Ive been living here since October/2023 and Ive waited to review so I can get a feel for this place. With inflation making everything go up, I can truly say i appreciate being able to live affordably in this economy. The updates to the units over the years have been modernized nicely. The management has been excellent. Ive seen the property manager Isabel be proactive in providing resources for the well-being of the tenants, she maintains open lines of communication, is extremely well organized when it comes to the move-in process, and her interpersonal skills make you feel valued and peaceful that youre in good hands. There arent enough people in the world who take the time to give dignity to working relationships and I hope she continues to be supported in the same ways she needs to continue providing exceptional services for the property. Attention to detail like this provides value to these apartments.

When I say Isabel Flores is god sent I mean it, the professionalism the care/attention to detail is all top notch 10 stars, this woman is amazing these leasing offices should really join a workshop thought by Mrs. Flores I do not know who her direct leadership is however whomever seen the light in this young woman thank you ! Thank you ever so kindly for placing her right where she is at this woman is an angel

Great experience with the front office, Karina and Isabel are very friendly and courteous. Karina has been so patient and has been very detailed and helpful throughout the whole application process.

The management is so helpful, people in the office are so kind and also so professional. They have a really good treatment to people as they help you really fast.Place is clean and in good condition, also it is safe and quite 👌❤️

I’ve moved to these apartments in November 2020 and honestly never had a problem maintenance would show up same day or the next day , management has been very helpful in hard times due to Covid, the apartments are nice ! And very spacious me and my husband are in the 2 bedroom apartments
