Apartment hunting in a big city can be a daunting task, whether youre moving out-of-town, relocating out-of-state, or simply just narrowing your search for a new location that fits your financial and physical criteria. Stuart was recced to me by a friend. Within 24 hours of my roommate and I calling him, he promptly gathered a beautiful PDF viewing of 9 apartments, taking into account our combined budget, individual priorities considering rent, location, and lifestyles. He juggled our varied personalities and availability to help us view apartments, even offering to go see apartments for us and videocall us on the phone. He was always available to chat by text, email, and call. He could also help us with his connections and industry wisdom, showing me how to find the cheapest electricity and pre-screening our options to only show us the best apartment complexes.
