Best place I’ve lived at! They are quick w maintenance work & love how friendly the staff are! Especially Cassie & Stephanie! They make you feel at home with their energy! I’ve never had an issue.. you looking for a place to stay it’s here. I’ve been here 2 years it’s been a blast!

The apartments are beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to tour the facility. I love all of the amenities and love the area! Being near the highway means being close to neighboring areas like Austin, TX. Cassie was incredibly sweet and helpful. If anyone is interested in touring these apartments, I recommend booking with her.

I don’t even know where to begin! As a Leasing Professional myself based in Houston, I’ve been so involved in my mom’s big move from our home state, and she’s been understandably nervous about the whole process. I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Emerson at Trace—Stephanie, the Leasing Professional; Joanna, the Assistant Property Manager; and David, the Property Manager. They have truly been a godsend!They went above and beyond, answering all our questions and making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Working in property management, I know firsthand how challenging it can be behind the scenes, and I’m thrilled to say that this team has exceeded all expectations. Not only is the property beautiful, but it’s the front office team that sets the tone, and they are absolutely nailing it!Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my mom—I know she’s in great hands. Beautiful property! Did an event here for the tenants and had a great time! The staff truly enjoy what they do and it shows through all of their efforts as the staff go above & beyond to make sure tenants have everything possible at their disposal easy. Simply put they spoil you!! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

I moved in ~1 month ago and so far things have been great! Cassandra and Stephanie on the management team are truly wonderful, they’re great communicators and genuine people. Our move in went smoothly and maintenance was consistently responsive and helpful. The community is encouraged to mingle with weekly food trucks visiting the complex. The facilities are kept updated and clean, and staff is consistently reachable and friendly! Again, I have to mention Cassandra’s name because her attention to detail is outstanding- she is a clear representation of an organized and caring management team.

They have everything nice gym ,in unit laundry, nice pool when its clean, grill area is also nice very professional office staff.Cons parking needs to be enforced, maintenance needs to do a better job, or they need to hire more techs.

Everything has been a great experience, everyone in the front office is AMAZING and will help you out even for the littlest things. Johanna and Cassie are the best! Maintenance has been great as well; very fast and efficient when something needs fixing. One of the most important things we looked at while shopping for an apartment is always parking. We have lived here since October 2023 and they had parking passes which we loved! During the transition with switching managing companies a couple months ago; they did away with the parking passes, so we are currently fighting for parking everyday and having to walk from buildings away. It’s like we can’t come home after 6pm because then we won’t find parking. I’ve talked to a few other residents and they have said the same thing. It sucks because we love this apartment complex; it’s so quiet and nice but the parking is huge issue. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Update: currently training to run a half marathon and running the outskirts of the community has been an amazing help. So beautiful and easy to add up the miles! Me and my boyfriend have loved living here! We enjoy coming home and completely being away in our own oasis. We constantly use the gym and typically it’s just us towards night time so super great to have lots of equipment to utilize! We also use the fire pit when it gets cold to go read and drink our coco, and it’s so nice to be able to get away from everything else in our cute little apartment complex. Maintanece are always fast and great on my work orders and I’m not always the easiest to please but they are very respectful and kind!Our building is gorgeous and neighbors are great lots of families next to us, and other young couples who are great! The neighborhood is also a plus super close to the school and we can jog with an amazing view of the sunset! Super grateful and happy with our stay here the last 6 months!

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I cant say enough good things about the team at Emerson at Trace . Cassie, Stephanie, and JoAnna were absolutely amazing! Cassie guided me through the entire move-in process with such ease, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless. Stephanie was incredible in helping me find the perfect unit that checked all my boxes. She really listened to what I was looking for and found the exact fit for me. And JoAnna was fantastic in explaining how renewals will work, giving me peace of mind for the future. They even love to help businesses like food trucks for resident events on week days!On top of all that, I’m completely in love with my new apartment, especially the giant closet! The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Emerson at Trace. Highly recommend!

Ive lived here for the past year and have absolutely loved it. The layout feels very homey and I love the location. Cassie and Stephanie have been very accommodating in help me with any issues Ive had. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone apartment hunting!

Recently moved here, and we love it! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Only one exit away from restaurants and the outlets with easy access to the highway! My kids school is right in the neighborhood, as well. Cassandra from the front office is so sweet, and very responsive. She made my move-in process so smooth. Definitely recommend this place.

This has been my favorite apartment complex I have lived at. The apartments are very modern and spacious. The amenities are new, very accessible, and well taken care of. The staff is awesome especially Cassy and Steph who have been such a great help on anything I needed. This is a great complex and its where you want to be!

Took my granddaughter and her kiddos on a tour here because we always pass by and wanted to see the complex. Location is ideal right down the street from the elementary school. Prices were the best ones we have found for such modern and updated apartments.I am only making a review because our tour guide Kassie was the sweetest girl and the whole staff made us feel welcomed. She offered the kids popsicles and was so patient even when they spilled! We had a great tour and really adored the pool area and all the space in the apartments especially in the closets…

I rarely leave reviews but this place is awesome! The leasing team is great (especially Cassie & Jordan) and they take such good care of their residents. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues I’ve had and they’re very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Emerson at Trace!

I Visit Emerson quite often due to having some friends live there so I thought Id leave a review. I work for the City and know all about customer service and how reviews impact a business or individual so Im going to keep this simple.This complex and the amenities have always been clean and operational. (Swimming pool, gym, dog area) You constantly see maintenance on their golf carts cleaning or handling business. My friend had an issue and Amado quickly responded and corrected the issue. He was polite and very friendly and understanding.I hope this review could help someone.

Our biggest concern when moving in to an apartment complex is the quality of the management, but that hasn’t been an issue here since everyone at the front office is always so responsive and helpful. Great neighborhood with plenty of kids and dogs running around and playing outside. The complex hosts regular neighborhood get togethers for everyone to meet one another and mingle. The apartments themselves are new, fresh, and updated. I’m in love!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming to their residents. Anytime you have a question or an issue they are there to resolve the request quickly. They are always doing fun things for the residents and make it more than an apartment complex but an actual community.
