    Spent the first part of the year looking for a new home. Spent countless hours going to countless apartments and Ileana made me realize this is home. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and honestly fun! The best tour I’ve been on, it really felt like I was with an old friend searching for my next place. If you are looking for a new place I highly recommend visiting Foundry on 19th and touring with Ileana! Literally the best!

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Foundry at 19th, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the apartment community and the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ileana. She made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything available for my move in date, but she went above and beyond in answering all my questions, providing thorough information, and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the tour. If youre considering making Foundry at 19th your next home, I highly recommend reaching out to Ileana!

    The staff here is amazing! I walked in for a tour without an appointment, and they were happy to accommodate me. Although they didn’t have availability for my timeframe, I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for the future. Dina was fantastic and even gave me recommendations for things to do in the area.

    I have been living her for over a year. They have the most professional staff of any complex I have lived in before. The maintenance staff is also very professional and friendly. So are the people that live here quite frankly as well.

    Ileana, Dena, Matt, Dameon and Cecile have been a great addition to the staff here. All of them are responsive, responsible and enjoyable to work with. I am not pleased with the company taking away our pin/keypad access. That is very frustrating. After living here for multiple years, I have grown accustom to not needing anything but that to access the building. My worry is that I will go outside late at night to walk my dog and not be able to get back in the building. I would also like to see the hallway carpet and walls in better shape consistently.

    I just moved into the Foundry and I really appreciated the office teams help when doing so. Before moving in, I was shown round twice by Ileana - who didnt mind me peppering her with loads of questions about everything to do with the property and area. She was complimentary on all whilst being realistic and honest, and after I had signed my lease, continued to help as I set everything up for move in. It has been a very nice experience so far

    Can someone tell me why Ileana is literally THE BEST?! I honestly dont know what her title is, but she manages that place like a boss. The building is not perfect, but shes such a bright spot, because whenever theres an issue needing fixing, shes on it, with a smile. Always helps when staff is friendly.

    Cecil and Damian are genuine hard working guys making the foundry a reputable place to live. Cecil goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like they are treated with the utmost respect. Every time we ever have any issues, Cecil is there to lend a helping hand. Can’t thank them enough and if you’re contemplating on moving here, you can’t beat the service!

    I have lived in this apartment for two years, and although there are a decent amount of issues with the building (The fire alarm goes off all of the time, and at the worst hours) at least the maintenance team is always diligent and available. My AC went out on a Saturday at 2am I called, and 30 mins later Cecil from maintenance came over, he said he could not get it fixed then but hed get it done the following Monday. He got me a temporary AC unit and just like he said he got in touch with me Monday morning, said he was working on getting it fixed and he got it fixed. Very good staff overall.

    I’ve honestly loved my experience living here! The location is top tier & I personally haven’t had any packages stolen (even when I had to leave a lot of them at my front door over a few nights). The exterior-facing garage gate being broken down for awhile obviously isn’t ideal but as residents, we can park behind the second gate or in the below ground level garage, so it hasn’t really been a HUGE issue for me. I do want to speak to what other reviewers have mentioned and say that the elevator does break down every so often but they have multiple building elevators + it’s usually fixed within a day or two, so the regular apartment tings don’t bother me too badly TBH. The natural light, amazing area + the general appliances & amenities are lovely so overall i’m very happy and have renewed my lease. :) The only con for me besides the other usual apartment annoyances is the price, but they usually do run some solid deals — even for renewals!

    I moved in recently and so far I’ve gotta say that I’ve really appreciated the supportiveness of the front office staff, as well as the crews that maintain the facility. Everyone is prompt, fair, knowledgeable, approachable and accommodating in difficult situations.I’ve read the negative reviews and so far have not noticed the issues raised on this review thread, nor seen shortcomings in management. This reflects to me what could perhaps be a steady progression of the team to address those issues and grow.I look forward to being a long-time resident here and enjoying the vibrant community. And I continue to enjoy the fresh, bright styling of this apartment.

    Damian, Ileana, and Tameka are incredible!!!!I have lived at the Foundry since June 2023, and I have really appreciated the staff throughout my time here. Any time I have emailed the leasing office, with a question or brief concern, they are very prompt and helpful in their responses.Specifically, Tameka and Ileana, have been incredibly helpful. I had a pipe burst after the freeze (completely out of the complexs/staffs control), and they were on it immediately. Both of them are extremely kind and sincere when helping me out. They treat all residents with the upmost respect and kindness, and it does not go unnoticed.When I emailed them about this issue, they sent up our onsite maintenance guy, Damian, within the hour. Damian did a fabulous job addressing the issue in a very prompt timeframe. He worked quickly to help resolve this issue. He took matters into his own hands, and made me feel like this issue with my pipe was important to him.Damian got contractors into my apartment in under 24 hours, and kept me aware of their timeframe and plans to fix my pipe issue. In under 48 hours, my entire issue was resolved, with fixed pipes, new sheetrock and paint.At first, I thought this problem would be a nightmare to resolve, but with Damian, it was resolved with ease, and my stress was diminished.Damian, Ileana, and Tameka have personally made my experience at the Foundry great. They are truly on top of our residents needs.I am very happy with my experience here at the Foundry on 19th.

    I have had very few issues (all of which are typical of any apartment building) and maintenance is always very fast to respond. Last month, my HVAC went out and the maintenance team showed up 3 hours after I submitted the request for repair and it was fixed 20 minutes later. The office staff is also very friendly, welcomes everybody with a smile, and is fast to respond to any requests I have had. The gym is clean, the pool area is well maintained. Its a good spot.

    This review is specifically for Damian from maintenance. He has been incredible! We have had to call maintenance multiple times and he always shows up on a timely manner with a positive attitude and fixes the issue! Apartment complexes need more guys like him!

    I have been living at foundry on 19th for about 3 months now and have loved my experience so far! I initially toured with Tamekia and she was so helpful in answering all my questions as well as being super communicative through my application process! Since living here I can say the management team is amazing and maintence is always done in a timely manner! As an apartment locator I always recommend this property to clients if they’re looking in the heights!

    I love this property. My friend who lives there invited me to a few of their events. I had a chance to meet all of the staff of the Foundry. The young lady named Jill took the time to show me around the property during the event. I wish the management of my previous property is as professional and helpful as Jill was. If I hadn’t already signed a new lease elsewhere. I would’ve definitely signed one there.

    The staff Is great, with the hard times we have, they have worked hard to help out the best they can. Talked with Cesial and he was very informative and working hard around the clock to help the residents at foundry on 19th, to provide the best they can do for all the residents that are going through the tough times due to the storm.

    I have had the best experience from the first time visiting Foundry. The office staff is amazing!! The leasing process and move in was the best Ive experienced with the many apartments I have lived in.The fully equipped fitness and pool is my favorite. I was able to cancel my gym membership which is a plus.I love my new place and the location is within walking distance to eateries and activities in the area.

    Owning a business directly across the street from Foundry on 19th (First Saturday Arts Market), I was more than curious about this new neighbor. I got to deal directly with the building supervisors the marketing team and finally the leasing staff. Everyone has been cordial and easy to work/communicate with. I jumped at the chance to check out the interiors - and wow! I’m impressed. The finishes to the resident amenities are top notch. They even have original artwork, nice touch! I anticipate many new and fabulous neighbors now, that appreciate the finer things in life including living on one of the coolest streets in Houston!

    My original one-star post below was due to a rash of brazen thefts during the first few months after I moved in. I havent seen that in months, so Im updating my review. The place is otherwise fine. Location is top notch--walkable to restaurants and some retail and convenient to 610. Layouts are good. Amenities are fine. My main annoyance now is that theres a fresh air system that makes noise like an air conditioner but cant be shut off.Original Post: Been here 3 months. Im tired of walking out of the elevator to see residents cars on blocks with the wheels stolen.

    Location is great and apartment is too. I havent had any issues in regards to my apartment or neighbors. It’s truly a matter of luck.Regarding the Fetch delivery services, I never signed up because I heard horrible stories from multiple people in other apartments. Not sure why they still push for this?I will say my only complaint is that the elevator stops working at LEAST once a month. It is SO annoying. The garage gate also consistently stops working.We had a resident get his 4 wheels stolen 😳 Not sure how in the world that even happened if the garage is gated.If you’re ok with taking the stairs sometimes or walking to the other elevator which they take forever anyway, go for it. But also, rent is WILD now.Anyway, good luck if you’re thinking about joining.P.S: Previous staff was SOOOO sweet and nice. They are missed. Current staff is nice too. But I certainly have not heard nice things about the new manager.Bye! ✌🏼

    Absolutely beautiful property topped with the most amazing staff! Maritza and Robert were extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect home here. They made me feel welcomed and like I just wasnt another person trying to find a new home. My original plans fell through and I was in a time crunch to find a new home- they had me approved and with keys in my hand in less than 24 hours. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations.My new home is FLAWLESS! The finishes, open floor plan, and bright natural lighting all throughout is what sold me. To top it off- the gym, and pool are top of the line and it is a brand new community. I could not be any happier with choosing Foundry on 19th! I highly recommend checking it out!

    I’ve been living here for about 4 months and I love it. The leasing staff is amazing! So friendly , so kind, so thoughtful. They also have great coffee in the office lol. I love living here because it has allowed me to have new experiences that I may have not had in any other community in houston through the resident programs. I have made some great friends, it has made moving across the country worth it. My apartment is dope, my friends are always asking to use my shower lol, beautiful amenities, and the maintenance staff are also top notch. Just a great group of people, great community.

    I recently toured the Foundry on 19th and absolutely loved everything about it! The leasing staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hunter did an excellent job during my tour! The amenities were top notch as well. I was drawn to the Foundry because of the location. It’s close to HEB as well as lots of restaurants and bars in the Heights area. Would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends!

    My experience at foundry has been pleasant. I have to brag the ( Community Manager Jill ) went above and beyond making sure living at foundry on 19th St. was the most pleasant experience as possible. Jill Generally cares about the residence at foundry on 19th St. I also noticed she takes pride within the community to make it the best home as possible for everyone.     Loved this apartment complex! I came to visit a friend and it made me want to move in with her! The rooms were nice and cozy and is a perfect size for her and her boyfriend. I loved the outdoor pool area, it’s a great feature to the complex.
