All the apartments are in such a great condition (inside-outside)great prices, it is pretty quite during the day, playground, swimming pool and green areas are remarkable great, staff is excellent, but it is necesary to improve the SECURITY, specially at night, parking garage might be a nightmare sometimes, it is necessary much more patrols, survilliance cameras and a better line communication among the residents in those cases when something suspicious happens, needs to be reported and attacked inmediatly.

Comfortable. The best price in all Texas, a safe place for living. Great location, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments with all the appliances. Parking garage is an issue we really need much more vigilance and security specially at night.

Its a small nice community. Facilities are comfortable both inside and outside. Theyre old apartments but in great conditions. Lease is really economic we have all the services. There are no carpets on the floor. Just 2 spaces for cars in the garage (one in and other out)

My experience has been great from the very beginning. The manager (Keana) is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful and made the move smooth and easy. I absolutely love the apartment. The layout is perfect, the apartment is huge and the attached garage and included washer and dryer is a major plus. I definitely recommend this property.

First of, this will be my first review EVER!I want to extend my gratefulness to Michelle, she was excellent from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and concerns in a promptly manner weather it was through phone or via email. She was amazing. Excellent service and the the property is always clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place. Very spacious and love the fact that I have my own parking garage. 👍

My roommates and I have been living here for the past 10 months or so, and we have a few more to go. I can honestly say I love our place! Maintenance is on top of things, even coming to our rescue and prioritizing us on a Saturday when our refrigerator went out. Its hard to find an affordable place to live in Houston thats also comfortable, but this was just what we were looking for!

We lived at Greenhouse Villas for l most 2 years and absolutely loved it. We never had any issues with maintenance or management. In fact, we needed to break our lease early and the manager was very understanding and worked with us financially to where it would not affect our rental history or credit. I would definitely recommend Greenhouse Villas to anyone needing a nice, spacious, safe place to rent!

I had the pleasure of being given a tour of this property and apartment unit by Mariana. She was full of smiles and was very pleasant. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She showed me the model three bedroom apartment and it was very nice and spacious the washer and dryer comes inside of the unit and the floor seem to be very nice I could not think of anything that I did not like about the unit. my preference would have been to have a separate dining area but its very contemporary to have the kitchen dining area opened as such. I toured a previous property on the previous day and I am torn between the two.... Greenhouse Villa has the location that I love, but I can tell you it may get congested there during the school year and on Greenhouse road. So far you cannot beat the price along with the property being spotless and well cared for. I will tour once more once school starts back.

I just moved here but can definitely say that my search and lease experience were great. For the price its a good deal. Schools, shopping nearby just a little traffic. My kids and grandkids have made lots of friends, we have security patrol and I was welcomed by all my neighbors within the first 2 days of moving in. Having an attached garage is another plus. The only other thing I could say would be a negative is the residents speeding through the alleyway while all of our kids are out playing. Speed bumps and a posted speed limit of 10mph would be nice.

I was sooo nervous about moving here because of reviews. I saw so many mixed reviews on so many different sites, but I decided to go with my gut and sign a lease. Honestly, my move-in and living experience here has been wonderful. Ive heard stories from residents, who have been living here longer, about bugs and noise. When I moved in 3 months ago, my apartment was perfect. It was so super clean and absolutely no bugs (other than a dead fly on the floor). Ive seen the occasional wood roach in my garage, but cmon, we live in Texas. No roach infestation here. I live closer to the front office, which is probably why Ive had a more positive experience than others - my neighbors are quiet and friendly, but the noise from the cars on greenhouse can easily be heard in the mornings. My cars have never been broken into (one in front of garage and one parked at the curb); probably because I have common sense and dont leave valuables in plain sight and I keep my doors locked. No one has ever just walked into my home. Maintenance has always handled my service requests quickly and efficiently. I never really speak to the ladies in the front office (Im pretty low maintenance), but they seem friendly and were nice when I was in the application process. It gets pretty crazy in the mornings during school days, and I wish Mcfee would put an extra crosswalk on plantation grove closer to greenhouse, but no biggie. As far as the area goes, I do hear of a lot of car break-ins, and I feel like I have heard a gunshot or 2 (not 100% sure), but overall, my family and I enjoy it here and we have been safe.

So was hard when we was looking for our place more when we come from Florida and 5 kids , one cousin give to my Husban and me a room so he have 2 Litte girls so I we was thing so much we star looking for something where our kids stay safe and comfortable . Was hard because I send my 5 kids to Mexico and my Husban and me we was sad and worry found something warm and faster becouse we was miss our kids . So in 1 month looking and looking we found our place here they give to us the opportunity stay all togheter again . So tell me some body if I am not happy of course green villas was thing on our family so they give a way our place our nice neighbor our happiness time nice price incomparable . They help us a lot . Thanks so much . Sorry I was to much but is my true this is my experience my everything more when 1 of my son have atsma in Mexico so my heart was broke he was cold so finally he is warm so we recommend this apartments first the management who help me .

Excellent location, good school district, the apartments are very spacious, both the 02 rooms as well as the 03 rooms, well equipped and optimally maintained. The only detail they REQUIRE to improve is the security of the parking areas, recently an owner had his 04 tires stolen while parked within the community, it would be great if they enabled night patrols, at the entrance it says guarded by the ED Sherif but they can definitely improve and make the community much safer for those of us who reside.
