    Just recently renewed my lease, my time at Gables Upper Kirby has been wonderful.The complex itself is well kept, modern, and has an overall quiet environment, which I appreciate for focus times.The staff was a huge driver in my decision to renew.I cannot express how great Luis in maintenance is! Too bad I don’t have many maintenance issues, he has a great personality, his work is a 10/10, and he has gone above and beyond the few times that I’ve need assistance.I can say the same for Tori, Lawrence, and the leasing office. Everyone is so kind and has provided clear and thorough answers to any questions that I may have had throughout my time here.The staff is professional and personable, which has made all the difference in my living experience at Gables Upper Kirby!

    Luis (maintenance) is always courteous and professional - fixes things in a timely manner (usually same day) without a need to re-do anything.Very professional and efficient. Great customer service. Fixed the kitchen sink faucet and the shower within 24hrs..So grateful for his services.

    Maintenance is always great. They are friendly, professional, and attend to the issue in a timely fashion. They’ve all been great, but I want to specifically mention Luis, who completed a minor repair at my apartment today. He’s a great member of a really good maintenance crew.

    I have absolutely enjoyed living at Gables Upper Kirby during the last two years. What sold me was the floor plan and layout of their loft apartments. The tall ceilings really open up the units and youve got a beautiful view of one of the Houston skylines from the balcony. The units and building look new, clean, and modern.What won me over was the wonderful staff at this complex. Lawrence, the agent who rented the unit to us, has always been super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Maintenance has always been quick to respond to any of our repair needs. The management team is easy to work with, responsive, and caring of their residents needs.Safety has never been an issue in the neighborhood for us, even at night when we have to take our dog outside to use the bathroom. The building requires a fob access and the garage is gated. The location is great because its so central to everything, whether you need to head downtown or further out to the suburbs. Theres a lot of great restaurant choices in the area too.We will miss living at Gables Upper Kirby, but thank you for making our time here a memorable one!

    A beautiful property and a quiet community. Its within walking distance of some great restaurants, and a variety of shops. Lawrence was wonderful with not just the initial showing of the property, but also helping us get settled in on the first day. He was friendly and accommodating regardless of me dropping unannounced for a tour. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for those looking for a slower pace.Maintenance also provides quick and courteous service. Id requested non-emergency service, and Ricardo arrived promptly the next day. He was polite and took his time to make sure the issue was resolved.

    I recently stayed at this community through CWS Corporate Housing. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues with my apartment – the AC stopped working, and both the bathtub and bathroom sink were clogged, all at the same time. Needless to say, it was quite frustrating.However, I want to give a huge shoutout to Oscar, who helped me fix everything. He was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the process, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Thanks to Oscars prompt and efficient service, all the problems were resolved quickly.Despite the initial issues, Oscars excellent assistance made my stay much more pleasant. I appreciate his dedication and helpfulness. Thank you, Oscar!

    From the moment I first visited Gables Upper Kirby, I felt cared for and welcomed. Ana and Lawrence did a great job of helping my family and me choose the building and unit that would best meet our needs. We like our unique floor plan and our building’s location, which offers convenient access to businesses, health care, parks, restaurants, and stores in Houston. We especially love that the BellaGreen restaurant is on the first floor of our building. Gables Upper Kirby offers great amenities including a business center, gym, pool, and gathering spaces. The staff take good care of the building to ensure a clean, pleasant, and safe environment. Ana and her entire team are courteous and professional and respond promptly to maintenance requests and questions. We also appreciate how management organizes special activities for residents to enjoy and meet and gather with other residents. Our encounters with neighbors on our floor, in the elevator, etc. have been good. The people living here are friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with our experience at Gables Upper Kirby since July 2023. It has exceeded our expectations and turned out to be one of our best apartment living experiences.

    The maintenance staff at my apartment complex, Gables Upper Kirby are phenomenal. They are very helpful and friendly. I have lived here since 2017 on and off and their maintenance staff is what makes me come back. Luis Martinez has always been prompt and helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and Gables Upper Kirby will lose a gem if he ever goes! He’s a true leader.

    I love living here so much! The office team is always willing to help you and answer your questions. They have a great attitude every single time.     I chose to live at this location because of the convenient and the quality of the apartment. Ana is very professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Her staff is amazing. The gym and pool are well kept and clean. The maintenance personnel are very prompt when called on. I recommend anyone to the Gables Upper Kirby location.

    I normally do not write reviews but am compelled to do so after a more than perfect experience I had with Ana and her team at Gables Upper Kirby. I moved into the gables four months ago. I love the building and my unit but as a family of four we quickly realized we needed a little more space. While only a few months into my lease I asked if there was a larger unit available and to my luck their was. Ana did everything she could to help me transfer to a larger space. During the process of applying for the new apartment there were multiple people interested in the apartment. Ana went out if her way to help me secure the apartment so that my children could have more space to play in their home. She listened to the concerns of my family and did everything she could to help. I truly appreciate her time, effort and care and feel so blessed to have such a wonderful group of people (Ana, Tori and Lawerence) making my stay with Gables so easy and cared for. Thank you so much!!!

    The apartments location is a big plus, with easy access to Levy Park, ideal for pet owners and nature lovers, and just a short walk away from Trader Joes, Target, and Whole Foods.The amenities are top-notch, featuring a great pool and a high-end coffee machine that makes mornings delightful. The units are comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the overall high-quality living experience.Special mention to Mr. Lawrence, the leasing agent, who was professional and accommodating, making the entire process seamless.Overall, Gables Upper Kirby offers an excellent blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

    We moved into our apartment 3 weeks ago. we had an amazing experience with the tour. Called and requested a virtualtour as we were moving from another state. Tori was very friendly, she accommodated us immediately and gave us the best tour experience. we were in between 3 choices, and the decision breaker was the great tour experience! we so far love it here and will make sure to update my review later!

    In the 5 years that I lived at Gables, Luis, from maintenance, never failed to impress me. Any time I had an issue, he would show up promptly and handle/fix whatever needed attention in a very professional manner. He was always polite and courteous and great at communicating with me so we were both on the same page. I’m grateful for Luis and all the great work he does there. Best maintenance experience of any place I’ve lived!

    Luis has been super helpful with me and my unit this past week with help in fixing my kitchen lamps. He came for help in a timely manner and is always super respectful and kind when crossing paths. He fixed both the kitchen lamp and my window-blinds and they are better than ever. He even offered to stay and fix anything else if there was something that needed fixing. He can always be counted on when in need of help.

    I do love living here, but the presentwhite elephant happy hour was really next level. This is one of the most exciting things Ive done here and it really just brings me straight back to home. Theres just nothing quite like the fantastic people of the gables and getting to get in front of them.     We have been here for just over 4 years. This a nice sized community with good amenities.The manager, Ana planned a end of summer pool party with margaritas, wings, sliders that was so much fun. It was nice to meet folks that live here and get to know them.We truly hope there are more events planned for the future.

    Y’all! When I tell you my experience was great I mean it! I showed up right before close on a Saturday and Lawrence was still welcoming and accommodating. I was on the verge of giving up my search and when I saw the apartment I ended up leasing, right away I knew it was for me. I appreciate Lawrence’s patience and helpfulness throughout the entire process and I look forward to enjoying my new home!

    I lived at the Gables Upper Kirby for 3 1/2 years in Phase 1 building which is the oldest building so the reason I gave 4 stars is because it had a bit of plumbing/drainage issues and could use some updating but nothing too bad. I loved living here and loved my little apartment. I never had any issues throughout my entire stay. I never saw or heard of anyone ever getting broken into and always felt safe. Parking for guests is incredibly easy. It is in the best location and the leasing staff are all very nice. I highly recommend this property.

    AMAZING! I am so glad I moved to Gables Revere Upper Kirby! I have lived at several apartments in the area and this is hands down one of the best communities in the area! The staff makes the experience even better. Management is always quick to respond and is super friendly! I’ve never had a problem with noise. Pool is super nice that gets a lot of sun all day! The gym is probably one of most spacious gyms as far as apartment gyms go and overall space in the floor plans is amazing! It’s a great location to be in especially if you like stores and restaurants being walking distance. I highly recommend living at Gables Revere Upper Kirby! Thank you to Gables for making my stay amazing!

    Overall good experience here. I enjoy the amenities like pool and clubhouse. Apartment has great living room space and kitchen. My room is cozy with a spacious closet. The bathroom tub and shower is relaxing and big. Balcony is large, peaceful with a great view. The neighborhood is safe and accessible to the freeway and close to Montrose, Heights, Galleria and Midtown. My only drawback is the hallways need a revamp with the carpet and thermostat. Elevators are down sometimes and parking garage gets full on the weekend. Otherwise I enjoy my time here.

    Living at Gables has been a good experience over the past two years. The only complaint I have had is when the elevator has broken - its been quite a few times, however, when this has occurred they worked to take care of it as quickly as possible; they were also good at keeping us posted on updates. The customer service has improved since I first moved in and they have upgraded a lot of the apartment which has been nice - keep up the good work!

It’s in a fantastic part of town with great walkability and a wonderful staff in the office - we love working with Finley!We rarely hear neighbors, but we also keep in mind that we live in an apartment complex so hearing others is part of the deal. Overall this is my favorite community we’ve lived in during our four years in Houston so far!

    Tika in the leasing office very friendly, personable. Some places here have views and all of them are finished well. The location is underrated.The building is always clean, without trash.     Just applied /got approved to move in - Pedros professionalism during the apartment tour and prompt response time in our correspondence was one of the key factors in my decision to live here. A lot of properties offer similar floor plans and amenities, but the customer experience as a new tenant so far has proved to be a key differentiator that sets this property apart from the rest.

    Great location. Spacious affordable one bedrooms. Amenities are ok. Unfortunately had issues during freeze with pipelines bursting but they moved tenants and waived fees. Very accommodating during that time .
