I truly love the environment of Gateway to Grene. I have a 12 month lease and the apartments are SO LUXURIOUS AND SPACIOUS! Truly live living here. The amenities are 24/7 which other apartments are either closed or specific time frames i LOVE going to the gym randomly when I cant sleep at 4am and TRULY and amazing lounge I usually spend 2 hours there a week because it truly is just peaceful! Also the coffee machine and alcohol pour machine are truly REMARKABLE! Sometimes you can hear the amazing music from Gruene and it truly makes the experience more valuable for me. ALSO THE SUNSET?!?! Ill attach a picture but I see these sunsets every night and LOVE every minute.

I recently moved in and and overall, it has a wonderful experience so far. The amenities here are top-notch, especially the gym, which is well-equipped and always clean. Its a great place to get in a workout, no matter your fitness level.The staff here is another standout feature. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a question about community events, they’re always quick to help and make you feel welcome.The community also offers a range of other great amenities, including the clubhouse with drinks on tap, dog park area/mural, and outdoor activities. It’s clear they prioritize creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for residents.I’d definitely recommend Gateway to Gruene to anyone looking for a well-maintained, friendly place to live with fantastic amenities!

Gateway to Gruene is an exceptional apartment complex that I am proud to call home! From the moment I expressed interest in moving in, Abrianna and Alex went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions along the way. Their friendly attitudes and genuine care made a great first impression, and they continued to exceed my expectations throughout the move-in process.The complex itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, offering top-notch amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The gym is an actual gym equipment. Free wine daily. Extremely secure facility. Abrianna was extremely resourceful and knowledgeable of the area and upcoming events, extremely excited to be moving in!

I had the pleasure of touring Gateway to Gruene Properties in New Braunfels. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all my questions. They took the time to walk me through the property, explain the leasing options, and really made me feel like a valued prospective tenant.The location is unbeatable—situated close to Gruene and all the charm New Braunfels has to offer, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and Hill Country beauty.While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the level of service, quality of the apartments, and prime location make it worth considering. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff alone set this place apart. If you’re looking for a well-managed, beautiful community in a fantastic area, I highly recommend scheduling a tour.

Really excited to move in next year! The community is very close to Gruene and has an incredible gym!! Looking forward to canceling my gym membership for sure! Also, the complimentary beer and wine table tap is a crazy cool idea! Leasing team rocks! Highly recommended

I just moved in and from my initial inquiry of the community until now, has been nothing but an overall great experience due to the exceptional staff. While still in Florida, Megan mainly assisted me with my online application and leasing process. I first met her and Alex when I came to tour a few weeks back, they made me feel right at home. It was such a delight to finally meet Abrí as she assisted me with a seamless move in yesterday. Her warm and friendly personality and outstanding customer service reassured me that I chose the right place to call home. Leldon and Gilbert came in my unit to do a quick check on a request I had and were very pleasant. Today, Joseph assisted me with internet questions I had and went the extra mile to make sure I had service asap. Thank you all for making my transition as smooth as possible. :)

Stopped by a couple weeks ago for information and really found the community beautiful. The staff was very helpful and thorough in their explanations, I definitely will be scheduling a tour to see more of the property!
