I moved in a couple of weeks ago and so far my experience has been wonderful. I had a bad experience at my previous apartment. While touring, Roman was extremely helpful. He was understanding of my previous experience and offered additional support to ensure I felt comfortable in my new apartment and did not need to worry about a similar experience. The leasing team was quick and efficient with my application and answered any questions I had in a timely and professional manner. My neighbors have all been very friendly- creating a welcoming atmosphere. I have been very happy living here so far

5 stars to Roman who offered a fantastic tour to us of the community. He was concise and to the point, information about this lovely place was easy to get. Although we did not go with this complex he was certainly a leasing agent we will miss from where we ended up. The community itself is very lovely, we just ended up finding another that crossed off more of our check list.

This 5 star review is for Roman. He is the rental agent in the office. My garage door was broken for awhile. Unfortunately, my sunroof on my car doesn’t close all the way. It is an expensive repair and I have to save up for it. When it was raining/snowing, Roman gave me his personal garage to protect my headliner and interior. He was extremely gracious. Thank you Roman!

We have lived her since August of 2019 and are extremely happy to call it our home. Maintenance is amazing and very helpful with any concern that you have. Office management stays on top of the issues and gets back with you very quickly whether it’s via phone or email. The property is maintained nicely. The location is the best very close to the hockey rink and in a good school district.

Lived here with my mom for a while. amazing area, amazing apartment, amazing view. everything about this place is and looks great! even has a walking/biking trail with a custom wooden AND lit bridge, stream that you can watch the turtles swim and sleep in, and there are so many things in the area worth doing that are so close! very good environment.

My husband and I moved in about 3 months ago. Got an awesome move in special and we have had all of our expectations met and exceeded. Trash pick up is amazing, we have much more storage (included in our rent price) than our previous apartment, our maintenance request was handled quickly and professionally, no issues with neighbors or staff. We have an amazing view and very large balcony. Parking on the street is limited but the assigned spots/covered spots are reasonably priced and I recommend it! My husband and I are, so far, very happy with our decision to move here!

As a fist time renter I was happy and pleased at how patient and very helpful miss Millie was with me. She nicely answered my millions of questions, and offered me a water. She really make you feel comfortable about signing papers and actually reads them with you. The tour was pleasant she made sure to show me all the facilities and their nice quality features, I have been a resident for 1 year now and the staff has always treated me with respect. Maintenance is always timely and make sure you are satisfied with the results. 10 it’s 10 have recommended to all my friends and family

I have lived here for over a year now and I am still as happy with it as I was when I first moved in. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. I love the secure access doors to the buildings. I never have any maintenance issues but anytime I do they have always been prompt and helpful. I love the ladies in the office too! A nice bonus is the walking trail next to the property that takes you through the housing division, which my dog loves. 10/10 would recommend.

Okay. Maybe I am a bit biased, but this is the best place I have lived in a very long time. The Leasing Specialists are always there to help no matter what the situation may be, from picking up mail to taking down notes and passing on requests to maintenance. The Maintenance crew is top notch. Once a situation is brought up, it is handled the very same day.I like the fact that they take care of their residents. The have special events for the residents, Breakfast Bags for Lunch on the Go, Snow Cones, Pool Parties and other events in the clubhouse. The amenities are fabulous and it is a very quiet community. I just recently relocated here and as a result I do not yet own an automobile. I can walk to the store in about 15 minutes and put the groceries in my backpack and walk home. There is a wonderful walking trail nearby and the neighbors are very friendly.The apartments are very spacious and have central heat and air. I do wish the hallways had pictures on the walls, but that is a minor point.I have only lived in one other place like this in my life and that was many moons ago in Albuquerque, NM. I feel blessed to live here and to call this community my home.I dont know what else to say, except that if you decide to move in: Welcome Home! :-)

I keep coming back to these apartments because it just feels like home. The residents know each other for years and the staff is super nice (Lauren and Angel especially). Valet trash is 5 days a week. Maintenance comes same day and they fix everything. I had a leaky faucet and messed up toilet seat and they brought me brand new ones. They even removed a wasp nest for me. The schools that are walking distance are superb. I highly recommend these apartments!! The monthly events held in the clubhouse are a plus!!!

We lived here for just under 5 years and never had a complaint! Awesome staff, great neighbors, clean pool and over all a fantastic experience! Apt 5214 was my sons first home and apt 3311 was where he took his first steps and became the hell raiser he is today. On Halloween the neighbors would set up a little trick or treat system for him and as he got older it just kept getting bigger With more and more neighbors joining in! Due to COVID 19 I fell Almost 3 months behind in bills and the management team continued to help and work with me to get caught up! They were able to work an exit deal with me that was comfortable for my budget and flexible so I could get back on my feet!! Angel (the apartment manager) truly lives up to his name and is a guardian angel!!! Thank you Enclave for 5 great years! I would highly recommend this home for anyone! Their team does a fantastic job of building the culture of the community!PS- can I still come to the pool?

Highly recommend The Enclave! We leased one of the townhomes. My husband and I sold our house and needed a place for our family to live for the summer while our new home was being finished. The Enclave came to our rescue… they allowed for a shorter lease term, for our large family dog to join, and tons of summer fun at their gorgeous pool (my kids were happy to trade their yard for a summer of non-stop swimming and grilling pool side). Another plus was their maintenance team is AWESOME! The property feels like you are living at a resort and they work so hard to keep it clean and beautiful. And, for the few times we needed to call maintenance, they were there same day and fully resolved the issue. The front office staff is just as great. They were always super friendly and went out of their way to help. One of the ladies even hand delivered to me one of my packages that had been left at the front office just to be kind and make my day easier. How kind! Another thing that I really appreciated was how safe we felt there – it is a great community. Last thing is the monthly events that the front office hosts… so fun! They really go out of their way to create different events to bring the community together. Our favorite was the summer pool party with a DJ, snacks, and snow cones. They also had a back to school pizza party for the kids, morning breakfast for everyone on their way to work, happy hour, salsa truck, and more. Really can’t say enough wonderful things about the Enclave and my family is truly grateful to them for providing us with a safe and beautiful place to spend the summer.

Renewed lease! Small community which is great. Tenants are not rowdy. It is a good balance of families, retirees, and young folks. There is limited free parking so we have a few people that are parking where there should not be parking. Overall area is great. There is a sports center nearby that tends to overflow during daily events which makes the road to the entry of the apartment complex tight.

Angel is THE MAN. My move in process went super smooth thanks to him. Mind you this isnt the first apartment ive moved into so I had everything ready and understood the financial requirements before applying. I ran into 1 issue with the internet and Angel went out of his way and dealt with ATNT to get it resolved. When I applied they were short staffed, but Angel made it seem like it was a casual day. I viewed the apartments applied and had a move in date a day later. Ive been here a couple weeks and I can say its been very peaceful compared to some of the other places ive been. I work full time from home and internet here has been amazing, also the walking path near by is amazing and people have been fishing in it! Great place to stay so far.

Great Complex! Great place to live and call home! Beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Trash is picked up at your door, 3 times a week and the hallways are cleaned right after so there is no trashy smell, just freshness! The staff is super friendly/helpful, and maintenance is quick and awesome! One evening our refrigerator stopped working and it was replaced within the hour! The complex has elevators, which are a big bonus and life saver for us with babies!! Its also at an awesome location! Theres a Walmart and Target just up the street And Theres a nice trail that runs along the side of the apts that you can go walk/run on! But my favorite thing is the pool and the Jacuzzi, its so nice and has a lot of sitting room. Its nice to have a place available to go and relax! Wood floors and big windows! Love it here! I would recommend 10/10!

The staff is very friendly. What I really like I and my girlfriend where looking for a place so that we could put our house on the market unlike A lot properties in the dallas metro they on added 75 to the rent for short term stay. I wish I would have seen these when I worked for charter and was commuting fro McKinney to Ft Worth or north Richland hills. For what we are getting in nice parts of DFWwhat close to 2500 a month. Also we have 3 cars so worrying about my cars I dont feel will be necessary. I will be back to let you know after our full first month.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here for 2 weeks and its been Amazing. The gym is small but it’s doable and has the equipment I need. The parking is limited but that’s the only downside about living here. The staff truly cares! I can’t wait to see what’s to come!

Modern upscale apartment community offering various styles, options, and price points. Inside entry and ADA elevator availability. Garages available and recommended due to extremely tight parking availability. Next door to Birdville High School and stadium so keep that in mind, traffic is heavy every morning and afternoon. Units are well insulated so both quiet and easy on utilities. Like any apartment you will occasionally hear the neighbors, but not bad at all. Open floorplans and modern kitchens with stone countertops. Laundry connections and private porch / balconies. Close to growing city center and all kinds of retail and dining.

I’ve been here 6 months and love it. Only complaint is parking. Especially when there’s a big event at the hockey arena. Absolutely no where to park when there is. Diana is great, always helpful no matter the time.
