Love this place! Ive been here a while. The apartments are spacious with beautiful finishes & the amenities are awesome. I love the location, and I can comfortably say that I feel safe. There are courtesy officers as well as 24 hour surveillance. The new management company is off to an amazing start and are sparing no expense to enhance the property. Cosmetic upgrades, pool maintenance, new gym equipment, with a outstanding office staff as cherry on top. They have went above and beyond to accommodate me. I cannot wait to watch this property grow and soar under this new management!!! A special shout out to Mercedes, Kenneth, and the apartment manager Jessica. As well as the ever so reliable maintenance manager Alejandro. They have all made my stay more than welcoming.

I’ve been living here since the beginning of the month and came here blindly from hawaii. I’m so happy I picked this place I feel genuinely safe and cared for by the staff. The leasing agent Liz is the main reason I chose to move here over other places I was considering she is the sweetest and most thoughtful person and tries her best to take care of the residents. Maintenance is very fast with requests and I never hear any neighbors. Excited to continue living here.

Looks like a nice complex, and a nightclub building used to be on this property. It was named (in chronological order) Randys, Ciao, and Surfside Sallys, and they all closed down eventually. Ciao was my old stomping grounds back in my partying days, and Ill always cherish the good memories from my times there. The building was later torn down and this new complex was built over this lot. As they say, nothing lasts forever.

There’s new owners and they’re doing well soPros: Beautiful inside with upgraded appliances. Maintenance has been timely with requests so far. Close to a lot of essential places (grocery, gym). Garage parking is always a plus it’s just a weird design.Cons: Car break in’s used to happen very frequently but they’ve installed cameras so we’ll see. They’re painting the building a very tacky color which I feel devalues the place… I wouldn’t be surprised if they put leasing balloons outside.
