I recently moved into Encore with my husband and my little toddler and we absolutely love it! It’s incredibly kid and dog friendly (we don’t have a dog but have seen many cute ones!) the parking is great, and we adore the amenities. The front staff and maintenance are INCREDIBLE which is so hard to find in an apartment but legitimately these people are wonderful! They genuinely care about their tenants and maintenance happens so quickly after putting in a request! It’s a very safe neighborhood and just outside of downtown for those who want to explore! I’d recommend this complex to anyone, but especially young families! Another super cool feature I have to mention because I’m pregnant and it’s been my favorite (and so unique) amenity is a little snack and essentials shop within the apartment! You can grab toilet paper, a snack, a drink, anything you could want in the convenience of your home! It makes me feel like I’m at a fancy resort

3 years in this complex. By far the best apartments Ive lived in. The community amenities are well kept and clean. Its close to downtown and is walkable to Panther Island Pavilion for events. Ive never had any security issues and have always felt safe. The staff here is what makes it so great. They are extremely kind and always super helpful. The staff is the main reason I dont even consider moving.

I moved in here in February of 2024 and after a bumpy couple of months at the beginning, it has been smooth sailing since then. The office staff responds accordingly to my concerns and maintenance is top notch. Pedro is an absolute bad ass. Pam and Haleigh always make sure to ask follow up questions regarding services performed. I do not hold the apartments responsible for the homeless issue. They do what they can. If you google surrounding apartment properties, they all have the same problems. I am coming up on my renewal and I will more than likely sign up for another 14 months based on the actions of the staff and community.

Pedro always gets my service requests done in a very timely manner! When I have to submit a maintenance request, I know that it will get taken care of quickly.Pam, Kilee and Hailey also do a great job! Each time I had a concern, they were very kind and never have I felt unwelcome. I really enjoy living here and my pup loves stopping by to say and get treats:)

I lived at the property for 2 years. Initial experiences weren’t positive, but honestly once Pam and Kilee were brought in, things turned for the better. They were quick to respond to issues, made sure the property was clean, and always friendly during interactions. Some of the complaints on the reviews are typical annoyances when living in a midrise adjacent to downtown and I wouldn’t say they’re a reflection of the property. Parking garages are always narrow, but when the gate broke, from residents running into it, they were quick to fix it. I never felt unsafe and would’ve stayed if it wasn’t for moving jobs. Convenient location and great community of residents!

Living here has been solid all around. Recently installed additional security locks and no maintenance problems since moving in. New property and location is good minus the cramped parking w/ the brewery Nextdoor.Parking garage can be cramped and the beam around the corner is annoying but you get used to it (kinda, not really)The staff is wonderful and very accessible. Ive not had any major escalations at this point but whenever Ive needed them they are always ready at the helm.

This property is absolutely beautiful, my husband and I toured and cant wait to become residents. I could talk to the property manager Pam for hours, very friendly and made us feel right at home! We ran in to a few of the maintenance staff while on tour and they were so courteous. It has beautiful views and is in a great location. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Man I love this apartment complex! The managers, staff, and maintenance always respond to our needs or any issues we have in a timelyManner . They have fun events for the holidays that cater to the residents! Been here 3 years and wouldn’t imagine living elsewhere. Thank you Encore, Pam, Kylie, and Hailey!

Stayed at these apartments for almost three years and here’s what I have to say. Kylee was amazing from the start, this was the first time have ever rented and she was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entirety of my stay, she is the reason for the 5 stars. The property itself is great and the location is super convenient, I’ve never had any issues with security and always had a piece of mind, the homeless problem is larger in this area but doesn’t seem like that’s up to the property much as there’s very little surrounding. Overall an enjoyed my stay even with a few hiccups I’m still very happy with the property!!

My experience at Encore was pretty great and I honestly enjoyed my time living there.Personal Pros:- My unit was nice and clean when I moved in.- My balcony faced Houston street so it had a great view and lots of natural light.- No real issues to report on inventory and condition form upon move in.- Never really heard my neighbors from inside my unit.- Overall good experienceGeneral Pros:- Updated apartments for an affordable price. (Specially given location).- Great amenities.- Community events.- Mini store with snacks and other items in building 1.- Maintenance addresses requests quickly.Personal Cons:- Moving trucks park on houston street so I would constantly hear/see people moving in or out of the building.- My car got broken into in the resident parking once.- Oftentimes I did not find parking on my floor.- Saw an altercation in the garage that honestly scared me.- My apartment sometimes smelled like rotten eggs when I would do laundry. Specially if I used hot water. (This only began after 6 or 8 months into my lease).General Cons:- Area is not the safest. (I once had a guy wave a knife at me from afar, before getting to the trinity trails, in broad daylight.)- Many homeless people walking around at all hours. Some even taking things from patios.- Parking garage is tight and its easy to get into an incident. Also, there are no mirrors past the first floor to help combat this.- Events happen nearby and sometimes roads are closed because of this.- Visitor parking is shared with general public (for a fee) so its very limited, specially during event days or on weekends when the brewery next door is busiest.Management:Was great, I never really had any problems. They are human, so just be respectful if you want to get that same energy back.

Hey everyone! I just had to share how awesome my apartments in downtown are. The amenities here are top-notch! The pool is a total oasis, perfect for chilling out and soaking up the sun. The clubhouse is a super cool hangout spot where Ive made some great memories. And lets not forget about the gym - its so convenient to have a place to work out right here! But my absolute favorite has to be the sky lounge. The view of the city from up there is absolutely breathtaking! Overall, these apartments have it all - great location, amazing amenities, and friendly staff. And they just opened a mini market which is so convenient. I couldnt be happier with my choice. Highly recommend checking them out if youre looking for a place to call home!

Being able to walk to downtown and having direct access to the Trinity river trails makes this a great location. The apartments are good enough.One of the best things is when there are fireworks in Fort Worth they are usually setup on the Southeast side of the buildings and so if you have an apartment on that side it you get a front row seat to seeing them.

Property director works hard to address your concerns and they have improved on communication. Convenient location for downtown and stockyards. Great amenities. Sometimes transients and kids trespass to use pool, but there is a pool monitor and parole that do their best to tackle this.

I have consistently received prompt and effective solutions from him, always accompanied by a warm smile and engaging conversation. Pedros speedy resolutions and personable approach make him a standout professional in his field.During my time here, Ive faced various problems and encountered poor customer service. The management lacks a friendly demeanor. Meeting someone like Pedro, who takes pride in his service, was a refreshing experience. Management could learn a lot from him. Thank you Pedro!

This place is awesome. I love staying here because the rooms are comfortable, spacious, the kitchen is big too, and the rooms comes with a washer and dryer and a giant walk in closet. It also has a pool table and a shuffle board in the lounge area on the first floor. One thing I don’t love is how many times the gate has been broken and how I have to park on a different floor than my apartment is on sometimes. I think this place needs more parking for residents who don’t get a reserved parking spot. Other than the few minor issues this place is a great location for where my work is located.

From the moment I walked in, I already knew this was the apartment for me and my family. Everybody in the office had a positive attitude. Robbie is amazing, she is so helpful and nice. She makes you feel welcome, and she treated my autistic child like hers. She toke her time and answer every question we had. I’ve been to numerous apartment tour, lots of them was judgmental. Shawn was so positive, not to mention the apartment is absolutely stunning! My moving date couldn’t be any sooner, I can’t wait!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Management is awesome. Sean, Pam and Kilee consistently go above and beyond to assure all residents needs are met. After taking time to read some of the one star reviews.. it boils down to them not getting their way, or not being able to cope with the smallest inconvenience (Therapy may help). Great place to live. Great amenities. Great staff who care about their residents.

I love working with Shawn & his staff. Ive worked with Kilee & Robbie several times who always make my clients feel welcomed & are able to answer all the questions needed to ensure they feel confident when leasing with Encore Panther Island. Communication has always been incredible, quick to answer the phone or call you back & respond to emails accordingly. Awesome layouts, great finishes (2 finishes to choose from to be exact) & spectacular amenities. If you are looking to move to FTW, this is a complex you MUST check out, you will not be disappointed I can guarantee that!!! :)

Ive been living at this apartment complex for almost 3 years, and I can honestly say its the best place! The management team, Pam and Hailey, are top-notch and always available to help with any questions or concerns. Theyre friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Pedro and Jacob in maintenance are the most reliable and friendly guys. Theyre prompt, professional, and always fix things right the first time. They all truly care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. The community here is also great and we’ve made so many friends here. It’s right off the trails so easy access to take walks with our pup. So glad we chose to live here!!
