    Me and my husband have lived here for two years, we really enjoy the place and our maintenance man, Mark, did such a great job at replacing our blinds and repairing our lock. There was a slight issue with my car being broken into a few months back but it was quickly resolved. My only complaint would be the other tenants not picking up after their dogs, it’s like a minefield out there!

    I’ve been a resident here for going on 3 months. The office staff Nicki and Xiomara were very professional and helpful. They made the application process and move in very easy. The community is very clean and well taken care of. Amenities are great, maintenance is very quick with a work orders and issues that I have requested. Fifty02 is located in a great location, very close to 1604 and plenty of shopping areas. Definitely recommend this propertyThe Gym Room And Pool Are very Well taken care of Great environment for families overall a great and safe place to live very quiet and peaceful, and also pet friendly I will be renewing when my lease when it is up.

    So far everything has been good here. Its quiet around my building and clean in my hallway. The things that bother me about this complex is the insane amount of dog poop everywhere, the insane lack of parking which as a nightshift worker makes sense but its bad here I am usually walking across complex to get to my apartment, also building themselves need to be fixed. The foundation is bad in my building which makes the doors hard to close or not close at all. The flooring in the unit is all spongey due to bad foundation. And lastly, I am still finding defects everywhere from the previous tenet or the bad patch work the maintenance team did before I moved in. The floors have chips, paint spots, and scratches everywhere. That also goes to all the baseboards and door frame areas.overall I do like living here but cant see myself staying longer than my initial contract.

    Great place, can’t beat the price compared to others in the area. Very clean, quiet and extremely convenient place. Great amenities and maintenance is on top of everything. Front office is extremely helpful and very understanding about everything and they’ll do everything do ensure you’re happy.The only downside is the parking issue. It’s impossible to find a parking spot late at night near your building because somebody decided to invite people over on a Monday and you got cars that don’t even belong to residents taking up all spots causing an inconvenience. I once had to park and sleep till 3am in my car at a covered parking spot because there was no spots left and I was afraid I’d get towed. There should be something done about this but I’m afraid it wouldn’t really solve anything due to residents having more than one vehicle and I’m sure they wanna keep residents happy.Everything else is great and I plan on renewing my lease here.

    Now that me and my family are all settled in I can happily say me and my family are loving it ! The apartments are so nice and accommodating . My building is very quiet and clean , friendly neighbors , and the gym and pool is a huge plus . Xiomara and the leasing office made the whole application process a breeze and they’ve made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend Fifty02 apartments . 10 out of 10 .

    I have lived at this community a few years and wanted to take time to shed light on the incredible interaction that I had with Mark Hernandez one of the current community staff works. I’ve seen a few rotations in the on site maintenance help since living here and Mark has been the most knowledgeable by far! He was polite, efficient and took his time with the work order request to make sure ALL possibilities were explored. He helped with my main concern, then went above and beyond extending himself further when noticing minor immediate fixes he could address. I’ve had less done and more time wasted versus the efficiency Mark was able to deliver in such a short time span! Keep up the outstanding work sir!

    Best first apartment ever! I spent two years here and loved it. The front office has always been helpful wether it was old management or new management they’ve always helped me out. Maintenance team is friendly and work everything with a quickness. I would’ve definitely stayed but I wanted a change of scenery but I definitely will miss it here.

    Took a tour today; been thinking of moving back to San Antonio as I left 11/2020. The office personnel was friendly and Laura helped me.It was rather chilly for me to tour the model but just from seeing the office and the friendliness of the staff and which this is who I’ll be dealing with during my time I love there, if I choose to. But unfortunately my move may not be till 6months from now. I do highly recommend. They have a new manager too, and he was very pleasant to speak with as well.

    Ive never had any REAL issues with living in this community. Staff has always been prompt and so has maintenance. Ive been here since the apartments were first built and I dont see any reason to leave. Valet trash comes on specific days Sun - Thurs which is great. When I have any complaints, staff is available. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly and accommodating. I have recommended these apartments to several friends and they now stay here and they love it.We even get food trucks at times and leasing staff try and get the community involved with activities as well as holiday preparations.

    Ive lived here over two years and enjoy the property. The maintenance staff is very attentive and always does a thorough job when things need to be fixed. They are super helpful.The pool is well maintained. The gym is good for a quick workout, but I would always love more gym equipment.And in the true meaning of reviews... the bad stuff. The complex itself is actually very new, but unfortunately was built poorly. The walls are extremely thin as well as the floors. The buildings are shifting a great deal and you end up with cracks throughout the apartment. Even the hardwood which is laminate is bunched creating air pockets. Thankfully I have amazing neighbors!Issues that are likely with any and every apartment complex. I still like my space and the people around me. :)

    We moved here in the beginning of July and living here has been the BEST experience. Maintenance is quick and efficient, the front desk staff is amazing and our home and the amenities are beautiful!!! We have not experienced any issues since living here, there are no parking issues and everyone within the community are very nice and welcoming. We love coming home very single day and living in this complex. Thank you Kaley Stewart for being an amazing front desk manager, she always tends to us in such a quick manner!! You are always so welcoming and patient. Keep up the great work to all of the front desk staff!!

I know personally that his job is a thankless job but I wanted you all to know he does superb work. He has great attention to detail and just a very pleasant person. Please Thank him for me.Xiomara I met when I received my keys and she was very welcoming.Justin I’ve met a couple times in the office and just is so bubbly.My last encounter was Caleb and truly you have a gem there. He was very pleasant when I asked about breaking my lease and made me feel comfortable even though I didn’t want to hear the answer. He was calm and pleasant to talk to and very professional with what he does. Customer service is also a thankless job and he nailed it.A huge kudos to you complex in itself, it looks very welcoming and if I ever moved back to San Antonio again, I would look you all up again for the (3rd time).I truly wish you all good luck in doing additional make overs of this place.Suggestions for you though, if you want more people to stop by, you should update your garage doors with a make over of a paint job. That is the only downside of this complex I see. A nice paint job would do the work.Again, thank you for a wonderful staff that I had encountered during my stay. Keep up the great work.

    From the moment I called inquiring about the apartments Xiomara went out of her way to assist me and showed me the unit I was interested in. Providing me with excellent service I immediately leased and have no regrets living in this beautiful property. Everytime I visit the office I am greeted by Nicole who also provides me with excellent customer service. Thank you Fifty02!!!

    The management office staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant move all the way from New York. Caleb made sure to call me and confirm with me that everything was good to go. This gave me piece of mind. And Kayla was my amazing internet representative who walked me over every step and made it a super quick and easy process. Always very friendly and accommodating!

    Hi I just started renting at this place and it’s amazing , the service and patience they have for the costumers is awesome they were a big help to my family and I ,And do not regret choosing these apartments to live in , they are very understanding and we’re very fast on applications we were able to move in two days after ! It’s also an awesome place for dogs to play in with enough space to run ,also filled with very friendly neighbors ! the apartments were really clean at our arrival , shout out to ms. Kaley Stewart she was great at her job definitely recommend !

    I moved here when it first opened and was Aura at Westover Hills(previous management). Everything was brand new. I had no issues or complaints. My neighbors were quiet. The pool was lovely and the grounds well groomed. The only issue I heard of indirectly was people not picking up after pets however I dont recall seeing messes around the common areas. Towards the end of my lease, someone moved above me on the third floor and was a heavy walker thus I could hear them above me. I never called the front office because my lease was almost over. If I ever move back to Texas I would more than likely move back there as it is clean, safe and quiet.

    I was delivering Amazon groceries to apartment and my car wouldn’t start. Mark Hernandez an employee there went out his way to help. Thanks to him we got my car started so I could finish delivering. Thank GOD for nice people like him who goes above and beyond to help.

    I absolutely loved this apartment complex!!! I lived here for a little over a year! The staff is wonderful and the apartments are beautiful. The gym and the pool were my favorite! Anytime anything needed attention it was fixed right away. The staff was great with resident events. They were always so much fun. If i hadn’t bought a house I’d still be living here !! :) Thank you fifty02 for making my first year living in SA wonderful 💕

    I’ve been living here for 2 years and I just love the community and staff. The apartments are so clean and quiet. The neighbors are warm and welcoming. The office staff are very sweet and helpful! I love how close they are with the residence. If you are looking for apartments in this area, then Fifty02 is definitely a great place to call your home.

    The maintenance team has been a bit overloaded and orders have been processed slower than normal. Despite all of the errors with recent work orders once I was able to get in contact with the manager I was able to be reimbursed for my inconveniences and the work orders were expedited accordingly. Although times were a bit inconvenient, it was nice that once things started getting moving they made me feel like the cared about those issues.Valet Trash is inconsistent with their timings and I noticed that some tenants will miss trash day even if theyre in the designated time frame.The location here is super convenient with access to Alamo Ranch, 151, and 1604.

    Spoke to the leasing agent Caleb as well as the manager Justin. Both were phenomenal. Caleb made sure to acknowledge that we were waiting and let us know he would be with us shortly several times while assisting a resident. Justin assisted us as soon as we walked in while we were waiting to speak with Caleb. Both very personable and very helpful.

    I lived at Aura last year and partially this year, and as I’m seeking new apartments I rely on reviews so I thought it would be good to give back.I moved into a brand new apartment, and the price and appliances/look was a great value. Marcus was also of great assistance.Some opportunities the complex has:-Thin walls (I could hear my neighbors alarm every morning)-Club house access (it’s only open during office hours) but you sometimes need to use the computer and print before or after.They offer as an amenity and should be available 24hrs with plenty of coffee ;)-I experienced some damage on my walls (die to settling of apartment) which they fixed right away (good maintenance team)-not enough parking

    Fifty02 Feels Like home the minute you walk through the doors, youre immediately greeted with warm kind beautiful faces so eager to help. The patience and kindness these girls give everyone is unbelievable. They truly know how to provide the best customer service. In all honesty if any of these ladies Laura, Kaley or Eliza were ever having a bad day you would never know it.Thats how helpful and professional they are.They truly worked with is and made us feel so welcome. Emotionally we were saddened by having to downgrade the size of our current apartment due to price increase. They were so accommodating and understanding, and they assisted us until we found the unit that fit our needs. Matienece is quick and easy to request and very friendly. I dont know what else I can say other then Im just so greatful we chose fifty 02 as our place to call home. I can see us staying here until we can purchase our home.

    I move in May 11th, but the experience so far with getting information about the apartment has been good. Kelly is extremely friendly and very helpful! I will say they have strict policy’s in terms of their lease, and sounds like they would be quick to fine their tenants. I’m currently in California and my lease is not that strict... Ex. If you’re a day late on your rent you could receive at least a $100 penalty. The positive is that you get the a lot of sqft for the price!

    Took a tour on 02/03 was welcomed when my apartment locator and I walked in, we were allowed to tour the unit at our own pace and than we were taken to tour the amenities. Didn’t feel rushed at all signed my lease the next couple days. All and any questions I had were answered promptly. So far so good.

    Resident here at 5002 from since May of 2023.I call office to report an issue regarding the kitchen outlet,Mark Hernandez came in one day after the report was file and got the issue solved. He also fix the icemaker while he was there.Thanks, keep up the good and fast service!!

    This is, undoubtedly, an amazing place to live. To start, the layout and appearance of the units are beautiful. All the living room floors have wood floor, the appliances are up to date. They have inductions stoves, granite countertops, great lighting, as well as stainless steel fridges and sinks.And really, the property as a whole looks amazing. Plenty of grass, beautiful pool and well designed fitness center.But lets talk about what makes or breaks a property. That is the staff and management. Since coming in, I just had a really good vibe from the staff. Yes, they are very professional. In fact more so than that of any other place Ive checked. But theyre also just real and down to Earth. Theyre not there to just sell you on a unit, and they certainly dont pressure you. They are just cool people to have a normal and human conversation with.And if you need any work orders or accommodations, THEY WORK FAST. Stuff youd think would take a week, for them, just takes minutes or few hours.My advice: If you are looking to move to a place that has a great look and feel to it, and has amazing staff, give this place a look.

    I have been at Fifty02 a year and a half. I may be the oldest resident but I am quite satisfied. It is close to the shops and yet, it is quiet and safe. Once COVID is over, we will again have resident gatherings that are always enjoyable. Since I am not that technically savvy, I have to call on the staff occasionally. They have always been courteous, respectful and helpful. No one bothers me, but everyone is cordial. Great place for all ages.

    The move in process was even during the rough COVID times very uncomplicated. Laura is absolutely great and took care of every issue I had with the apartment. The apartments are in good conditions and the price is fair!4/5 because of the noise level. AC unites are next to the bedroom windows, noisy! And incredible loud dogs in the apartment upstairs (may not apply to other units)

    I unfortunately did not end up becoming a resident at fifty02 (due to time constraints.) I would like to just mention that Kaley is absolutely awesome! Extremely professional as well as knowledgeable and she sticks to her word. While searching for an Apt (last minute) she suggested that I give it about a week because there was a possibility that there would be a price drop. Low & behold, there was! About $100 difference and she did as she said that she would... she left me a voice mail as well as an email! Hands down one of the best leasing agents that I’ve encountered 😊

    We love the open concept floor plan. The layout of the spacious kitchen makes cooking so much easier, with plenty of prep space and conveniently located appliances. All of this, combined with an amazing fitness center, spa-like pool, valet trash, and professional leasing and maintenance teams, makes this community one of the premiere complexes in San Antonio.

    I went to Fifty02 earlier this week to take a tour and it was just an amazing experience just as I walked into the office it was so warm and welcoming, it also smelt like my childhood home! Everyone was soo nice, but the women Kaley and Laura just went above and beyond for my whole tour, they made me feel as I would fit right in to the community, and were so understanding to showing me multiple plans to see it fit perfectly for my vision for my children, thank y’all soo much!

    The pool/grilling area is excellent. If one can hit the gym at the right time, it can be empty and fantastic! Other than the few people who refuse to pick up after their dogs, most pet owners here are considerate. We havent had many problems with noise, and our neighbors are friendly!

    Been here two years and I love it! Friendly people here. Really quite here majority of the time which I love! If only people could actually pick up after there dogs bc other people step on it nor can my kids play outside without stepping on it or it being within inches from them. Oh and watch your kids when crossing bc some people dont slow down.

    Fifty 02 has been one of the apartment complexes in which we have truly felt at home, in these two years of living together we have had the best experiences even though the complex has changed the address on two occasions, Justin and Xiomara have demonstrated their professionalism on each of the occasions in which we have had the need to negotiate or correct some detail, and I did not want to overlook the opportunity to thank them for the efficient and fast way in which they They have solved our concerns, as a complex it is very quiet and in our building we have had the opportunity to meet very sociable neighbors, the conditions inside the apartment as well as the distribution is excellent, floor plan 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms 1110 sq feet, yes If I had the opportunity, I would continue choosing Fifty 02 as my home as long as I needed it, I recommend it 100%.

    FIFTY 02 IS ONE OF THE PLACES WE HAVE HAD TO LIVE IN WHICH WE HAVE FELT BEST AS TENANTS, WE LOVE THE DESIGN OF THE APARTMENTS AS WELL AS THE TRANQUILITY THAT CHARACTERIZES IT, THE ATTENTION BY THE REPRESENTATIVES IN THE CLUBHOUSE HAS BEEN ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL ESPECIALLY FOR PART OF MISS XIOMARA ENCARNACION AND MR. CALEB HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WILLING TO HELP US WHEN WE NEED IT WITH A LOT OF PROFESSIONALISM AND GIVING SOLUTIONS TO EACH OF THE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE PRESENTED US. IF I HAD TO RECOMMEND AN APARTMENT TO LIVE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FIFTY 02.
