    I LOVE these apartments! Lauren, The property manager, is very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Maintenance requests are dealt with same day and they are professional and pleasant as well. Also, the apartments are so nice inside. I Don’t feel like I am in an apartment. It feels like you’re in a house.

    This is the second property I have leased by the property owners. That should speak to how well they manage their properties! The community is quiet. Residents are polite and respectful. I enjoyed my 1B unit and recently upgraded to a 2B. The space in both units is definitely bigger than most apartments. The style is modern and the little touches throughout the apt make it worth the price. They are boutique apartments meaning no property amenities but that works for me! I get a nicer apartment and less issues that tend to come with pools, playgrounds, dog parks. I’ve never not been able to reach someone if I needed anything. I cannot rave enough about the owners and how well they keep the grounds manicured. They even added a cute outdoor area with a fire pit.

    Living at Garden Creek Apartments brings a sense of peace and comfort. My experience with the manager Maddie has always been positive and the maintenance is always quick to respond when needed and does a good job. The property is always well maintained and cleaned, they have recently created a fun sitting and relaxing place to sit, visit and relax outside. The neighbors are friendly and in general very quiet. That’s always been something I’ve commented on, the fact the walls seem very well insulated and very rarely can I hear beside or above me. Having to live in an apartment for the first time in my life (now in my 50s) Garden Creek Apartments has been a perfect fit for me!

    New, quiet, well managed and large living spaces. Manager Maddie Harrell is super easy to work with and fun to talk to. She arranged a short term lease for me and worked with me to stay well within my budget. Lease rates are very competitive to other Apartments. When my lease was up for renewal, Maddie again offered me several options, all completely reasonable. I happily would recommend this place.

    If you are looking for an apartment in Boerne, look no further. Garden Creek is a hidden gem. We were building a home and needed a short term rental(6 mos) until our home was finished. Maddie, the leasing manager, was exceptional in understanding our needs and working with us to get a short term lease approved. The apartments are new and have an open concept which actually makes them feel like you aren’t living in an apartment at all. We had a couple things that needed to be fixed and both things were fixed within 24 hours. This place is really well run. We always felt safe here as it is in a neighborhood and right next to the Sheriffs station. Although there are no amenities here, there is a walking trail nearby. The rent is less expensive than other apartments in the area so we didn’t care about the amenities.They also have social activities with free food and drinks. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

    My family and I just moved into our apartment this past week and so far it has been the best experience of apartment living for us. The area is quiet and peaceful, very clean and well kept! Maddie, the community manager, has also been such a huge help and blessing in our moving process. She has gone above and beyond with answering all our questions and making this process less hectic. 10/10 recommend Garden Creek Apartments!

    I worked with Maddie at Garden Creek Apartments, and she was extremely patient and kind with my number questions. I was super indecisive, and she didn’t hesitate to show me the rental units multiple times to help with my decision process.The complex is small, but the units are so spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend visiting and working with Maddie. She’s an absolute gem!

    The nicest rental place Ive lived in.Saige is so patient and helpful, and made my wife and I feel so much more at ease throughout the paperwork and move-in, and continues to do so as weve lived here for a few months now. She genuinely cares, and it shows. The events she organizes are fun, as well.Scott is also a stellar maintenance man, also very patient and kind. He works hard and finishes his jobs in a very timely manner; again, faster and better than any rental place Ive lived in previously.Ive had little interaction with other staff, but all were professional and courteous.In short, we feel welcome and appreciated here. It feels like home.

    Love this complex! Beautiful property and well maintained. Management is always helpful and great to work with, responds quickly to issues. The layouts and ammenties are beautiful. Highly recommend this complex. The YMCA is also super close! Wonderful place for anyone to live! Feel super safe living here :)

    Great location. YMCA access is so easy from here. Beautiful property and well maintained. Management is on site and great to work with, responds quickly to issues. Such nice floor plans and great layouts. Highly recommend

    These apartments are very clean and new. I love that they provide discounts for YMCA memberships at the center down the street. Maddie was very helpful and answered all my questions.

    Ive been watching these apartments under construction for quite a while. What a great place and a great location. Its close to main street and the water front in Boerne. I couldnt ask for a better place!

    The only review I can leave for this place its going to get four stars because it does not have an elevator to help out the people that live there that have to move their stuff three flights of stairs thats a lot of walking and people can get injured trying to take couches and other heavy furniture up three flights of stairs they really need to get an elevator for safety issues and reasons but nevertheless the apartments are very clean I walked around the property its very nice a good location of the neighborhood I walked inside its very nice could use better touch up work when other people move out I was only there because I was helping a friend move in so I decided to check the place out

    Wow, what a find in Boerne tx. We were pleasantly amazed at how beautifull the property looks. I will recommend everyone to check it out before renting another. Kudos to the management team.
