Ive been living in the Falling Water Apartments for almost 6 months now. The staff is amazing. The front office staff is polite and very helpful and the maintenance staff are excellent. They have finished any fixes Ive needed same day. The facilities are well kept and the community is usually pretty quiet. The all bills paid was a huge selling point and makes everything very convenient. I looked at several other apartments in Lufkin before my walk-through here. The value of Falling Waters cant be beat.

We have been here for a year now, and i still love it. The interiors are nice, and neutral enough to decorate anyway you want. They are very pet friendly, even to my boxer/pit mix who most apartments wouldnt give a chance, and even gave him a Christmas present! The management is very involved, Ive had to make a couple complaints, as with any apartment, but things were taken care of the very next day and they checked in afterwards to make sure it got done right! The fact that its all bills paid is just icing!:)

Ive absolutely loved my time at Falling Water Apartments living here has been a huge blessing to me and my husband. These apartments are all bills paid. The maintenance guys always respond very quickly to any issue you may have. The rooms in the apartments are very large which allows for storage. The apartment complex is located right off of Denmen so its in a great location right in the heart of Lufkin,Texas. And also I really appreciate our management their kind and take any issue or problem you may have seriously.

The property is pretty dated, the sidewalks are cracked and overgrown with grass. Parking lot asphalt is falling apart. Limited car parking. All bills paid with basic cable. The internet comes in and out. They have vinyl flooring that looks like wood. The management staff is friendly. I visited my friend there are several times.

The staff are very nice and helpful and always quick to response to any incident that may happen. Happy with my apartment, the only down side is how tight the parking is on the 500 building. Happy to call it home for now.

Management here is very friendly and maintenence responds to any issue very quickly. These apartment are very well priced with all bills included, including free cable and internet.

Tailore was exceptional! We rented the apartment because of her professionalism and candor! This is an older apartment but clean with very nice people living here!

The service here is always on point and timely. The staff works with you not against you. All bills paid you get everything you need. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a place to get a roof over their head.

Really nice place been here for 9 months and I still love it if you need any help the people at the office are very sweet and willing to help very nice apartment even if I live facing the street the noise from out side cant be really heard from inside so its easy to sleep if you sleep in the day and work during the night

Great new management that cares about its tenants and the apartments themselves. Making great renovations and they really listen to you when you have an issue, great place to live.
