I have been living at Grapevine 2499 for five years now and I love it! The unit layouts and amenities are beautiful, in addition, it is a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is so friendly. The leasing staff is always so kind and quick to help! Management is always so accommodating whenever there is an issue and very quick to respond. The leasing staff does a great job of putting together family and pet-friendly events during the holiday seasons and throughout the year!Maintenance and groundskeeping staff are very kind and quick with any issues in the unit (never more than 2 days) which is a plus!

Moved here a little over a year ago and I absolutely love it! Keesha is beyond helpful. Goes above and beyond. Isaiah is amazing! Has gone out of his way on more than 1 occasion to help me. Mike is the absolute best. Turn around time is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and fixes things right the first time. Always goes the extra mile and is always happy and cheery!

My experience touring the apartment community with Michaela Bishop was exceptional from start to finish. Michaelas knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour not only informative but also enjoyable. She took the time to understand my needs and showed me various floor plans that matched perfectly.The apartment complex itself is stunning. The grounds are well-maintained with beautiful landscaping, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The apartment interiors are modern and spacious, with high-end finishes that give a luxurious feel.One of the highlights of the tour was the impressive pool area. The pool is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by comfortable lounging areas and lush greenery. Its clear that the management puts a lot of effort into maintaining this space as a relaxing retreat for residents.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the apartment community and the professionalism of Michaela. If youre looking for a place that combines luxury living with a welcoming community atmosphere, this is definitely the place to consider!

Great apartments that I enjoyed living at. The maintenance people were quick to fix any issues we had. Neighbors are quiet and the environment is kept clean. Never had an issues with bugs either.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!

The staff is very easy to talk to and very helpful. Ryan is my favorite. But everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. I love how good they make me feel and also love that many of them live at this property so I know I made the right choice. It is so quiet I have never had such a great experience. I can’t believe they give us a dinner on holidays and treat us with good food and abilities to meet other people to make friends.I love how fast they send their maintenance workers to fix issues. They are awesome and friendly. It makes me feel very safe. They care about you more than anywhere else I have lived. This is the best place to call home.

I was blown away by how uncomplicated and easy this experience was!This will be mine and my husbands first apartment together so our first time applying and touring. We were very nervous and had had a rough experience that morning with other appointments. We showed up at our time and was greeted by the sweetest person ever Shai Williams was so kind to us asking us questions making us feel welcome, and she made sure to find exactly what we were needing price wise and apartment wise. She explained everything perfectly and made the application process so easy! We are very excited to start our lives at grapevine twenty four 99 and will forever be signing shais praises!

The community very friendly, staff welcoming, professional, well qualified, listen attentively and ready to help & serve in any way they can with any issue or concern of residents. I love my one-bedroom roomy apartment, its floorplan, balcony & view that overlooks a small woodland. I like the kitchen appliances, etc., & bathroom fixtures, the storage closet in bathroom & kitchen pantry, and its many large windows, high ceilings, large walkin-closet, fireplace, washer/dryer hookups. And the many respectful, friendly neighbors. The amenities are inviting and attractive with a beautiful pool, clubhouse & Amazon Hub, an exercise facility, well-maintained landscape. valet trash pickup, clean & tidy grounds, great location close to major highways & airport. This is my second year in this apartment, and I plan to sign a lease for the coming year as well. Again, the staff is excellent & residents are cheerful, outgoing and everyone seems to have a great attitude! I am very happy and satisfied that I chose to live here. Grapevine 2499 surpasses my initial expectations, so far my experience has been delightful. From the well kept complexes, to the amenities, to the wonderful staff. I knew since the moment I stepped foot in the leasing office that this would be a great place to live at. Shai Williams was our leasing consultant and she is a very kind, patient, and professional individual. I hope that my experience with Grapevine 2499 only becomes better!

I toured this property and I met Shai, the leasing agent there and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with her bright smile and friendliness. She took the time and actually asked me questions and preferences on things I wanted in my next apartment so she could help me find the right floor plan and she even showed me multiple models and gave me a tour around the whole property showing me all of the amenities they have. I experienced THE BEST customer service with Shai and her manager should be very grateful to have her as an employee!

Since the first time we met with Jordan Fulton, Leasing, as well as, Amy Toye, Business Manager at the front leasing office, it was a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff and residents are friendly and treat you like part of the family. The apartment has a great layout and wonderful features. Maintenance responds quickly and are efficient in resolving any issues. Overall, this is a safe place to live and invite you to take a look and consider this as your new place of residence!

Me and my sister were looking for a warm welcome and this place made us feel at home , especially the people who took the time to show us around and find what was best for us. Hello,I know this review is quite late but I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews on here and I’m actually quite surprised! My husband and I lived here about year or so ago and we constantly find ourselves trying to compare our current places to this one! We had such a great experience here. We felt safe and comfortable. We only left due to us having to move out of state to future our careers. If we moved back looking for an apartment this would be the first place we would consider. Now I’m sure something may have changed since we been here but I don’t believe that much could change so dramatically in such a short time. We had a little dog who also loved it here. Her name was Tutu she made a ton of friends at the dog park!And no I did not receive Amazon gift card like some of the people on here are talking about in their reviews, we just really enjoyed this place. It felt like home!

I was looking for a safe place for my daughters that was temporary because they’re in college. I visited many places, but none of them gave us the adequate attention, nor had patience to take the time to show us around. Except for Grapevine Twenty Four-99 leading staff. A young lady named Shai, gave us a warm welcome, she was sweet and nice, she took her time to show us around the apartments and even offered us refreshments and beverages which no other place did. So we are very grateful for the great experience. God bless Shai.

Moving to a new complex is stressful enough and there are so many factors to consider when looking for the right floor plan and complex. Here are just a few of the reasons why I love calling Grapevine Twenty Four 99 my home. The property is well kept at all times and the landscaping is gorgeous. My apartment is quite wonderful as well, brand new stainless steel appliances with granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathroom. Its a cozy place to call home. My dog and I also love that the community is pet friendly, the grounds are maintained and there is even a bark park with waste stations nearby. Everyone seems friendly here. Its nice to live on a property that feels nestled away from the busy city life and yet everything from shopping to dining remains nearby. The office staff and maintenance team are also top notch. Jess is amazing and always eager to make someones day brighter, she is simply the best! If your looking for a place to call home, this would be the place. I encourage you to check out our community and experience it for yourself.Living here at Grapevine Twenty Four 99 is what makes my mornings a little sweeter.

I love living at Grapevine 2499! I have been here for 2 years and have not had any big issues. The office staff are very responsive and kind. Maintenance has always been quick to help. The complex is very clean. The only complaint I have had has been the crazy construction around the area, but of course that is nothing to do with the actual apartments. Great place thus far. The fact that you have so many other complexes to chose from after a certain amount of time is a huge plus. We love our complex thus far. The turnaround to get to the complex is a bit of a nuisance but we dont mind dealing with it for now. Im sure they will building a faster approach eventually.
