I have been here a year now and will be staying another year. These apartments are great for first time renters. Management is very nice and always responds in a timely manner. Quiet gated community. Lawns, pest control, trash and maintenance requests are always taken care of. They truly care about their residents here. Highly recommend.

The Fairway Square apartments are reasonably priced and super nice! All of the staff at the leasing office are very helpful and attentive when there is questions or maintenance needs. The property is well taken care of inside apartments and out. I definitely recommend these apartments as they’re in a good area as well!

Ive lived here for a decade, this place has always been good to us. The most recent group of managers has been especially helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. A good, safe community, with decent amenities and friendly staff.

I hae lived here for almost 9 years. Yes there are rules. Yes there are changes; but that comes with renting. Management here is still very communicative. Emails about changes, problems & monthly calenders are sent as timely as possible.As long as I keep my line of communication open so does Management. Honestly, I may not like some of the changes, but it is very important they remain fair to all residents.I am extremely satisfied with living here. Based on my monthly SS this complex is quite affordable.The pool is cleaned weekly & the grounds are kept in pristine condition.Lastly, I feel safe. I can not remember the last time I have heard or seen any law enforcement here.

Love the management team at this property. Debra Warren is the hardest working Property Manager, super efficient, friendly, hard working. Danielle Tucker is an excellent Leasing agent. Both work to solve any issues on the property that arise. They have cleaned up the property from previous owners. There are always problems on any property, but the management team works to solve any issues that arise as quickly and effiently as possible. KUDOS Debra and Danielle.

Lived here for a year. It was always quiet, no noisy neighbors. Loved the cows and field behind the apartment instead of buildings. Always plenty of parking spaces. Close to a lot of grocery stores. The only thing I didnt like was there was no washer and dryer connection in the apartment so you couldnt have a washer and dryer even if you wanted and you had to pay to use the ones they have and sometimes people leave really nasty stuff in them, so I didnt want to use those.Edit to my original review: When my lease was up and I moved, they actually mailed me my deposit to my new address :)

Ive lived here for at least 3 years in total. In and out. But the staff is great. Theyre more than friendly, theyre actually friends. The elderly residents spend their days playing poker in the club house, and the owners are more than happy to let them play all day. Weve never once been charged for repairs to utilities or drywall. The ceiling came down when the upstairs washing machine dumped into the floor. A week later you couldnt tell anything ever happened. Were under new ownership now. No racists here

I have been here a few months since moving in and I like this apartment complex a lot. It is pretty quiet and most of the neighbors are very friendly. The service crew fixes and responds to issues pretty quickly. The property manager is very friendly and helpful as well.

I am in my third year. In the first I was broke into and was told that I was the first ever. The second was the big freeze that all of us felt. Have had three different people above me and all walk really heavy. You talk to them and they don’t care. All maintenance has been taken care of in no time at all. Overall it’s been okay to live.

The best Apartments I’ve ever stayed at got Walmart close by Kroger close by H-E-B close by right in the center of town Under new management and she takes care of care of everybody this is like a big old family !!!!!!!!!!!

Nice place to live are nice people they have new oweners from somewhere eles, the staff Mike & Don and the rest of the staff is nice also no races are mean staff just good nice people here these apartments are the best ones to live in all ages live here not just old people they do what they can to make us all feel at home & happy they have someone fixing ever aparment to make it a better place to live they do fix what needs to be fix it takes time they doing their best to fix all apartments up to look better to live in we all make new friends here everyone trying to get along we have to make it safe around us, try it you might love it here.
