I had an amazing experience touring and signing at Gables Republic Square with Macaila! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information about the amenities, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The property itself is stunning, with great features and a prime location, but Macaila’s professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made all the difference. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend working with her—she’s fantastic!

I had the opportunity to tour here today with Kelly. The property is amazing offering amazing views of Austin with beautiful finishes and amenities. They have a hot tub pool and a swimming pool. 5 star building for sure, definitely recommend this building if you’re looking to live in downtown Austin.

I toured this place a few weeks ago with Morgan and it was by far the best tour I have had. She knew so much about the building and made it easy for us to choose this place as our home. Ryan the concierge greeted my fiancé and I when we arrived. She was so sweet. Kelly and Morgan made the application process very smooth and provided excellent communication. We are moving in soon and are excited to call this place our home. Just with how excellent and caring the staff is, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to downtown Austin.

The staff at Gables Republic were very courteous and nice when I toured the property. I just moved to the Gables Republic Square. Kelly really went the extra mile to ensure I found the right apartment under a very tight turnaround. So far, everyone has been extremely kind and the amenities are beautiful. I love my apartment as if does not feel cookie cutter but a thoughtful and well designed space. I am loving walking everywhere as it is a great location close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and convenient stores and just a short walk to Lady Bird Lake. I recommend the Gables Republic Square if you are looking to move downtown!

I rented an apartment for my daughter for 3 months for her internship and the experience from start to finish was excellent, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off.If my daughter were to move to Austin in the future this will be the place where she will live. As someone who has lived everywhere in Austin, this location is by far the nicest and has the best amenities, including the rooftop pool which is always a plus in the summer.I toured/signed the lease with Morgan who was accommodating with all my questions and so far have had no issues with any of maintenance requests. If you have pets, there is a nice greenery area for your pups and my pup has even made fur friends already! Parking is onsite and as someone who drives an EV there is an accommodation to charge.Overall, enjoyed living here and will renew my lease if my job allows me to stay in Austin.

We are in the heart of the city and are so close to local shops, restaurants, and walking distance to Lady Bird Lake. Gables Republic Square has been a superb community to live in. The apartment interiors are nice and I never heard a peep from any neighbors. I loved using the rooftop hot tub, and the pool.Everyone who works at Gables is a delight to talk to, and the concierge especially is always eager to help out.When I first moved in, I wasnt sure if the gym had everything I was looking for, but I was able to cover all of my workouts in there easily. I never found that the gym was too busy to use the cable machine and dumbbells at the same time.Gables is leagues above any other luxury apartment community that Ive lived in, and I highly recommend the community.

My experience as a resident of the Gables Republic Square has been second to none - the apartments and facilities are top quality with a real luxury feel, and in the perfect location! The thing that really sets it apart however, is the superb team of people who work here. Marcie is incredibly lovely, professional and capable - she is always there for a chat and goes above and beyond to make sure all the residents feel happy and well-cared for. Destiny and Dimitri are also outstanding - I will miss chatting to them all every day when I come home! Autumn has made the whole process of living here easy and again, has made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. If you need anything at all, the maintenance team are always on hand to help straight away and are so capable and lovely to chat to. I really will miss living in the best apartment building in Austin!

Ive been here for 3 months, this is the best place Ive ever lived. The interior is beautifully designed, hot showers never get cold, quality appliances, A/C is amazing, gas stove(a super big plus), kitchen vents to the outside, speakers in the walls and the apartment is quiet. Did not realize downtown living could be so quiet. The last time a severe thunderstorm came through we could hardly hear there was a storm. The gym is perfect with high quality Technogym equipment. The amenities with a great pool and a hot tub on top of the building is a great place to relax. I love it here and the concierge is helpful, elevators are fast and parking is easy. All the residents Ive met say they love it here too. Maintenance is fast and responsive for any issues Ive had which were minor. The leasing experience with Amanda Thacker was a great experience. Thanks to Autumn, Destiny, Demetri, Sydney, Alex, Gene and Marcie for your excellent work.I grew up in Austin, have visited many other properties and open houses downtown over the years, this property to me is perfect.

I’ve lived at GRS for two years now, and toured many downtown locations before moving in.My experience here has been nothing short of incredible. The leasing staff is incredibly professional, maintenance team awesome, and concierge extremely friendly.The quality of the apartments is well above any other complex I’ve been in downtown, from finishes to construction. I’ve personally never heard a neighbor while in my apt.Amenities are great, and there are often events for residents and little drinks/treats weekly. The focus is certainly on the satisfaction of the resident.I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be in the heart of downtown.

This apartment has been the best community that Ive ever lived in. Not only are the residence so kind and considerate, but what really makes this the best apartment has to be the staff.I wanted to share an experience that shows how much the staff go above and beyond for their residence. A few weeks ago my dog had a life threatening emergency and needed immediate care. I was in the lobby, and Demetri, one of our amazing concierge receptionist, not only found a local 24/7 emergency vet, but called them, got water for my dog, and then even personally contacted me to ensure she was safe and ok.If it were not for his immediate attention and urgency with helping me, I dont know if she would be here.Hands down the best place to live.

So happy here!I moved here three months ago from Boston, MA and was extremely nervous about it as I wasn’t able to visit beforehand. Autumn was an absolute treasure and made it as seamless and stress-free as moving cross-country under the circumstances could be! She was (and continues to be) responsive, available, and helpful — from connecting me to cross-country movers to calling and checking in to remind me about upcoming deadlines and paperwork (yeah I’m that girl). Really went above and beyond!What’s it like living here? Location is convenient and the views are breathtaking. The complex itself is gorgeous and has a lot of character. New fixtures and appliances in unit, lovely high ceilings. Well-maintained facilities, amazing amenities, lots of community events, really great staff (how they manage to remember everyone’s names and even pets’ names blows my mind). Front desk/concierge and maintenance are quick to respond. Other tenants are respectful and friendly — haven’t had any noise issues. Safety is very important to me and access is tightly controlled. Deliveries are a breeze, from packages to food to large ones like furniture!Moving to a completely new city can be daunting — so glad I chose Gables Republic Square as my home to make this new chapter a little less so :).

Fantastic experience at Gables Republic! Marcy, Jason, Autumn, etc all go above and beyond to ensure everyone is having the optimal living experience.Additionally, the location is incredible as the farmers market is literally right outside our building and lady bird lake trail is a quick 4 min walk. Im an extremely active individual so being walking distance to coffee shops, auditorium shores, Zilker, trader joes, etc is a huge perk of living here imo.The amenities & apartment furnishings are also top notch. Gas stove (HUGE bonus), glass shower, high end kitchen furnishings, etc. Quality isnt sacrificed in any way and you definitely get what you pay for.Overall, would recommend this complex to a friend (actually already have...lol) and look forward to continuing my residency at Gables Republic!

I moved into GRS in July and have had the best experience. I came from another downtown apartment, and the contrast is shocking based on similar price points. The concierge team is top notch. Demetri goes above and beyond every time he’s working, and Destiny is always there to greet with a smile on her face.I appreciate all of the support and friendliness from the team. You cannot go wrong here!

Ive been waiting to move into Gables Republic Square for a while now and when the day finally came I couldnt have been more excited! The staff is extremely professional and friendly, the amenities are as good as they get, and the 24th floor is like work from home heaven with beautiful spaces to be productive. Its so convenient being in the heart of downtown while also being close to spots where you can appreciate nature like Republic Square and Auditorium Shores. At the end of the day, this is the classiest place Ive ever rented at after living in FL, DC, Boston, and LA and and Im definitely planning to be here for a while...so come visit! ;)

Moved in at the beginning of the month and everything has been great! Very well built building. Staff which includes a 24/7 concierge is very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They helped make the move in process very easy. The rooftop pool which faces the hill country with the sunset has to be one of the best in Austin. My wife and I looked at several other very nice comparable buildings in downtown, but this place had what we were both looking for which was a quiet apartment that has a balcony with a view. The building is in the middle of downtown, but the brick building along with the double pane windows make it so you don’t hear much outside noise at all.

I recently relocated to Austin from NYC, and I am thrilled with my decision to call the Gables Republic Square my home! The brand new, 3 year old property is unique in style, spacious, luxurious, and boasts hotel grade fixtures (and amenities - Hotel Zaza) in both the common spaces and individual units.There are many new builds in Austin to choose from, but the real differentiator for the Gables Republic Square is the team! From the transparent, friendly, and dedicated leasing team (especially Autumn and Brandi who were key in my decision) to the authentically hospitable, warm, and caring concierge team (especially Destiny, Marcie, and Dmitry!), this group genuinely wants to take care of its residents! My first month was a 10/10, and I am looking forward to many more enjoyable months in my new home!

Gables Republic Square is the most elegant building I have yet to see downtown. After having lived in two of the most desirable high-rises downtown it was hard to believe there could be something so far above.I feel as though I am a VIP guest at a 5 star hotel. The level of resident service did not end after signing a lease. It continues on even after I have moved in. There is a true difference between an owner managed building and the use of an outside management company. You can see and experience the pride the staff has in the building, the craftsmanship, and quality of the units and the materials.I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Alex at Gables couldnt have been better for me and my clients, keeping in touch, sending virtual tours, redoing the virtual tours in landscape, and doing everything possible for my clients to feel that this was the right choice for them. As for the property, that speaks for itself, but I think when you live somewhere, its those daily faces and personalities working in the building that take amazing architecture to be your home. The BEST things about this building is the concierge team - everyone is spectacular. Dan runs a tight ship and is so helpful and happy all the time. He and the team (Clarissa, Tate, Will) all get 5 stars from me for making life easier! As mentioned in other reviews, the construction is an issue that was a very unfortunate surprise when I moved in. I dont feel they were honest about what was coming and, while they cant control what the other buildings surrounding them are doing, the hours the construction keeps are crazy. Ive also completely lost the view that was a huge selling point for my unit and no concessions have been made regarding rents. The building is beautiful and the maintenance team is excellent and speedy, too.

This is a wonderful property managed by an excellent team. It is beautifully designed and also the most soundproof apartment I have ever lived in - we never heard a peep from our neighbors above, below, or on the sides. Republic Square is a great location in Austin, and it’s nice to be connected to Hotel Zaza and have access to some their amenities. The Gables team was also very accommodating when we experienced financial problems during COVID, going above and beyond their legal responsibility to take care of us. Living here couldn’t have been a better experience.

Greatest complex I have ever lived in. The concierge team goes ABOVE AND BEYOND with absolutely anything you need. It is in the perfect location downtown, and very safe. I accepted a job in Austin, Tx and needed to move within a week. I worked with an apartment locator to help me identify a few options for downtown high rises. After reviewing over 12 options, I realized none of the options aligned with all of my wants. I came across the Gables Republic Square and literally called them and they got me in for a tour on the same day- I was sold. Val did a great job of showing me everything I needed to know to help with my decisions. The Gables have awesome amenities and share a building with Hotel ZaZa where you get discounts on restaurants and spa treatments. The apartment options were not only less expensive than the 12 other apartments I viewed, but also provide better quality of furnishings and living space. I even had a small work order that I placed and the maintenance guy fixed it within a few hours from the request. Im very happen I moved here :).

We were recently apartment shopping in Austin and fell in love with the location and amenities of Gables Republic Square! Cynthia and Alex were so helpful and friendly during the whole process. Since we were looking during COVID-19 they offered us a live video virtual tour of multiple units and of thebeautiful amenities. We were then able to schedule an in person tour and got to see multiple units! While we ended up signing somewhere else, we are very appreciative of their generosity and thankful that they are taking the pandemic seriously, but still making apartment shopping an enjoyable experience! The people that work here truly want you to love living here and will continue to go up and beyond to make sure that happens. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It is the epitome of class and service! I am an apartment locator, and every time I come tour this place either Vanessa or Alex make my job nice and easy by providing a fun and informative tour. I felt like I was one of their best friends right off the bat. They are complete professionals, and match the quality of these absolutely stunning units! I also can not say enough about how drop dead gorgeous these units are. There is something about these units that actually make it feel like a home instead of a cookie cutter apartment. I have never written a review for a place before, but thought Id break my silence because this place is worth it! If youre wanting to live downtown this should be on the top of your list!

I moved here March without looking at the unit, Autumn, my leasing agent, went above and beyond in helping me with videos, txt pictures, and consistent phone calls, showing both patience and professionalism! Since moving in- I’ve had no issues with the building or other tenants and have made great friends here! I highly recommend it!

The concierge staff and leasing office staff are excellent. Autumn, Marcie, Destiny and Demitri are always helpful, pleasant and professional. They make the leasing / move-in process seamless and just make day to day life at the Gables better.

This is a beautiful complex and so well constructed!! We just toured here this weekend and I honestly dont know how you cant fall in love. Its gorgeous!!! There was a band playing right downstairs outside our window and we couldnt hear anything!!! Alex, the leasing agent, was super sweet and accommodating. He let us see 3 different floor plans and took his time with us during the tour. I would highly recommend living here!!

Have enjoyed the amenities, cleanliness, and central location greatly. The staff is great. Events and freebies like mimosas in the lobby and happy hour at Group Therapy are also nice touches.One small way to improve the experience would be guest parking options to help out on nights my part net stays with me.

I’ve lived downtown for the past 3 years (moved twice) and this was the easiest transition I’ve had. The leasing team was up front, pro-active in following up, and overall were great to deal with.The apartments used the same design team as the hotel below and it makes a big difference vs the cookie cutter layouts/finishes you see at other high end apartments downtown. A built in blue tooth sound system is also standard in most units.Obviously the perks of having the hotel below are unreal: residents receive discounts at the restaurants, hotel bar, Spa, and ZaZa hotel rooms in Dallas and Houston. Plus they give you a free ZaZa robe. Signed up for a long term lease.

Hands down best property in town, not only its a beautiful building but what really makes a difference is the team at the property that has really focused on building a community and offer an unparalleled service with a great can-do attitude. Plus the extra perks for residents are cool. Psf might be the most expensive today but Im sure worth it every penny.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the finish out was better than any other property I visited downtown (and I toured most of them) The only reason I didnt lease was that I got a condo on South 1st St. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking downtown.

We have loved living at Gables Republic Square! I really enjoyed the design upgrades in the apartment like the built-in Bluetooth speakers and the cute checkered tile in the bathroom, but the concierge team is really what makes the building special! Its always a treat to see Ryan, Lodisha & Collin at the front desk as I go throughout my day and they are SO helpful anything comes up!

We have been here for over a year and have loved living in this building. They are attentive to the building and have monthly events to foster some building community. But far and above, the people have been the best part of living here. Ryan, Lodihsa and Collin of the concierge team are incredibly helpful and are the reason this place has felt like home. They quickly became friends and always provided a positive moment in my day.
