I am one of the pioneers here! Been here since day ONE and have no plans on going anywhere. Parking is limited due to the size of the property but there is enough parking for the residents. Its all the extra people that visit or overstay who ends up getting towed. Management/Maintenance has changed over the years but in my opinion, this current team of Clarissa and Valentin has been the best overall the years. Most of the reviews, I dont agree with especially the one from Isabel Sanchez. She is a neighbor to me but all of her issues should be taken with a grain of salt. Its obvious she isnt that unhappy because she keeps renewing her lease!

Growing up i always heard people use the term that mans a one man I band and until I moved into the Estates at Ellington Apartments a year and a half ago I didnt get what they were really saying until i met the maintenance man here Mr. Valentin. This man keeps this entire apartment complex spotless and ive lived nat some apartment before that had 3 or 4 different maintenance men that work the at the same apartments they couldnt keep smaller properties half this clean i swore for the longest time that Mr. valentin had helper but i was as usual wrong again this man deserves for one night a monthes every month he get a BBQ dinner furnished by the head office because his work ethics and devotion to this place is pristine and its the ones like him that get overlooked and brushed off when in fact they are the ones keeping the whole operation going smoothly. Thank you sir your hard work hasnt gone unnoticed by us here in #5107

The apartments are very nice. The mgmt is nice. Friend lives here and i would like to live here too but the problem is visitor parking. As far as i can tell there are like only 5 visitor parking spots (which are filled by same cars) inside gate and 2 outside gate. Its hard for people with ADA. Ty

I’ve been looking at this place for a while... can’t wait to get in. Every time I’ve called or stopped by the manager Maggie has been extremely helpful and nice. She also gives you more city and community information than others would. The waiting list is super long, but I am sure it’s worth the wait!

BEST MATANICE MAN YOU WILL EVER MEET WHEN MR. V WAS ON LEAVE THE GROUNDS FELL APART HE RETURNED NOW AND MR VALENTINE CLEANED AND KEEPS THE GROUNDS AND APARTMENTS ON POINT FRIENDLY MANGEMENT MRS.MARTHA IS VERY COMMUNITY ORINENTED GREAT TEAM WORK LOVE IT HERE I GIVE 5 STAR HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💕🙏🙏💕🙏

Management changes a lot but one consistent part of living here in these last 2 years or so has been the awesome maintenance man Antonio the only other complaint is noisy neighbors upstairs
