This review is long overdue but I truly love Gables Mirabella. Located in the heart of uptown, you have so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in walking distance. The leasing staff is so kind and the property manager, Jennifer is literally the best! You can see how much she truly cares for the residents and this community. The maintenance team is also always on top of everything and they’re also so nice. The amenities are always very well kept. They also just installed car chargers in the garage which is super cool. This is the first property I’ve lived at where the gates/entry doors were never broken so I always felt super safe here.I’m still so sad to leave and truly wish I could stay but after a significant rent increase I’ve decided to look elsewhere. But obviously that has nothing to do with how amazing everyone is here at Mirabella. This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at that truly felt like my home. :)

Ive been living here for a few months, and I must say, its been a delightful experience. The premises are always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant environment to live in. The staff, in particular, is exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Vanessa, in particular, went above and beyond to make our decision to live here an easy one. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with my experience here. Highly recommend

I have really enjoyed Gables so far. Me and my roommate moved here about 4 months ago, and it has been so nice for us. I love the location, and we found an amazing deal here. I feel extremely safe here which is one of the most important factors for me. Everything is gated, and you need a fob to go inside of the garage, up the elevator or in to any doors or amenities. Maintenance always responds extremely fast and they are really nice here. I plan on staying with gables, they are trustworthy management and it’s just extremely organized.

Absolutely loved my time at the Gables Mirabella. Anytime I ever needed anything Management was happy to help and quick to help! I had a box in the locker i couldn’t get to open and i had help within the hour. fireplace, helping me hang art work, fixing my ice maker, etc. everyone was always so helpful! HUGE shoutout to Victor, he was always there whenever I needed anything and always put a smile on my face! Victor could help fix anything and everything! Sad to leave but thankful to have met everyone that works at the Gables Mirabella! Thank you for your kindness and making my first apartment feel welcoming!

I toured many apartments uptown and finally settled on Mirabella as the best value for money. It is close to everything, with Katy trail right behind you and a short walk to bars/ restaurants.The property is clean and nice, and the hallways are cleaned regularly as well. Parking is spacious. Safety was never an issue during my stay here. I had an apartment facing the pool and you can sometimes hear the noise if there’s a crowd but it’s not so loud that it disturbs you.John from the leasing office is kind and always quick to respond to queries. Victor from the maintenance staff is a gem - he is so super helpful and just an amazing human being.I really felt at home here and would highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to live uptown.

My experience in the last year at this apartment complex has been nothing short of terrific. Mirabella feels like a home. There are no thin walls and every unit Ive visited is very well maintained. Maintenance staff is first class and usually fixes things in a 24 hour window. The residents Ive interacted with have always been friendly. When I first moved in I was skeptical that there would be noise pollution with it being a block away from a few bars but Im pleased to say that I havent found this to be an issue. Very satisfied.

Love living in Gables. It is the perfect apartment for my husband, our dog and myself. Our maintenance requests always get processed fast and we have never had any issues with the parking garage. When it comes to living in Uptown I think we have the best and most affordable apartment.

The Gables Mirabella team (LaTrice and Chasity) really added to the experience of living at this complex. They were very receptive, friendly, and considerate.The maintenance staff were excellent. These guys were very kind and friendly in hallways & resolved maintenance requests quickly.The apartment complex is in a great location. Depending on which street/area you face, it can be a little bit noisy during the evenings but rarely bothered me.I had a great experience and would consider living at Gables Mirabella again if I moved back to Dallas.

I have now lived at Gables Mirabella for over one year. It was one of the only places in Uptown that offered an office in the units which was a must for me since I work from home. I was really nervous about living in an apartment community again after having poor experiences elsewhere. However, I have had one of the most positive experiences living in this community! The biggest difference for me is my personal experience with LaTrice and Chassitty. They are both not only very friendly, but they have never expressed anything but kindness no matter how many times I need their help. I really appreciate how they go out of their way to assist. The maintenance staff is also extremely nice and they do well at their jobs. They have made improvements to the community since I moved in, too, like adding AT&T fiber, and a toll tag for the garage door. The only thing that I feel is lacking is a package locker. Its standard at other communities in the area and it would help me not feel like Im interrupting the staff when I need to get my several packages. It would also help because I have had several instances when a package was delivered but I couldnt retrieve it because they were closed outside of office hours. Besides this, its a great community to live in and, although I wouldnt call it a cheap place to live, its a good bang for your buck in Uptown where other places would cost 30% more.

Gables Mirabella is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. My wife and I did pretty extensive research on apartments around Uptown, and this was by far the greatest value in terms of location, price, space, and quality. There is a beautiful outside pool/courtyard area, gorgeous updated apartments, a quick and effective maintenance crew, a gym that has everything you need for a quick workout, and a very friendly and helpful staff. I think perhaps my favorite part about Gables Mirabella that sets it apart from other apartments I have lived at, is that when you have any sort of problem, they help you through it, and they do it quickly. Its easy for people at apartments to be nice when everything is going well, but when there are maintenance issues, rent issues, noise problems, neighbor problems etc. people seem to all of a sudden disappear. At Mirabella, all of the maintenance and front-office employees have always been extremely pleasant to work with, especially Chassitty & LaTrice who are in there currently. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to the Uptown area!

I have been living at Gables Mirabella for 6 months now and I absolutely love it here! I did my research before making the move from Houston to Dallas and I honestly feel I made the right choice. One of the things I truly enjoy about Gables Mirabella is the staff; they are all amazing, especially LaTrice in the front office. She is kind and sincere and made the whole move in process effortless. The maintenance crew (Woody and Victor) are extremely helpful and follow up with a work order in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to move in! 😊😊

I’ve lived here for a few years now and will continue to stay because the people here are great! Victor is very helpful and helps with any issues I have very quickly. He and Woody recently helped me jump my car because I didn’t have cables. They didn’t have to do that but it was very thoughtful when I wasn’t having a very good start to my day. I know the ladies in the office recently were promoted but they were also so sweet. Overall, perfect little place!

I am in the process of moving from another Gables property to either Gables Katy Trail or Gables Mirabella, and the management for both facilities made me feel at ease with the transfer. They are very professional and accommodating. They are friendly and communicate very well. Kudos to Michael and Megan at Katy Trail, John at Mirabella, and Jennifer, who I am informed manages three of the Gables properties. Highly recommended!

The apartments are very affordable and in an amazing location. The office staff is also VERY courteous and helpful. Since the building is a little old, there can be some minor maintenance issues, but the maintenance staff has been very quick and responsive any time I’ve submitted a request. I would highly recommend Gables Mirabella!

Im a realtor and have toured this property with clients before and I have to say the changes they have made over the last year or so have been a huge improvement. Toured a client recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff there was excellent and attentive, especially the dark curly haired lady (sorry I did not get her name). Great staff and apartment. Wish I had known about the volume of bars next door before moving in (I moved in during Covid while they were shut down). Every Sunday (all day until 2 am), Wednesday (9 pm- 2am), and Thursday (9pm- 2am) do not expect to fall asleep but instead listen to what song the bar next door is playing, everything the DJ is saying, the cheering of crowd if they like the song, and the fights that happen outside each bar. Probably wouldn’t have signed here if I knew the extent of the volume.

I don’t actually live in this place, but I would like to praise one outstanding staff here named “LaTrice Nervis”, the Assistant Community Manager. As a student with limited income, initially I applied to stay here, which has a higher monthly rate than where I am staying now. I mentioned to Ms. LaTrice about my situation, and she promptly provided assistance locating a lower one and also refunded my application fee. The most impressive aspect that I have for her is that she is super-attentive to each individual resident of the community by replying every single email and question. She will follow up your requests until it has been fully solved! The primary reason that I chose to stay in an apartment under Gables is the reputation this corporation has gained so far, and what Ms. LaTrice demonstrated regarding my issue during the past few weeks is just PERFECT & PHENOMENAL in align with my first impression of Gables Residential. I do really appreciated her help and I do think Gables just needs more employees like her! Thank you so much, Ms. LaTrice

This is a great apartment to live in! There are so many trees and flowers around that just make the building pop, especially in the nice part of Uptown. Im lucky to live with a lot of space and room, as well as having a quiet experience and not having to deal with any loud noises a lot. I also havent had any major issues yet, which is definitely a good sign! Overall - amazing.
