    We love living here. The kids have friends who live the next building over, and it’s always quiet. Maintenance is really good and quick to fix any issues. The people in the office are easy to work with!

    Ms. Lisa did an amazing job in guiding me through the process of getting my first apartment! She was kind, thoughtful, and went over and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. The community is very friendly and clean. I absolutely love the view from my place. ❤️

    The office staff is super nice and helpful. I like how maintenance always takes care of any issues I have very quick. Usually the same day. It’s small and quiet, and I’m glad I found this place.

    As usual, the maintenance guys were on top of it. They came to work on a Sunday evening to help me. I am very grateful for their service.Edit: I just moved to a different apartment in the same complex. It was a smooth, easy transition, no problems at all. The staff were wary accommodating and helpful. The whole experience was a good one.Edit: once again, the maintenance crew was on top of my problem and fixed it right up, at the time I needed too. Unfortunately he discovered a link in my bathroom sink later when the downstairs neighbors had problems but he fixed that quick and easy too. Always professional, always kind, and even my dog knows him now and doesn’t bark at him the whole time.

    I have been living at Emory for over a year now and it has been WONDERFUL thanks to Assistant Manager Lisa, Maintenance men Will and Chris! They are very attentive to residents needs. They are super friendly and always happy when you see them. They make you feel welcomed every time you walk inside of the office. They’re like family now!The only downfall is we have yet to have a nice manager. I have run into our current manager many times and I don’t know her much. She seems shy or uncomfortable but she does not speak so it’s a little difficult to get to know her..

    These are great apartments for people who are out on their own for the first time. The staff does all they can to take care on the needs of the tenants and they have some of the best maintenance crew. While I’m still getting the chance to know the new Property Manager, the Assistant Manager Felicia Lisa Evans has been a great help in me and my family’s living journey. She also received an outstanding award for her work and professionalism. These are great apartments.

    I went in to Emory on Grand for an apartment tour and I was impressed with the inviting atmosphere of not just the Property Manager Anthony C. bur also one of the maintenance professionals Chris who was in the office. I left with no doubt it will be a place that feels like home.

    Update…*Our maintenance department is 5 star. Will & Chris are always so polite and courteous and I really appreciate them. These days, it’s rare to have a maintenance team that’s knowledgeable and efficient.I have to say, the move-in process was seamless. The ladies in the office (Lacretia & Felicia) made the entire process easy. I asked the office to put in a maintenance request to have something checked out, and Chris & Will were here first thing this morning. I’m impressed & I love the overall feel of the property. An older well maintained building with great office staff is a win win for me 😊..

    We’ve loved our time here at Emory on Grand. The maintenance guys are always quick to respond to any work orders submitted and work diligently until there is a proper solution. In the office, I’ve had most interaction with Lisa and she’s always been helpful, kind, friendly and patient. The community is always quiet, clean and everyone is respectful.

    Felicia was amazing! She walked me through every step of applying, getting approved for and moving into my apartment! I’m super grateful for her level of Service and the care and attention she’s shown during this process!I have since set up my light service and had a few maintenance requests. These normally arduous processes were seamless and pleasant thanks to the professionalism of the maintenance staff and the efficiency of the Manager and Assistance Manager.

    The ladies in the office are so sweet; they are always happy to help with any concerns or questions that you may have and make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The maintenance team is also amazing and handle all the maintenance work in a wonderful timely manner. They really do a wonderful job taking care of the tenants and complex, and keeping the environment clean.

    Lisa was great helping me through the application process. Made everything easy for me, and very attentive, making sure I understood everything. Marcela and Lisa helped me through a late rent issue I had they were very sweet and understanding. My dishwasher went out. I notified maintenence they were very fast to respond they told me they had to order a new one. It took 2 days for the new one to arrive as soon as it arrived the maintenence people were right there putting the new one in. Management and maintenance are awesome. I want to thank them. It has been an awesome experience.

    My son has lived here for two years. We have visited several times and every time we have seen Chris, the maintenance man, he remembers everything about our family and greets us warmly. He has always been responsive to apartment maintenance requests and does an awesome job! He keeps the complex in tip-top shape.

    The manager Lisa Evans was very helpful professional and efficient.. To me she went above and beyond her duties as a manager to help me.. The workers here are very nice. When I put a work order in maintenance is swift on fixing the order you place to get fix.. The property is well kept and groomed.

    We moved in this past December, and so far it’s been amazing! There were some issues(not to the fault of the apartments) and yet the staff still had us taken care of immediately! Maintenance is incredibly fast and the entire team of staff are all the sweetest!

    Ive lived here a few months and the experience has been great. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Brandy has been helping me with everything since day 1. Any issues and she makes sure its handled promptly. Shes the greatest! I definitely recommend moving here!

    Had to wait a little long to get in despite their listed availability, but overall the move in was pretty smooth, their rates are cheap for Waxahachie, and the apartment itself is very nice. The rooms are a little old but have been refurnished with new appliances which is pretty dope. I do want to warn anyone that has a mold allergy that there might be some growing in the stairwells and vents. Other than that the apartments are spotless and well maintained. No mice or bugs. Very polite neighbors and staff! Would recommend to friends and relatives needing somewhere decent to stay.

    I’ve been here 4 yearsYes price has gone up but where has it not?I’ve always had good relations with staff and maintenanceThey are a business, that being said they have worked with me when I was sick for three months. Pay your rent and don’t act a fool, you want have no problem with themI never had a problem that did not get fixed with in 24 hours. Thanks Emory on the grand

    Love!! Love!! My new floors brand new oven. Place is nice and quiet. The move in process was excellent Teresa is awesome!! Maintenance men are extremely nice and professional. I believe Im going to like it here.

    Excellent experience! By far the easiest, no hassle I have had. The manager is super sweet and professional. Not to mention all of the updates done to the complex, my apartment is clean and very pretty . I definitely recommend Victorian Square.

    The maintenance crew here is friendly and helpful. During my recent request for A/C repair, Tom was helpful in explaining the noise I heard, and about the breaker flip. He really cares for the complex by working hard.

    I like my apartment a lot, its very cute and homey. I generally like the layout of the complex. Teresa was the manager when I moved in, and we had a great rapport. I find it unfortunate that all of the staff was replaced by a new management company. To be honest, they have done some extreme landscaping that I do not appreciate. All of the foliage has been removed from around the swimming area. Now I feel like Ill have no privacy when I get in the pool and float around with my inflatable lobster. Also, the rosemary bush by the office has been butchered. Bush butchering. Not cool. The new staff seems friendly and all, but I feel that it was sheisty how the old staff ALL lost their jobs. Kind of sad. I understand the philosophy of out with the old, in with the new, but its not superfantastic to apply that to people. Geeze.

    Hi...the girls in office are great...with old mgmt rent was way under asking price we were lucky..property had been remodeled looks great..yes rent higher but where is it nit..they are now asking full vslu....cant find anything around with remodel close to this rent...goodluck...Im staying been here 8yrs...brandi and marcelle are great...things changing for all if us....
