she was there every step of the way. I am so excited for this big move.Thank you to every one at the Greenwood Community!

The best staff! Quite neighborhood, friendly and great for pets. I love Mrs. Clarissa she help me to transition her to to Katy after losing everything in hurricane Ida from Louisiana. They are newly built and the quality is great! I would recommend this complex to call home! Thanks everyone at Greenwood! I truly love this place!

Ive been a resident here for a year now, and the staff is very professional. For any questions or concerns Ive had, Monica and Clarissa have always been very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall, this team is always staying on top of the communities safety, providing an exceptional peaceful experience here. Definitely love it here.

If your searching for a beautiful apartment home at Greenwood at Katy work with Clarissa. All the staff is amazing however Clarissa is EXCEPTIONAL!! She talked me through the paperwork process with ease, answered all my questions and never made me feel like a bother if I called multiple times. I understand why she has outstanding google reviews, Clarissa is soooo awesome, comforting and compassionate. Greenwood give this lady a RAISE and a seat at the corporate table!! Make a long story short I ended up finding a place in Cypress but if I ever move to Katy, Greenwood will be first on my list!!

Moved here a couple of months ago. Entire process was seamless. Staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance team is fast and reliable. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. I feel at home and more importantly, I feel safe! The team is amazing and I absolutely love it here.

I visited Greenwood to get some information for my future move.The experience truly resonated with me.I just have to say the lady that helped me, her name was Clarissa. She greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, she was so sweet and helpful.I felt welcome and at home.I normally don’t write reviews but after visiting a number of communities in the area the inviting and pleasant experience that I had with her was unrivaled. I plan to come back and call this place home.

These apartments are nice there’s some construction still being done but they will be beautiful when everything is completed. Clarissa helped me with everything since day 1. I was unsure about moving to these apartments due to timing of opening but Clarissa was just so informative and she just went over the top and helped me make my decision to choose these apartments. I give these apartments 5 stars just for the management team alone. Overall great team and great property. Speak with Clarissa if you’re interested in leasing !!!!

Ask for Denise! She will make your apartment search a walk in the park. The application process was fast and easy to get approved. These are brand new 2021 Modern style apartment homes with a washer and dryer in the walk-in closet, Great size patio with nice views of the lake or the botanical garden next-door, and a large bathtub with a shower head. The prices are great for the location and the amenities of this apartment community!

Greenwood at Katy place is over the top from A-Z I promise you. When I say that this was an ordained process for me......from the way I found this place, to the beautiful spirit filled staff all the way up and throughout the tour was nothing other than a true blessing. Theres no other way to describe it.Ohhhh...but the Phenomenal Clarissa...words cant describe the authentic spirit she is gifted with. Her job is not just to rent out apartments but to be a light to many during the entire process rather approved or not because you never know what type of light people are in when searching for a home, rather dark or light. Her presence alone blessed me and my children as we are relocating from Ohio and move in next month. She was like a sista from another mother lol. Im looking forward to my new place and being a light to many of my neighbors and the entire staff as well. These apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are the bomb.com. Hey if its for you then it will be just for you just pray on it, be patient and trust the process 🙏 ❤🙌
