My experience as a community member at the Gramercy Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment my family and I moved in (8 months ago) , we felt right at home, thanks to the outstanding professionalism and support from the staff.One particular instance stands out that I believe is worth highlighting: my dryer unexpectedly stopped working. I submitted a work order, and within just 48 hours, I had a fully operational dryer again. The technician who attended to the issue, Jose, exemplified what it means to provide excellent service. His pleasant attitude and cordial demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by reassuring me that the staff was always available for any future needs.Such exemplary service deserves recognition. Jose’s level of attentiveness and care is reminiscent of a Michelin-starred establishment, where every interaction is meticulously curated to ensure guest satisfaction. His commitment to my familys comfort significantly enhanced our living experience.

Gramercy has been home for me since we relocated to the Austin area just this past summer. A very pretty place with an incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help staff in Giselle. Living in a serene community where the leasing staff is so approachable and dedicated to her job of making your stay worthwhile has made our experience here even more enjoyable. 😊

Just signed my lease not too long ago, amenities are beautiful, indoor mailroom gives me a sense of security. ESA verification was difficult initially considering I did not consent to Petscreenings TOS regarding medical information but was given an alternative way to verify by management that respected my privacy. We utilized the GREAT move in deals and are excited to move in to our modern apartment right across from a grocery store and food spots!Will update after lease ends about my experience.

I’ve been living here since October 2024, and I’m pretty content here.I’ve always been wary of renting from Greystar properties, as all I’ve heard are negative things from people I know that have previously resided in Greystar properties, but so far I’ve enjoyed my time here.The area is nice and quiet minus some noises here and there.Giselle at the front desk is a pleasure to speak with, she’s very friendly and informative.I had 2 separate issues that required maintenance upon my move in and they were promptly handled.I received my $1,000 gift card and the 8 weeks free rent after the 30 days of my start of lease so there is no run around with the incentives they offer, if you qualify.If you have any kind of assistance animal just make sure your medical professional does the proper paperwork through the PetScreening website and you shouldn’t have any issues there.My medical professional was on vacation at the time so they were not able to verify when I needed it done (my move in date happened very quickly after the signing of my lease) but the office was accommodating regarding the delay from the verification from my medical provider.So they are willing to help if they can.Most do not in my experience.The only negative comment I have is that the construction of my unit is somewhat sloppy.Paint droppings on the floor, uneven cabinet doors, obvious paint patches in the wood, messy grout application, sloppy caulking, etc.Not a glaring issue as you cannot see any of that from afar or at a quick glance.Overall a nice place to rent if you’re looking.

The amenities and staff are top of the line. I looked for apartments for months but, after my walk with Aleksae, decided on Gramercy without hesitation. Briana, Megan and Giselle are so inviting and kind. I’ve loved my time here!

Gramercy has had its ups and downs, but I think it’s only warranted to give high praise to who deserves it. Giselle has gone above and beyond to make sure my wife and I are accommodated. Extremely kind and will always take time to listen to your needs and delivery on your expectations. The last couple times I have gone into the office to take care of paper work and such, I was met with such hospitality and professionalism. Thank you Giselle for always taking the time to care about needs and the people that live here.Gramercy would not be as great without the front desk girls!

Excellent customer service! Giselle was wonderful, and was so patient and kind. Hadley was also exceptional with additional information. This has definitely been a good experience so far - and thats exactly what makes you feel good about finding a new place to live!

Im a new resident at this community and am so grateful to be a member of it. The quality of my new townhome is top notch and the facilities are tremendous. Its a great location and the management is full of amazing people. Bri and Giselle at the leasing office are so nice and they have very responsive to all of my questions and issues. Miguel from maintenence has also been awesome. My wife and I are so excited to about our new home at Gramercy.

We had the opportunity to tour this property a couple of times and Giselle was very kind and informative each time. The Gramercy at North line would be an amazing place to call our new home if it werent for a couple of things. First, unless you are renting one of their townhome units you wont have any options for covered parking. This is a big deal breaker for us unfortunately, and most of their competition offers rentable garages. Secondly, utilizing a parcel service instead of having a dedicated package room or package lockers seems a bit odd and undesirable. This also leads me on to the units having little to no storage, but at least there are rentable storage closets. Lastly, the rates are just a bit disproportionate for what other options are out there. This property is by no means a bad place to call home, but for lacking the above items it just doesnt quite seem like the price is justified, at least not yet since the Northline development is far from its imagined state. We still keep a close eye on this property since the staff are amazing, but we do hope they adjust their rate expectations a bit. We hope our review was useful for anyone reading!

I’ve rented from Boston to Atlanta before moving here. This is the first place I’ve been that has an A-plus leasing staff that actually cares about the residents. Gramercy is the best decision I could have made for a Leander home!

I recently moved into a 1bd, and I truly love living at Gramercy Northline Leander Tx.SHOUT OUT to Giselle, she assisted me with my move in and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions and concerns I have had. She always has a smile on her face and is eager to help. She is an excellent asset to Gramercy and I am always impressed by her beautiful appearance, smile and patience she has demonstrated whenever I have been into the office with questions etc. She is always willing to help and does it without hesitation. The property itself is beautiful! My husband and I thoroughly enjoy the amenities including the 24-hour gym and club-house area.From the moment I inquired about the move-in process, Giselle, has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.Giselle went above and beyond to ensure that all me and my husbands questions were answered. She was always willing to assist, whether it’s to address maintenance requests, or simply being available for a chat, truly stand out. Living in a community where the leasing agent is so approachable and dedicated has made my experience here even more enjoyable.Additionally, the maintenance team is efficient and address all work-orders in a timely manner. There is a metro station near the parking-lot which makes this a convenient place if commuting to downtown for work!

The property is amazing ! I love how the pool is 4 feet deep so I can go for nice refreshing swim with my family. I was impressed with how well the pool is upkept. My tour with Hannah was fantastic. The community is brand new which immediately caught my attention. Hannah was friendly and knowledgeable she really paid attention to my preferences. The apartments are spacious and modern, with great amenities like a pool and fitness center, interior hallways, and more! Overall I would reccomend this place to anyone!
