Im a current resident, and I absolutely love living here! The location, building, and amenities are top-notch, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible concierge team. Desi, Anna, Andre, and the entire staff are not only professional and attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make me, my wife, and our dogs feel at home—safe, valued, and like part of a family. Their kindness and dedication make all the difference, and I couldnt imagine a better place to call home!

I love living at Gables! The amenities are incredible, the people are awesome and the location is the best in the city. You’re still in downtown but not in the middle of the noise and get to be right on the water.****And actually the beautiful “black woman” Desi, Anna, Lydia and Rendell, are truly one of the best parts of Gables Park Tower. They are so friendly and fun to talk to so they make the environment so homey! My dog is also obsessed with Desi and Anna because they always give him treats :)

Ive absolutely loved my experience living at Gables Park Tower. When I was moving to Austin last year, I toured several buildings throughout Downtown and the Gables was always head and shoulders better than the others. The concierge staff (shoutout Dezzy and Anna!) is the absolute best and make the building really feel like home. I love being able to walk into the building and have incredibly kind staff always welcome me back and chat while I wait for the elevators. I cant recommend the building enough to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I dont write many reviews, but Gables Park Tower and their staff impressed me so much during my time there that I would recommend moving here to EVERYONE. (Shoutouts to Rendell, Lydia, Desi, Rolando, Robert and the whole staff!).Ive lived in over 5 highrise buildings in my life and this one stands out as one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Not only is the whole team diligent, caring, and communicative, they go above and beyond for all their tenants and breed a strong community culture amongst the tenants.The building itself is well ran, well maintained, and the location is the best in downtown with the trail, a great gym, and all the best grocery stores nearby.If youre looking to move to downtown Austin, I highly recommend giving Gables (specifically Park Tower) a shot!

Newer to Austin I looked at a dozen or so buildings downtown. Gables Park Tower is a standout property compared to the others in terms of location and design. The amenities are high quality and designed well. The building sells itself but I must say Rendell was a huge part of me deciding on this property. He is so welcoming and such a joy to work with. When you are new to a city it really makes a difference how the apartment showing is handled. He is so good! Many other apartment showings were ‘eh’ in terms of the leasing agents. And it continues once you move in. The concierge team is outstanding. Desiree is 100% top bar quality as well and very welcoming! She can deal with any issue the right way basically. It’s just classy here. The building is maintained better then most which has to be mentioned. Work orders are responded immediately and a personal touch by maintenance just adds to the overall experience here.

I recently toured this apartment and I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, placing you right in the heart of Austin. The views from the units we toured were stunning.The amenities were top-notch from the fitness center to pool area. The community vibe was equally great.Rendell, who conducted the tour, was exceptional. His knowledge of the property and its features was thorough, and his friendly demeanor made the experience both informative and enjoyable. We have been trying to get into Gables Park Tower for the better part of a year. I recently toured again and had a great experience, thanks to Rendell. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and gave us a detailed overview of the buildings amenities and features, taking the time to answer all our questions and provide thoughtful insights about the community and surrounding area. The apartments themselves are stunning, with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and fantastic views. Unfortunately, there wasnt availability for the building (seems like constantly 95%+ occupied and makes sense why so popular) so we werent able to rent this cycle. Maybe next year!

The property in a great location; walking distance to the lake, 2 grocery stores, UPS/Office Max for fedex, whole food for amazon returns, dog parks, some units with river views, room high ceilings, property well maintained. Price like most rent in area and for some people sensitive to noise it is located next to railroad track may drop it to 4 stars. Rendell, community manager and Lydia, conceiege manager are responsive and helpful. Moving out of state after 3 years... will miss them and Gables Park Tower

Hands down the best apartment and complex I’ve ever lived in. From the initial tour and experience with Brawley to the apartment and amenities to the front desk team and maintenance team, I’ve been impressed at every opportunity.It’s a wonderful building full of mostly young professionals who are kind and friendly. We’ve made a ton of friends fast.The area is also a dream - close enough to the best parts of downtown to walk and far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.Gables has truly outdone themselves with this building and their team.

We have lived here for over a year and have had such a great experience. The building is beautiful, clean and maintained so well. And you could not ask for a better location, right in front of the Lake and steps always from Trader Joe’s AND Whole Foods.Rendell in the leasing office has always been helpful, efficient and has such an amazing attitude. The concierge and maintenance team is super quick and efficient.If you can get a unit facing the lake, it is definitely worth the premium. The only negative is that there is a train that runs through downtown and you can hear it. I think the windows are soundproof enough where you hear it, but it’s not super disturbing. At night, a white noise machine is the perfect solution.

Literally the best apartment Ive ever lived in. Situation has changed so were moving out, but if we didnt need to, we wouldnt have! We stayed in the 12K unit and this is our view. Definitely gonna miss it. Management is fantastic, especially Rendell!! An extremely knowledgeable agent that gave us exactly what we were asking for. Hoping that the next person who takes over our unit enjoys it as much as we did :)

Top notch location, kind, friendly staff who actually really do want to help you, beautiful views, well cared for apartments, AND great amenities. Walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, the lake, to eat. Hell what isn’t to like?One thing, a very constant staff turnover, means you are having to continuously reintroduce yourself to the team. Maintenance staff are solid, and constant. Front office in flux constantly.

Not everyone can say they loved their apartment complex (just read reviews for other Austin-area buildings). I loved the 2.5 years I lived at the Gables Park Tower. Its where my baby took her first steps and where my beloved senior dog took her last breath.Sentimental reasons aside, Park Tower is the perfect central location. Its within walking distance from the trails, Zilker Park, auditorium shores, MoPac + I-35, Trader Joes and Whole Foods, Central Library. Its close enough to all the social buzz of downtown, but far enough from the noise, riff-raff, and crime (though still practice caution!) Living on the 18th floor, facing the West also provided for priceless sunset views.The staff are stellar. Lydia at concierge has been at the building forever and will make sure your packages and amenity needs are secured and ready. Rendell and Toni make you feel like a part of the community rather than a random $tenant$. And maintenance have always, always been prompt to provide service.The units themselves are a bit outdated, but solid construction (REAL hardwood floors were a plus) .The building is always clean - never any issues with the trash/refuse room piling up. The elevators and garage doors occasionally break down, but are promptly repaired.Overall, no complaints. Our family outgrew the space, but it was sad to leave. Highly recommend Gables Park Tower!

The building itself is fantastic - great location, well-equipped fitness center, clean, etc.Can’t speak for other floors yet but on 17 I hardly ever notice the train.Shout out to Rendell from the leasing office! Gables Park Tower has been amazing! The location is very walkable and the staff is very friendly/kind and helpful. We lived on the 4th floor, facing the Sandra Muraida Street, which was very convenient to all the amenities/garage parking. We had no issues with street noise so that was a relief!! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to live in a nice place in downtown :). This was our first place in Austin after relocating from NY… only leaving because we purchased our first home.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and loved it. We never would have left if not for buying our own place.The management company and staff are excellent - all really friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely make an effort to provide a great experience for residents.The amenities are also great. The gym is well equipped so you dont really need a gym membership, and the pool is beautiful and gets sun the entire day.We had a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor facing Gables Park Plaza across the street. We loved this unit because there are only 2 units total on the 4th floor so it is super quiet - no noisy neighbors or noise from the street. The parking garage also goes as high as the 4th floor so it was a super short walk from our unit out to our car or the elevator.Overall, definitely would highly recommend living here!

Gables Park Tower has been BY FAR the best apartment complex we’ve ever lived in! Let me start by saying that we toured almost every property in downtown. Just when we had almost given up hope (either apartments were too old, or no space for our puppy to play, horrible reviews, or noise was an issue, or rent was nearing the 5 digits 🙃), we found Gables Park Tower. From day one, Rendell and his team always made sure we felt welcomed. The apartment itself was beautiful. With views to downtown, the river, and even from the balcony you could see a little bit of The Capitol. The amenities were always clean and available. The gym was never busy, and had just what I needed to get my workout in. Right below the apartment there was a coffee shop and a park with plenty of green space for our dog to do his needs and play with other dogs. The maintenance team was always available when we needed them. Concierge was always friendly and welcoming - and always had our packages ready for pickup. Our one concern at the beginning was living so close to the train, but noise was never an issue. We lived in the 10th floor, and after the first few days, you’d completely block out the noise. I also worked remotely and this was never an issue or something that would disturb me in any way (in contrast to traffic or even construction noise which I had experienced in other properties). Overall, I would recommend Gables Park Tower to anyone that wants to live in downtown Austin, without the chaos of being in the middle of traffic or constructions. It is an absolutely beautiful place to live in! 5 very well deserved stars!

I live in a Unit exactly we’re the train passes by. I have an amazing view and you don’t hear the train “at all”!!!! Gables Park Plaza is the best of Austin. Perfect location !!!! I would love to stay here but I am moving away! Thank you Gables Park Tower for being the best home for me in the beautiful city of Austin♥️

Had a great experience here for a short term lease. The leasing office helped me get signed up on short notice and was so helpful as to FaceTime me from the different apartment options, since I couldnt get there in person. The views for the units that face the lake are gorgeous. You can see from the Capitol through downtown across the lake/river and to the horizon south. Sunrises & sunsets were worth it alone there. Very easily walkable to many parts of downtown, South Austin, etc. -- loved taking morning or evening walks around the lake. Scooters, bikes, and ubers made it easy to get most places if you didnt to drive, but there was plenty of parking available for residents. The apartment was set out nicely and had very spacious closets, bathrooms, and storage. Staff was friendly throughout, acted quickly to address any requests, and I always appreciated the helpfulness of the different concierge staff for a range of needs. Only thing to be aware of is that there is a railroad line that goes past the building (and straight through the city), so probably 6-8 times a day youll hear that, but the doors were soundproof enough to keep it from being a bother unless you are on the balcony. Always wanted to take that Amtrak, though!

Gables Park Tower is an amazing building to live in. Throughout the time we have lived here we have had the best interactions with the staff and residents at this property. GPT treats their residents with class and respect. Work orders are taken care of immediately and the done correctly. The concierge couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. The amenities are #1 and kept very clean. No question would recommend to anyone looking at an apartment in downtown. Shoutout to Rendell the property manager for always looking out for the residents and their best interests.

GPT has been an excellent living experience. The on-site management and concierges strive to make this a great place to call home. I couldn’t say enough great things about the safety, cleanliness and oversight of this property.The amenities are flawless and very elegant, the other residents are very respectful and friendly neighbors as well. I’d recommend living here to anyone looking for a peaceful high rise apartment community in downtown. Something I would love to see in the future is a pet relief area, but the surrounding areas make it a great place to house a pet. Shoutout to Rendell for being an amazing asset of this Gables property!

Park Tower is hands down one of the best downtown high rises in Austin to rent. Location and quality is hard to beat. The maintenance staff are amazing everything is taken care of very quickly without issue. The entire concierge staff and the front desk are also beyond amazing. Everything is taken care of for you almost immediately and professionally. Both of these departments are a perfect 10/10. I dont mean to name names but they know who they are Peter, Valerie, Kimberly, Ryan, Brandy etc etc. Formed great relationships with everyone. Truly great individuals.I stayed at the building for about 4 years and it would be a shame to write a negative review considering 99.9% of my time there was exceptional. The last few months of the final lease didnt go as planned where there was a little mix up in their leasing office with managers changing and a few misunderstandings (which I wont elaborate on) since it was just with one individual but it is COVID times so patience and understanding should have gone both ways. The leasing office and management had and has always been very good to work with for years so the road bumps towards the end were unfortunate.Only real quirk was the garage where my car was broken into numerous times and some vandalism. But thats sadly expected in the downtown core parking garages. Cameras would be nice. The train noise most complain about is not that bad the windows are thick and you get used to it. Gables Park Tower is still holding its own and in my opinion one of the best and will remain so because of the people they employed there.

Ive lived in many apartments in the past, and Gables Park Tower has ranked up as one of the best Ive lived in. The views are unbelievable, amenities and common space are beautiful and well kept, and the location is unbeatable. The management team is spectacular - they all respond within 24 hours, and maintenance requests are done almost always within 24 hours. My experience here is nothing short of a legendary one. Id highly recommend anyone to live here as Im convinced its one of the best apartment complexes in Austin period.

It is the best high-rise in Austin. I looked at all of them, many times, and have lived in the Gables two separate times (I moved out for less than a year, broke my lease at the Seven and came back to the Gables) in 4 different units.I know you are likely worried about the train and it could be an issue for you if you are a soft sleeper, but I have never has issues with it (one of the units I lived in is eye level with the train on the corner and I was still fine).Something people do not take into consideration is the people that work in the building - Brandi has been the building manager for at least 4 years and is great and always helpful. I have also gotten along with all of the other people who have worked there over the years (shout out to Alex and Robin for being fun to interact with and always helpful) and the desk staff (shout out to Kim, Valerie, and Kat) are a great help.Great people live here as well - different crowd than the Bowie... in a very good way.Side note: I once had a small flood in my apt (totally my fault) and maintenance responded immediately and it was like nothing ever happened.

Alex is the leasing agent that found us the perfect apartment at this amazing facility! Great finishes in the apartments and the common areas are very nice. Although the building is right next to train tracks, the noise is minimal when in the apartment with the patio door closed. The area cannot be beat - great shopping, restaurants, trails, workout options merely steps away. Full access to all of the benefits of downtown Austin!We cannot say enough about Alex - professional, knowledgeable, honest, accommodating and great with follow up. Leasing was a simple and pleasant experience!!

Gables staff are friendly, and the building doesnt suffer from being too flash yet is maintained to an excellent standard. Alex Everett is a brilliant apartment manager: our signing was easy, prompt and without errors, and all small issues are usually resolved on the day. The building could be improved if dog owners were fined for any accidents left uncleaned, and if trash valet service was not mandatory.

My girlfriend and I moved into the building in early January of this year. The view and location drew us to the unit. Close to the trails, Trader Joes, and a coffee/wine bar attached to the building. Everything is walkable. We moved in with nothing more than a facetime with rendell and a couple videos. In the words of my girlfriend she has never been more ampd or stoked to live in an apartment complex. Rendell is for sure the peoples champion.Weve attended a few resident events and enjoyed spending time with the staff and getting to know them. Toni and Rendell in the Leasing Office do a great job creating a nice vibe to the building.

I lived in Gables Park Tower for two years and would still be there if I didt move to the Northeast. The staff is amazing and always willing to help and accommodate any needs I had. The location is perfect with the pedestrian bridge literally right outside the apartment and endless food and entertainment options just walking distance away.The amenities are great from the gym to the pool area to the coffee bar. We recently downsized from a 2,000 SF house in the suburbs to a 900 SF apartment at Gables Park Tower, and it has gone so smoothly despite the stressors of selling a home at the same time, having to get all new furniture, and dealing with the chaos of moving downtown. Alex showed us the apartment in December, and Samantha helped us finalize everything in March. They were both incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Move-in was super easy, concierge even helped with furniture delivery when we had to work, and maintenance came to do a tiny fix for us within a few hours of requesting one. Weve been incredibly happy with this decision so far!

Heads up if you’re considering leasing during 2022, they’re conducting construction on all the balconies for the rest of the year. other than that, i’ve loved living here. walkability is fantastic, the dog park is super convenient for dog owners, and everyone is really friendly and respectful. hoping the construction doesn’t make things too unpleasant because it’s a really great property!

These are amazing apartments with amazing staff. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. Kavon is the best leasing agent and helped me with a particularly tricky leasing situation and was great at helping revise the lease (many times) to get everything settled and locked down. Only downside is the presence of The Guild short term rentals of about 11 units in the building. Not sure if they will continue given the current state of the world.

This place is great. Alex has been super helpful making sure we had a smooth move in and has always been friendly to chat with. We like this building a lot and feel the amenities are perfect for entertaining friends. The people who live in the building underutilize the amenities so they are generally available for use whenever you need them. The location and price point is perfect with close access to the Lamar bridge and hike and bike trail.

Lived here for a year and loved it. This is a well-cared-for apartment building with great amenities and a team that goes above and beyond to make our lives easy. Right in the center of the city, within walking distance to Trader Joes, Wholefoods, great coffee shops and places to eat. The views over the park and river are just stunning. Highly recommended!

We love the property and the concierge staff! Marina always makes us laugh and asks us about our day, Peter is so nice and helpful all the time, and Kim is always there in the morning to say hi and start our days off well. Maintenance gets tackled quickly and the property is always in amazing shape

Everything is being fantastic ! Im really enjoying the community, the apt and the services. The view is incredible ! The neighbourhoods are great, with a good variety of shopping that looks like to be improving. So far no complains !

High quality building and amenity package. Great location adjacent to Lady Bird Lake and within walking distance of Whole Foods, Trader Joes and numerous downtown restaurants and bars. Very easy in and out of downtown via Caesar Chavez and 6th Street.

The social areas of this Building are really beautiful, very comfortable. We had the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful event such as the pre-launch of a book by Hispanic women called #Brunchdejefas and we had a great time. Everything looked very nice and impeccable.
