    Moved in about a month ago. Before my move in, I showed interest approximately 2 months before. Gena was very informative and kept me in the loop with different floor plans that were coming available. I kept changing my mind about my options but she was very patient. After the move in, the professionalism continued. She was very accomadting and addressed what few concerns I had with the apartment in a timely manner. The apartment itself was beyond what I hoped for and expected. The maintenance crew is on point as well. Im very pleased with all and recommend Gold Talon

    Gena has been great while I’ve been living in Gold Talon. Whenever I have a concern she always makes sure to address it sooner rather than later. She listens to her tenants as well, when I mentioned to her that my family situation was changing in passing, she reached out to me with an opportunity for a bigger apartment. It meant a lot to me that she did, and let me know that she wasn’t just listening to what I had to say. She actually cared enough to help me resolve the situation as well. The entire staff is great, but Gena definitely goes the extra mile. I’d recommend Gena and Gold Talon to everyone in the San Antonio/Universal City area.

    I have been at Gold Talon for a little over a year and recently signed another year long lease. We love Gina in the office and all of the staff at Gold Talon. They are always available and willing to help with anything. We are looking forward to the next year here.

    So i have been living here for a little over a year now and i can say my overall expirence has been positive. Gena has been so very helpful and kind since the day i moved in. Anytime I need maintenance they are also quick to get the problem taken care of.

    Ive been here for about 4 months. So far I love it. The property manager is awesome and shes very sweet and on top of everything. I have had no issues at all. She was very attentive when I was thinking about moving here. I feel safe here too. Its very quiet all days off the week and nothing too crazy at all. So glad I decided to move to these apartments.Update...Ive had 2 service calls done for maintenance on weekends and they respond very fast! Been impressed with the service overall.I moved after a year due to personal reasons but I would have stayed here. Perfect area and the manager was great, and really nice updated apartments.

    Been here since the beginning of August and so far Im loving it! The manager Jessel is very sweet and helpful. She made the leasing process easy and fun! The few work orders I had to file, she made sure got done within a very reasonable time frame. The complex is older but its kept up with very well. The grounds are clean as well as the pools and I love that its all covered parking and restricted access to the apartment buildings. My apartment was also really clean when I received it and I have no pest issues! The location is convenient as its just a few miles away from the forum. I feel safe here and definitely plan on living here for a while!

    I moved in here a few months ago and I love it. I feel safe and it is so quiet. The manager and maintenance men are super nice and very helpful. It is an older property, but has so much character. Anytime even the littlest things need to be fixed in my apartment, they are right on top of it fixing and making it better. The courtyard and pool are always clean and my dogs love to go for walks out there. Great place for great people!

    I have lived here for almost 2 years and have loved every moment of it. Very very well kept and great rental price. I don’t want to live anywhere else honestly. The apartment manager Jessel is incredible and has always treated me with respect and kindness. It begins to feel like a family because once you move here, you don’t want to leave. One of my neighbors has been here well over 20 years! We take care of each other and it’s lovely.

    I needed a place to stay last minute and was fortunate to find a vacant studio at Gold Talon. It was one of the very few places that had 6 month lease options. I have been at this property for about 2 1/2 months now. They had my unit really clean when I first moved in despite the fact that the property was built in the 60s. So far its been great; I had a couple of maintenance issues that were attended and resolved right away. The view from my balcony is great; the grounds are kept clean, and the location is ideal being that its a bit more secluded from the main street. All in all, I would recommend this place.

    Ive lived in these apartments for a month now and from the day I came to tour an apartment the manager, Jessel has been professional and incredibly helpful. During the leasing process she was so helpful and willing to work with me. Whenever I call the office she knows my name and apartment number just by the sound of my voice! Maintenance is also very quick to respond and I have zero problems with pests of any kind. Overall Gold Talon is exactly what I was looking for in an apartment and Ive loved living here!

    My family and I moved in a few months ago and we love it here! The neighbors are great and the apartment itself is great.... The apartments are older so they have a big layout (especially my awesome new kitchen) and the renovations that they did to my apartment made it gorgeous... The staff here are nice... which is a great change compared to the place we were before...and its quiet here which is great for us because we have a two year old.... We LOVE it here!!!

    What can I say about this apartments,They make me feel like home Its really well taking Care. The couple times i gone to the office the gorgeous lady has been real professional with me. Really good quality service and professional. Shes always polite And answers all your questions professionally. The Apartment are so peaceful this are really great apartments.

    This is the second time I moved to Gold Talon. The yard and pool is awsome. The maintenance service try their best to keep things going repairs and friendly. The young lady in the office is very professional and makes sure the tenants are taken care off. I recommend Gold Talon if you are looking for a affordable apt.

    I have lived here for over seven years. In that time all the maintenance people have been friendly and very responsive to problems doing excellent work. The management has also been qualified to do the job and responded quickly to my questions or problems. There has been some turnover of staff here but not as much as I have seen elsewhere. I am very happy here and intend to remain.

    Just moved into Gold Talon! Jessel and the maintenance staff have been wonderful. The move-in process was so easy. Its a quiet and comfortable place to live. The pool and covered parking are two big positives! Plus, only an 8 mile drive to work.

    Moved in January 1st. Friendly and warm welcoming. Manager and Maintenance men with great personalities and professionalism. Great location. Great 1 bedroom apartment. Neighborhood is pretty quiet *(other than the train nearby)* but this place simply outweighs it. Walmart, HEB, Live Oak Forum and Pat Booker at at my finger tips. 5 Stars so far!

    My mom and I moved in last year and it was very comforting to me that they had locked gates. Sometimes this is inconvenient when guest want to visit especially if they want to surprise you😄! My brothers felt more at ease with us being here also. It is quiet except for dogs barking. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. We love the green space to look at instead of another building! I wish there was more grass and less weeds...

    I have lived here for over 2 years and enjoy it and the people that live here. Jessel the property manager is super courteous and helpful with everything. The maintenance staff can handle it all and are always on top of everything.

    The new manager, Gisselle is a breath of fresh air! I am happy that the old manager is gone. Gisselle has got things better organized and cleaned up. We now are starting to have resident events, which is nice to meet our neighbors. Felix, the maintenance gentleman, quickly responds and usually gets jobs done with no problem. My wife and I enjoy living here.
