Finding an apartment for our daughter in Dallas was a much bigger task than we had anticipated. There were too many choices and variables to consider. Knowing very little about Dallas, we quickly felt overwhelmed. Enter Michael Miller with Flat&Loft. Problems solved. Michael conversed with our daughter, finding out what her main desires were as well as her budget. He quickly sent her neighborhoods, complexes and floor plans that would fit the bill. Michael can handle setting up the appointments and when you sign your lease, the apartment complex pays him a finders fee. He is a graduate of Baylor University, a licensed Realtor and a really nice guy. Highly recommend and 10/10 would use his services again.
