    Like any apartment, this one has some bad sides, but its important to be fair when talking about them and also mention the good things. I just moved into this apartment. Its very clean and nice, and there have been about 3-4 events in just one month. They are not the kind of leasing office that ignores residents and never communicates. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, and they are there whenever you need something.I want to mention one person: VALENCIA. She helped me a lot from the day I visited until I moved in. She answered all my questions and made the moving process very smooth.However, I also need to talk about some bad experiences. Unfortunately, when i moved in the home was very dirty and the previous tenant left the apartment in poor condition. When I moved in, I found a lot of dead cockroaches and nests. But thanks to pest control, I don’t have a bug problem anymore. The office helped with this too. Other than the bug issue, I haven’t had any problems with the apartment. If I do, will update .

    The staff and the maintenance crew do such an awesome job with getting work orders completed the cleaners do a great job as well I love living here and it’s no type of bug infestation if u are looking for a place to stay take that into consideration and this is an honest review plus you are directly located by food places coffee shops bars and downtown Dallas . Definitely renewing !!!

    I recently had a positive experience with Factory Design District when renting an apartment. From the start, Keilei and Diamond were highly professional and responsive. The leasing process was smooth, with clear communication and prompt responses to my queries.Overall, their excellent service friendliness and attention to detail made my living experience stress-free and enjoyable.

    This place made me feel completely comfortable (Mom of two). The management there was so calm and hopeful. Moving can be a hassle and it can make you anxious but not at this place. They were so kind to me. Diamond had no problem showing me around talking to me about pricing and telling me how wonderful the community is. Keilei even contacted me to follow up and ask me if I had any questions or needed any help.

    The Factory is a very beautiful community. They have nice amenities and a beautiful sky lounge! The staff is great and very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Thank you Gigi for showing me your community with no appointment set. Gigi stopped what she was doing and took care of me. Her customer service was AMAZING. She definitely had a passion for what she does. She would be the reason I make The Factory my new future home.Thank you Gigi!!

    I just started leasing here and I love the front desk staff. They make an effort to remember your name and are always so kind. The apartments are spacious and up to date. The only complaint I have is that pet owners do not pick up after their pets very well in these areas.

    I love visiting the Factory Design District Apartments. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming every time I come. The hallways and entertainment rooms always smell so lovely and refreshing and shout out to the housekeeper for always keeping everything so clean. She always greet the residents and guests along with myself and children. I would rate this place a 10 if possible.

    The apartment interiors are so nice. I love the spa bathroom! The shower/tub is incredible. If you have any issues Tammie will do her best to get everything resolved. I definitely recommend leasing here. Especially with it being so close to everything.

    The customer service of the staff is unmatched. Very attentive! Maintenance and the office included. Inevitably you will run into an issue at some point renting, you want great staff who will work to take care of your issues as quickly as possible.

    Gigi has come to the property and completely changed my view. She’s been SO helpful, kind, and make sure she delivers top tier customer service. Latoya has also been an amazing spirit to frequently encounter, so friendly and sweet and they make living at this property so much better!

    With new management the leasing staff is great. Keilei, Diamond, and Monica are professional, very knowledgeable and helpul with any complaints. Going through my renewal process they were extremely patience, so Thank you to them.Just like all places there are pros and cons to every place.That being said the one issue that I do not like are the elevators . They are old school but not a big issue. Overall all good place and are continuing to make updates and changes to improve the property.

    I have lived here for now 2 years and I love it. It was a little rough in the beginning but now that there is new management it is a lot better. The office staff is friendly and more helpful than they have ever been. Community is quiet, and in a convenient location.

    Ive lived here since July and I absolutely love it! The leasing office staff are very nice and helpful, the only service request I made was taken care of promptly. My guests and I havent had a problem with our cars getting broken in to or burglaries, but that is something that happens pretty much everywhere in Dallas. I feel very safe here and so does everybody that Ive talked to in the complex. I love the amenities and I feel the price is very reasonable for the size of my apartment and everything that is included. Guest parking is an issue sometimes especially on weekends but one of the reasons that I chose this apartment is because the parking garage isnt accessible to everybody.Its really quiet except for the occasional dog barking or people talking loudly in the halls, but overall I havent had any problems with noise. I have great neighbors and I understand that not everybody who lives here is as lucky but again, that comes with living in apartment complexes and it isnt managements fault.My experience has been great so far, Im very happy living here and still recommend it to all of my friends!

    I feel my apartment is excellent value for money. The apartment is generally pretty clean, the gym areas are excellent. And it is very very quiet here Ive had absolutely no noise issues at all so far.

    I am so happy I moved into Alexan Riveredge 7 months ago. My neighbors are so kind and in fact everyone who lives here have been nice. We say hi to each other every day and I love all the friendly puppies. They even have free dog treats in the leasing office and mail room. I also have noticed a major improvement in the look of the property. All the hallways shine as if they have been mopped every day. I did find out from the office they have hired a new Maintenance manager and a new house keeper. The property looks amazing! I recommend Alexan Riveredge to all!

    This Staff is the best People Ever , they make my process So Easy and Accurate . They was interacting with me via email , phone calls , the communication was amazing .Im so Happy in my new Apartment, Flora, Tracie, and PJ are really helpful during the applicant and the move in process. Wish the elevators would work all the time, but the staff is very nice and do their best to help out.I highly Recommend This Place .

    Being there brought back so many memories of the past. But I had to leave immediately once I saw the cross with the noose tied to it. I could feel the heartbeat 🖤🖤 of my ancestors. The rage inside began to boil. The reason for todays racial and political climate is because they fear all the things that were done to our people we Will do to them. Once we turn away from the same immoral, murderous, and incestuous behavior that was taught to us, then shall we overcome.

    I absolutely love living here! Office staff is incredibly friendly, and the community events are great! I can NOT hear my neighbors beyond what is considered normal apartment living. The community features (sky lounge... yes repairs just finished) are great as well.This is a VERY dog friendly apartment complex and marketed as such. So if you dont like dogs, live somewhere else! The only negative is that some irresponsible dog owners do not pick up after their pets or allow their pets to destroy the beautiful landscaping. Pet waste is a health hazard and landscaping is expensive. The office staff does what is within their power to enforce (THEY power wash the dog run and mop the hallways and elevators regularly... something that was NEVER done at my last complex).

    I have very much enjoyed living here since July. The staff puts on fun events and Ive met some awesome people! The maintenance guys are so friendly and prompt to answer maintenance requests. Living here has been the best introduction into the fun Dallas life. And I love our rooftop review!

    I have been living here for a little over 3 years now and I love it. I’ve never had an security issues and whenever I have a maintenance issue they are out to fix it within 24 hours. I love the leasing agent Tori Forte she is always so hands on helpful in every way. She has helped me with any misplaced packages, rent checks, service issues, and etc. It’s very quiet and haven’t had any serious issues.

    Im so happy and pleased I chose this place to be my home. The building is so pretty and clean and always smells so good. The property manager and staff is so nice and really go over and beyond for their residents. I give this place 5 stars and then some.

    Let me start by saying I’ve toured several buildings and have looked at 50+ properties/floor plans online all across Dallas. No team got anywhere close to that of Factory Design. I’d like to particularly call out Tracy who promptly hopped on a call, explained every aspect I was unclear on and provided much needed details/recommendations. For someone as selective and thorough as I, she was the perfect match with tons of knowledge and professionalism at that. The building is well maintained and one of the cleanest I’ve toured. You could tell the team takes pride in their property and takes necessary steps to manage repairs and upkeep as needed. Just lots of good vibes.

    This apartment complex might be one of the best I’ve been to in Dallas. The amenities really caught my eye, especially the sky lounge/ club house. The view is one of the best an apartment complex could offer in my opinion. I also loved the inside of my friend’s apartment. The way the walk in shower was set up, was very European style. Finally the Leasing Agent Tori, that went out of her way to set up my friend’s WiFi was very helpful.

    I work with hundreds of apartment complexes and it is rare to see a Complex that is so organized. Pj and the entire office/ maintenance staff do an amazing job. Every time I am out there, it is always well maintained, more importantly, they are easy to work with. Someone always answers the phone, they respond to emails, they are kind, and they deal with the general issues that arise rather quickly. If I were looking for an apartment, I would feel more than confident with Pj and the team at Factory Design District.

    I have been a resident since December 2016. First, all places have good and bad issues, and management does its best to work on the issues as quickly as possible. Additionally crime happens everywhere in Dallas. My car was broken into BUT management worked with the courtesy officer to obtain an outside security company to regularly patrol the complex and break-ins have dropped in number.Secondly, yes these walls and floors are thin, however there was one review that was not totally accurate. I tolerated living beneath a resident who wore heels, walked hard, and moved furniture 24 hours a day. This person walked so hard, in heels, that her footsteps echoed down the concrete hallway. Yes, at one point I banged on her ceiling because it was unbearable. I moved from living beneath her and my situation got better. However, I can understand the frustration caused by living beneath someone who disturbs the peace with wearing heels, walking hard and moving furniture at all hours. I remedied this by moving to a completety different floor on another side of the building. But let’s not paint the current resident, that lives beneath her, as a violent person because that is just not true.

    As an apartment locator I work with hundreds of leasing agents/managers throughout the year and I know first hand that the experience my client has with an agent during a tour or phone conversation can be the selling factor in their choice! With that said, I want to give a quick shoutout to this team, specifically PJ! I have toured here with clients multiple times and have an amazing experience each time! I am met with kindness and a willingness to help (when most people are in such a hurry to get you back out of the door). If you are looking to rent here I highly suggest contacting PJ, but as a whole the team is wonderful and the property is beautiful!

    I was a resident for two months at the Alexan Riveredge in the Design District near downtown Dallas. I ended up being transferred to San Francisco by the company I work for. Lashanda is the Community Manager and she was very helpful in giving me options on how to transfer my lease that I was responsible for. She and her entire team in the leasing office were very considerate of my personal circumstances and even though I lived at this property for a short time, I had a really positive experience. I wish that I would have been able to enjoy all the great amenities at the Riveredge a bit longer. Thanks again for everything Lashanda!

    Great place to live! One of the best views of the Dallas Skyline! Open layouts with amazing amenities to boot! I LOVE the concrete floors. I also cannot hear my neighbors which is awesome! The team will take great care of you as well! Glad I chose Alexan Riveredge!

    I think the tale of the tape when you live somewhere is how they handle things over time. Im almost at the end of year two. Ive been through a name and management change since Ive been here and I can say that while no place is perfect, I have really enjoyed my time here. I still love my apartment, and the rare times that Ive needed maintence, theyve been there within a day. If I have questions, Tori is always there answering my questions quickly and with a smile!

    We love living at the Alexan Riveredge! The staff is so sweet and helpful, the amenities are great, and it really feels like home! Resident activities every week are so fun and well planned! Chris in the office treats us like family! It really is the best place to live!

    Management team is amazing(Greystar). I have had one Small thing here and there(to be expected in any move in) but the Lead Gary was very polite and they fixed the things the same day and have had nothing but good things here. By FAR one of the best properties I have been able to deal with. Michael who first spoke with me has been nothing but a help if I have any questions at all, The manager(Wayne hope I spelled it correctly) has literally dropped what he was doing and assisted me with getting into the gym bc I forgot my fob.5 stars and would highly recommend them!

    Im soo in love with this community. Its really in the perfect location, the city views are AMAZING. I cant remember the ladys that helped me when I came in but they were wonderful. I love the different options they offer to accommodate those that dont make the Uptown money lol. This apartment complex is my dream place not super flashy but definitely above the norm, beautiful. 😍😍

    Lived at Apex for about a year. The staff is super friendly and very professional. During these bad times, they have really been there for us residents helping us in any way. The maintenance staff is extremely nice and very punctual. I would recommend living here.
