Awesome staff! Clean, quiet and I love the police patrolling our gated community for more safety. I love living in a place that is quiet and not trashy- it’s clean. Pay rent on time and keep it professional here and you will last as a tenant. Anything less won’t last. Tenants look out for each other (the ones that are close) and the neighborhood too. I wish we had assigned parking spaces due to sometimes others guest take up too many spaces. Summer time is fun and it’s a mixed neighborhood which I love! Again the manager Winston and Allen are awesome!!! New lady is also sorry forgot her name. Smile

I’ve lived here for over a year now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The amenities are amazing, from the pool to the gym. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any requests, and the office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean, and I love how quiet and peaceful it is, even though it’s so close to great shopping and restaurants. The units themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live

Happy New Years Eve, Im doing this review because this is as close as I can get to doing a survey for one of your leasing professionals.I want to say Allen Coleman has been the best leasing agent thus far, ever since I moved to this APT complex and its been a year now.Allen has always made the move-in process easy from the very first move-in and through my transfer process (into another unit). He is very knowledgeable and helpful.To whoever shall see this please give Allen a raise, a bonus, something! Because it’s well deserved. And nope this isn’t a fake review lol.I love this community, from the modern units, the food trucks, the amenities, the safe area. Thanks again Allen!

This is a really good place to live. Im glad to be living in this dog-friendly community. Moving in was a speedy process. The staff at Fox Bridge North quelled my anxiety as a first-time renter. I arrived to inquire about living here, and I ended up with the keys to a new apartment the next day! Theres a beautiful young lady by the name of Victoria who was especially helpful.

I lived at Fox Bridge during my internship in The Woodlands. Winston and his entire staff made me feel at home. There is easy access to the interstate and everything I needed was minutes away. The outside is clean and my apartment was perfect. I would recommend living at Fox Bridge and will be back again if Houston becomes my home after graduation.

Hello , I’ve been living here for almost a year . I will definitely be renewing . I never give reviews because i never care enough but i can say that Allen and Winston have been a great help to my finance and I. We respect them very much . And are at peace here . I’ve referred 2 friends to moving here and they love it. Again just showing our appreciation . 💜 Veronica is a sweetheart too ! Not to mention always answers phone . And are on top of concerns ! My car was stolen and they gave a free garage for a few months and supported me throughout the process .Definitely appreciate them

Fox Bridge North is the best apt complex Ive been at so far. The office staff is courteous and very helpful. Maintenance is amazing, the property is kept very clean and service requests are taken care of same day on most occasions. Ive been at over 30 apt complexes and by far this is the best one, cleanest, least amount of crime, and the staff overall is the best. I would definitely recommend living here. Its also in a great area with lots of shopping centers within a 2 mile radius and 100s of restaurants within a 5 mile radius as well. Everything you could want is nearby with easy quick access to I-99. The pool is a salt water pool so its easy on the skin and it is well kept. The pool water is always so clear and blue I love it. There are 5 grilling areas in total, a nice size gym with a yoga room, a playground for the kids, a volleyball court and a dog park. They also have a large sized chess area which I enjoy using myself. The inside of the apts are well kept as well being the property is only 3 years old. All LED lights inside, well designed floor plans and well insulated as the apts stay very cool even in the hottest summer days on 3rd floor. Couldnt ask for a better community.

I have lived here for 1year and I have decided to renew my contract and moved to another apartment in the complex . Within the year I have had nothing but an awesome experience. The office staff Veronica,Allen and community manager Winston are nothing short but amazing they are all very understanding of your situation and strive to help to the best of their ability they are also very aware of whats going on in and around the complex . And they work with you which is a huge plus. If you need a second chance cause sometimes people have situations they cant control come here they will help get you in a nice affordable apartment to fit your needs. I came in with challenged. Rental History again everyones situation is different but they were able to help me. I know if they helped me theyll be able to help anyone . Thanks fox bridge north I will be here a while lol .

I had the most pleasant experience while initiating my lease here. From the moment I contacted Michelle concerning the now leasing sign on the property to establishing my tour with Allen , everything was simply pleasant. Michelle went over every detail about the property and sent me a quote immediately. I had to reschedule my tour with Allen who was very accommodating. When I did arrive to the appointment, he took his time to show me the exact unit I would be leasing as well as other options on the property. What I loved most about this property is the large balconies and nice walk-in closets. I felt very comfortable and will be referring other friends and family to this property. I appreciate the patience, courtesy calls , and professionalism of the staff here.

I was the first tenant to live in my unit and wouldve absolutely stayed had I not had to relocate to Dallas, TX. Theres of course always cons and pros when living in an apartment... the walls are quite thin as my neighbor and I could literally hear each others conversation clearly at normal speaking tones via the dining and kitchen walls. I spent more time in my bedroom and solarium so it wasnt too big of an issue for me. I fell in love with the very spacious 1bdrm w/solarium layout and truly wish I couldve brought the entire unit with me to Dallas. I hope Bohannon considers new development in Dallas.. hint, hint. Let me wrap this up and express my appreciation for ALLEN! He was my leasing agent during move in and move out and has always been so helpful, knowledgeable, and such an absolutely pleasure throughout my entire stay at Fox Bridge and will truly be missed, in addition to the very skilled maintenance crew that stayed on top of every WO and always executed successfully in a timely manner. Fox Bridge North beats my expectations! its the best, love everything about this place. if its possible to give TEN STARS i will give it without looking back. The place is quiet, neat, spacious, enough parking spot for everyone! Good location, it is in the middle of everything walmart, gas stations, eateries, cinemax etc. The apartment is well lighted so you can take walks at anytime of the day. it is secure so you do not have to worry about been followed.The staffs are very friendly and ready to assist you. Allen was very nice showed us round and made sure he answered every question, he gave us every details needed from leasing to moving in!The apartments are pretty big depending on what size you are looking for. its a newer complex so everything works pretty fine. UPDATE: I want to keep my word and update my review. The complex has addressed when there has been crime, which I appreciate being informed about. There is also security patrol present as well. Again, nothing is going to be full proof, but these measures make me feel like the complex is being as proactive as they can be. Even with the petty few crime instances, I’ve never felt unsafe. If you’re looking in the area, I highly recommend.————————————————————Ive rented here for about 6 months, and Ive been meaning to leave a positive review and never got around to it. Unfortunately negative things happening will make you want to. First I will say this, if it werent for the one issue, I would honestly give 4-5 stars. The management and maintenance is extremely helpful and responsive, which is usually the number one problem people have with apartments. Theres plenty of parking, Nice pool/gym area, overall nice clean and up-kept facilities including the apartments themselves.BUT, this leads me to my issue. I picked FBN because there was no talk of theft with catalytic converters/tires in the reviews. I did a lot of research of the surrounding area and this came up a lot more in reviews for other complexes. So, I figured this place is my best bet, but Im well aware this stuff happens everywhere and it could still very well happen. And unfortunately it did happen. Catalytic converter got stolen a few months ago, no cameras in the complex, nothing they could do to help. Since then, I have seen more incidents happening with vehicles getting their tires stolen, and Im sure converters as well (cant see those). My issue is there obviously is an increasing problem as the complex is becoming more of a target, but nothings being done about it. I know nothing is full-proof going to make sure it never happens again. But it would be nice if the complex addressed the problem and tried to take some kind of precaution. A gate does nothing even if its closed, all someone would need to do is wait for it to open.Overall, I would say I made the right decision because I do think this is one of the best apartments in the area. But they need to address the problem sooner than later before this becomes just like the rest of them. If I see any changes with security, I would love to change my star rating.

After my daughter signed her lease, my parents decided that they wanted to move to the area and I took them straight to Fox Bridge and they will be moving in mid March.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Since the first time I toured the property Allen was very nice he was patient with all the questions I had and explained all the amenities the property has ! Ive been living here for a month and I love it. The complex is beautiful and the staff are amazingly nice and responsive!A few other reasons I love living here are:- Close proximity to highway 99 and a huge shopping center thats about five minutes away.- Very low noise- Spacious apartments. Im currently in a 1bd/1bth and it has way more space than I can actually utilize.- Instant-on community. The internet is already turned on when you move in. There is no need to call and set up any appointments. You just have to follow the instructions provided to set up an account with the internet service provider.

We lived in this place for approximately 2 years and the experience was lovely for both me and my family. I have 2 children and for them living in this place was a great experience, we loved the apartments layout and comfort, in addition to being beautiful; The pool is very large, as is the gym and the entire common area, the children have fun in the afternoons and there is a nice family atmosphere, the children can play without a problem, the truth is I felt very calm and safe here. I highly recommend this community, the people in the office are very friendly and answer all your questions, as do the people in charge of maintenance... I moved from there only because we moved to a house, since we had a dog. As my daughter says, we leave many memories in our hearts of this beautiful place. Thank you very much Fox bridge for hosting us during that time.

I have lived here 3 years since the apartments opened, the truth is it has been my best experience in apartments that I have had, the staff is very friendly, the repairs that I have needed have been resolved immediately, my children and my relatives who live here are very happy , many thanks to Winston, I recommend moving here if you have small children as there is a very nice environment for your children.
