    What an amazing gem! I went with a friend to look at an apartment and wound up falling in love. I don’t know where to start. The leasing office made me feel like I was home. The floor plan? Perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.

    Buildings were recently painted. Manager is bilingual and very kind and sensitive to life problems of tenants. They work with you if you have low score. There is a small gym, a pool and services include valet trash and pest control

    These apartments are older and may not seem all that great, but what really sets this complex apart is how amazing the management is. Carrie and Christina have been nothing less than exceptional in helping when my toddlers and I moved in in Nov of last year. And any time I have a problem or need something they are so quick and responsive and the maintenance will come and fix it right away. I highly recommend these apartments if you want a cozy home with friendly people everywhere ✨

    Management here is simply above and beyond! My family and I came at last minute before the beginning of April needing to move because our old apartment was uninhabitable, Christina worked so hard for us on her day off while having an ear infection!! We were finally able to leave our trauma in the past and get our future started with Emerald Park, we love the clean environment, nearby recreation and our comfy new home.

    We really love living at this property, the staff is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient at taking care of any needs or answering any questions. The units are spacious, very well kept and very competitive pricing with lots of options to choose from. I highly recommend residing here and the location is great, they are pet friendly as well. Were right next to a beautiful park with easy accessibility to walking trails with a nice ball park as well. There are also lots of options for restaurants and stores close by for convenience as well as being fairly close to schools.

    I love this place so much!! Carri always takes the best care of her community. If we have any issues she fixes them right away. This place is absolutely fantastic we have the water park and walkers creek in our backyard! My son can play soccer in the fields right outside of our window. Truly grateful for our lovely apartment. Thank Carri and the team here at Emerald Park you guys are amazing.

    Very quiet and safe apartment complex. Our apartment was renovated when we moved it so it has a modern feel to it. A few messy jobs but it’s an apartment. Management is a bit slow on replying to emails and calls but quick on service tickets. Great place to live and close to a lot of stores.

    We love the apartment and the staff in the leasing office. Id say the biggest problem we have is there is not very much sound proofing of the units. The people on the third floor above us stomp and make a ton of noise. Theres a car that blasts its music that sits in the parking lot twice a day, every day. Another problem weve had is the smoking. We can smell the smoke inside of our own apartment coming up from the one below us. The place is in a very convenient location, great for going to school at TCC. We love the community and the staff, but there are a few inconsiderate neighbors that we have to deal with on a daily basis. We did move in recently, and are currently speaking with management about the issues. Can and will update review once we have figured out the best way forward.Edit: office worked with us and the smell is gone, never came back. Neighbors are very friendly, and love the location.

    It is a very small quiet complex tucked back off of the main roads with a lot of mature trees. We have the largest floor plan available and it is a nice size and very well arranged. I love my kitchen! We had a few problems with getting some maintenance issues taken care of at first. But it ended up being a mutual misunderstanding. The apartment manager is a very nice and always willing to help with any problems. All in all so far its been a nice place to call home.

    I had water coming in above my sliding glass door. Carri and Christina reacted very quickly to get the problem solved. They had the maintenance men come over to find the problem. David went into the roof to look for leaks and Eric checked the patio above me. They found the leak right away and did the necessary repairs to fix the problem. I am very pleased with Emerald Park and all their staff.

    12/25 Christmas!We had packages/gifts at the office and thought we wouldnt be able to get them until Monday. To our most pleasant surprise we found them at our doorstep with a nice card from the office staff. This was very thoughtful and kind that they took the time to deliver them personally to us on Christmas!Little things like this make all of the difference.Our most sincere thanks and have great and safe holidays!

    I lived here for over three years. I loved it. Id probably still be there if I hadnt had to move out of state. The other residents were very nice, staff was always great and things were fixed almost immediately. Maybe things have changed in the 2.5 years since I lived there but I doubt it highly. It was a safe, clean place and I had the most amazing view and neighbors.

    Sign on my reserved spot came up missing and peoples began parking in my spot immediately. I called the office and they got it taken care of right away! Thank you Ladies!!!

    Nice apartments, decent pricing. Pets allowed and there is a pool on sight :0 sometimes under maintenance and I think you have to reserve the pool because of the virus
