    Lived at Emory west cypress for 2 years , as a young couple this was our first apartment together , we luckily got into their low income housing program for a one bedroom, the apartment is very spacious, many closets for storage, and amenities are great . Maintenance was always helpful and on time . My only con about the apartment is the visitor parking and gate , at night there’s not enough parking for visitors which causes cars to get towed ): and sometimes the gate code pin doesn’t work for us , we would have to wait for someone to open it . But overall this is a great apartment for the price and luxury. Also Joe Vs is right next to the apartment now so that’s great . There’s new management now but Kevin has been there since 2 years ago and he’s been very helpful since we moved in 👍🏻

    The leasing agent Maria has given me nothing but excellence customer service ever since I’ve moved in here, she has been very attentive to helping me out and it has made my over all experience at Emory an enjoyable one. I recommend if you’re looking for a place to call home and with great customer service or just make your over all experience feel like home look no further !

    I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment with Maria, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was struck by its modern design and spacious layout. The natural light pouring in from the large windows made the space feel warm and inviting. Maria’s knowledge of the property and the neighborhood was exceptional, and she answered all my questions with enthusiasm and detail. I highly recommend this apartment and. It was a five-star experience that left me eager to make this my new home!

    I recently received a tour and I absolutely loved the layout of the apartment. Not to mention, Maria our tour guide/leasing consultant was absolutely amazing and helpful with all my questions. The prices are reasonable and it’s in a nice location. I truly look forward to moving in!

    I have been here for about 2 years. from the moment i entered, Kevin had always been a great big help. From answering any questions i may have to helping things get done in my apartment. I really do appreciate all the help He has done. He always goes above and beyond.

    I came here the other day to tour, I fell in love with the spacious lay out and not to say one of my favorite things about the apartments was the pool area! The leasing Maria was so inviting and kind, Kevin and Dalia were also very nice and helpful also will be referring my friends out to these apartments highly recommend!

    Loved the apartments! The lay out was so nice , love that they have an island in the kitchen! Maria was kind she provided us with the info we needed & was very professional, definitely leasing soon.

    From the moment that I applied for an apartment, the staff has been wonderful. They made it stress-free.After moving in, anytime there was an issue, maintenance handled it the same day. All of the staff members are very friendly.I have never lived at a better place.

    Honestly I’ve only lived in 1 other apartment complex and let me just say this one is like a luxury compared to where I used to stay. The appliances all work very well, it’s very clean and quiet. The staff is very helpful as well. The only thing that takes a star off is the lack of parking space available. I don’t think there is enough , if you get off work late like me some days and you have a small child that you have to carry and park far from your building it sucks. Other than that I have no complaints. :)

    Shout out to Emory West, I had wonderful experiences touring this property. Curve appealed really caught my attention, property was clean, the pool was stunning. Water looked refreshing and crystal clear. What made my experience thrilling was Kevin’s professionalism and attentiveness.

    In the process of looking for a new apartment and I think I found the one. Staff is very polite and welcoming. The complex is very well kept and clean! Definitely recommend checking it out and schedule a tour.

    Update, 9/14/23: Over 2 years later I still live here and have been really happy with Emory West Cypress. My apartment is so beautiful, its one of the best values in town. The complex is quiet, safe and well maintained, and you get a great, spacious apartment with good amenities at a competitive price.The front desk staff has absolutely gone above and beyond for me many times in my 2+ years here and are simply wonderful. Kevin, Brandy, Juan and Leslie: THANK YOU for your friendliness, nonstop hard work, great service, and for and making Emory West Cypress a wonderful place to call home. ❤️🏡 We are lucky to have you!May 2021: Just moved in and really love it already. Beautiful community and great service.

    I have been living here for a year now and let me say that the year that I’ve been here it’s been great. I love my apartment. Maintenance is also great if you need something done in your apartment they come same day you request a service. The only issue there is is the trash butlers sometimes I wake up to see my trash still outside. It’s been several occasions so I really hope management does something about this. On the other hand everything is good. Family friendly environment, clean and beautiful.

    First I want to say GREAT LOCATION! It’s near everything and that’s a plus for me. Also the staff are very friendly and get things done in a timely manner. Very spacious apartment. The maintenance team are awesome! Shout out to David and Walter for being so nice and they do and great job. Only giving 4 stars because the walls are paper thin so you can hear just about anything, which doesn’t both me I’m an easy going neighbor. I’ve had a neighbor call and complain in me multiple times, bang on the their ceiling and it wasn’t me making the noise. They even said I had a dog barking too much and I don’t own a pet. Sound just travels. But I would recommend people to stay here. LOVE PROSE!!!

    I rated it 4 start because of the Morgan group. I just rated Morgan Group 1 star because of their level of being unprofessional. My stay at Emory was safe and peaceful and maintenence was always on top of their game. I requested maintenance a few times during my stay. Once when I just moved in and the water wasnt flowing well in the tub, second for the kitchen sink and for the air filter. For the second request i was already at the mail room and asked the front desk about sending someone to take a look at the sink but they never did, so I just went online and scheduled it and in no time maintenance came by and gixed it in less than 2 mins the guy was done.The front office will delay because I think sometimes they seem overwhelmed. Overall I had no problems with the staff. We communicated mainly through emails and that made it easy.

    I have been here for almost a month at Prose Cypress West and I love it, my apartment looks amazing and we have an awesome property. Staff is awesome, they are so friendly, you can ask them anything along with awesome maintenance crew and the pool with the jazz music constantly playing is to die for, we love it. Trash valet put the top on it, just put your trash out and someone picks it up for, who wouldnt love to be spoiled. I recommend this property to anyone. Great Place to live.

    I have been here since it’s been open. And grey star was just awful and let residents do whatever they wanted. When I heard about the new management take over I was relieved. Michele and Ejay the property manager and the assistant or amazing, Ejay helps so much with work orders in every aspect that I need info on. Michele immediately gave out regulations and that’s exactly what we needed for this community to ran the right way. We no longer have people trying to throw parties at the pool, the courtesy officer is always a call away after hours, which is rare these days! These ladies are beyond amazing and Morgan group is so blessed to have them as employees! Thank you Ejay and Michele for all you have done lately. I know there are more bad than good reviews. But I truly love this place and these ladies will definitely help you out. Ejay is so understanding and truly so helpful

    So far, I am really loving this community. My move in went smooth and the front office staff is so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a bracket in my closet and they sent someone out the same day to check it out. That really means a lot to me. Im looking forward to my continued stay here.

    The best community to live! The great Gym! The pool area is nice and the community is very quiet! It is on a main road! Friendly Service managers! Roofed area! Park for your pets

    Great complex! Very clean, staff is amazing and very organized! If you need to reach them they’re there, and they reach out and make sure everything’s going smooth! The floor plans are VERY spacious, everything modern and up to date, definitely love it here! Highly recommend, very beautiful complex!

    Hello, I give 5 stars to this wonderful apartment complex, I and my husband Yosbel Gonzalez have lived here for 7 months and it is very quiet and clean. The maintenance staff is very friendly and attentive, they strive to resolve the situation as soon as possible and the staff office, very friendly and attentive, always providing excellent service and treatment, I feel at home when I visit THE office, thanks to the excellent work team at Emory west cypress for making our stay wonderful, I recommend having a wonderful home
